​

In a world where only the supernatural dominate, the bustling city of Euclid is well known for a variety of things. Trafficking, drug production, prostitution… The list goes on and on. But with such a vast crime network, someone has to be at the top, right? That’s the problem. In Euclid, there are three groups who constantly compete for prestige, mafias whose leaders are known as the Devil’s Children. There’s no one organization holding the crown of the city. And to make matters worse, they’re too busy fighting to care.

Despite the conflicts of Euclid’s top mafiosos, however, there’s been a stable balance economy-wise. Or so they thought. When they discover consistent withdrawals to an unknown account in each of their individual logs, it’s clear there’s a fifth party that’s been hiding successfully up until now. A fifth party that consists entirely of humans, weak, pathetic beings with no place challenging mafias consisting of werewolves, vampires, and faeries.

Will the Devil’s Children band together and take on this mysterious new threat as one? Or will they continue to be at odds and risk the end?

Humans are often mistreated, sometimes even considered slaves. As a result, a group of them known as Expera has risen up, determined to bring down the mafias currently in control of the city in favor of giving their kind a better life.

Currently on sour terms with Helias because those werewolves couldn't possibly comprehend their ways. They specialize in complex operations involving a lot of forethought.

Helias: Consisting solely of werewolves, this group tends to stick to the shadows. They believe the limelight and the "Devil's Child" title aren't for them. They also despise Endling with a passion. After all, werewolves and vampires have never gotten along. Specializes in trafficking thanks to their domineering personalities. They have several small gangs under their control.

Wiljay: Consisting solely of faeries, this group is the most mischevious of them all. They meddle in the affairs of the other groups. They often mess around with humans and supernaturals alike. Yet, their cute appearances and light-hearted perspective on life are endearing. They usually are involved with organizing minor crimes on whims.

Expera: The group of humans who are against the Devil's Children. Although they're not fully aware of everything yet, they have researchers and infiltrators who are working to discover more on those infamous groups. Their main goal is to get rid of all supernatural creatures in the city and bring humanity back to power.

Vampires:[/div][/div]​

Vampires can be born or bitten. This means they were either birthed by a vampire or they were turned into one. Human-vampire relationships are often frowned upon, although they are possible. In such a relationship, only if the mother is a vampire is there the possibility of giving birth to another vampire. Vampires born from these relationships are shunned, considered not of "pure blood", as their fathers were human.

Some vampires, who have honed their craft over the years, gain the ability to step out into the sunlight. Other vampiric abilities include empathy, the absorption of memories through feeding, flying, super speed and strength. The list could go on and on, as often the eldest of the vampire community discover ways to manipulate already-existing abilities to form new ones. It is an evergrowing area of study in this world.

Werewolves:
Werewolves are all born. There is no way for a human-werewolf relationship to produce any pups or children, but the relationship itself is possible. However, it is strongly forbidden. There have been occasions where participants in such a relationship were cast out of their pack.

Pups age significantly during the first fifteen months of growth. During that time, they rapidly take on the appearance of a toddler. From that point onwards, they age similarly to a human child would, except with that added boost of growth. Think of it as though they now have extra years that humans usually spend aging.

Mating is an almost religious concept to the werewolf community, involving several extensive rituals. It ends with the partners biting down into the other's flesh, leaving a permanent scar that never heals. It's considered the mark of their unbreakable relationship. There are never any affairs amongst mates. A certain illness comes upon those who are separated. They will spend hours crying, refusing to eat, and become dangerously depressed. It has been rumored that the cruelest thing you could do to mates is to separate them.

Faeries: Faeries maintain a child-like appearance for a while. Their features are naturally soft and they're considered incredibly attractive and boisterous. They seem to have boundless energy. Often, there are two sides to a faerie's coin. They can be sweet one minute and mischievous the next.

A faerie can shrink down and adopt wings which allow them to fly. It's a painful process, akin to the transformation of a werewolf, but most of them live for so long that they're used to it. Faeries have numerous other abilities, also known as faerie magic. They can cast a variety of spells. The older the faerie, the stronger their spellcasting. However, younger faeries have more magical energy, Fae, than any other faerie out there. This is due to their youthful nature giving them strength.


Humans: The weakest of the four races, they are mistreated. Several have been forced to become slaves due to lacking other ways to earn money. However, there were rumors that they were once able to compete on equal terms. Mana that flows through every living thing except for humans could be manipulated through them through many different ways. It's a complicated process that very few are still privy to. In fact, it's died down so much, that there are no records of it ever being a thing in the first place. It is familial, which means it's passed down through genetics.[div class=text]
