1) New Vampire breaks into house, owner catches her.
2) Asexual dancer at club is given new home.
3) Charismatic swordfighter elf with broken arm looks for group to go on quests to get money to fix arm.
4) Lab experiment murderer gets free, worker at lab takes her home to teach her about life.
5) Attractive cosplayer meets shy nerd at convention; nerd gets paired up with jock without knowing they're the same person.

I also have one based on Rapture from Bioshock, but that one is m/m instead.
