Marietta’s hair is a forest of loose cinnamon colored curls that even looks red some lighting. Straightening her hair is never an option, she feels like it makes her look younger and she already is insecure about her face. Marietta’s face is heart shaped with annoyingly chubby cheeks that result in her being mistaken for a 15 year old. Her almond shaped eyes practically black and blend nicely with her thick, equally dark brows. Both gymnastics, dance and genetics have kept Mari's body lean and slim but curvy in all the right places. Her thighs used to be pretty small yet as she grew and started eating more, they started getting thicker, giving her body much more of a hourglass shape.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

Still, being around a much different genre of dress allowed her to start reaching out to brighter colors and prints aside from flannel. Her style evolved, clothing becoming much tighter and flashy. Reading became a major hobby of hers and her brain is stuffed with facts upon facts about the randomest stuff. Genuinely having an interest separated Mari from the rest of the pack, causing her to be a bit eccentric and an out of the box thinker. Being neck-deep in the 90's grunge which was clearly not a place for black girls in most of it's aspects, she began to despise her black features. Marietta[/FONT] [/SIZE][SIZE= 13px][COLOR= rgb(0, 0, 0)]frequently straightened her hair, tried to draw attention away from her nose and lips and wanted to achieve the flawless ivory skin of female grunge icons. It didn't help that her father was pressing her mother do the same.[/COLOR][/SIZE][SIZE= 13px][COLOR= rgb(0, 0, 0)]-Marietta's mother soon realized her father was cheating on her with both their neighbors wife and his secretary.
