A 1x1 Roleplay, between truthofself & StryxRiver

Changing Ways, where Chrys is the new student from Korea; the rich kid at university. And Leo; the outcasted e-boy of campus just so happens to get stuck with him. Adventures await; and so does a lot else. How will they react to knowing theyre two different breeds of people, that somehow are now stuck together?

Leo wasn't sure why he was summoned to the Dean's office. Let alone why the Dean even would want to see him. He's been behaving well this last week. Only skipped a few classes to go out with his normal friends, and hadn't gotten into any fights recently either. It was rare that he was just asked to show up to have a meeting with the Dean of his university. Let alone without being given a reason. Maybe he was being kicked out finally? But then again; his mother worked very hard to convince the Dean otherwise. He had pondered on the topic for a while as he walked towards the main building of the University. It hadn't made any sense to him as he walked in; greeting the assistant, who knew him quite well, and said he'd have to wait a few minutes for the Dean to come out and meet him; as he was meeting with someone at the moment. And Leo had nodded whisking out his phone to text people and play some games as he waited. He wasn't sure what was happening or how long he was going to wait; he just hoped it wasn't long. Leo had plans to go to a party in a few hours and wasn't going to miss the pre-party or even the pre-pre-party where everyone's at his house to get totally wasted and have some fun.

Chrystopher "Chrys" Neri was already in the Deans office. He listened to the Dean as he explained the ins and outs of school life, what Chrys could expect and what was expected of him, expanding on the parameters of the exchange program... The young man held the introductory packet in his lap, all it sounded like was droning to him now. He was duing this out of a sense of duty, like it was his responsibility to do this.
He was doing this for his family and what they requested of him...and also the University had a highly recommended business program. Those same programs could afford him lucrative opportunities to further his goals, internships, connections and the like. Yes, this was for him, and his goals.He just had to make it through the year, he can do that right?
Wait...was was that? He was to get a student leaision? Chrys suppressed the urge to let out a groan, he looked over and would nod towards the dean. He had forgotten about that part of the deal.

He fidgetted as he waited; putting his phone away after just mere moments of taking it out. He was anxious; which wasn't a new feeling for Leo, but it was one that he didn't feel often. He hated it. But what made it worse was when he saw the door open; with the Dean standing there. They greeted each other, and as the Dean moved; Leo's eyes fell upon the male in the room. What was this? He'd never seen the kid before, and believe it or not,
Leo knew a lot of the people on campus. And then it clicked in his head. He's done this before only once. It was in the deal his mother struck up to keep him at the university on scholarship. He groaned softly as he stepped into the office, trying to remember exactly how this went last time he was to assist a new student. He gave a small smile as he walked in. Listening to the Dean explain to them how this all work again, and their almost mirrored schedule for electives. Once the Dean finished speaking, Leo walked over to the other and held out a hand.

"Likewise, Leo. I'm Chrys Neri." He took the man's hand and gave a firm shake. He was already having his doubts about this arrangement, but he kept those thoughts to himself. He put on his best smile. "I thank you for being my guide during my stay." Chrys had to be professional, he did not want to blow this opportunity, it would reflect badly upon him if this did not go well.

Leo nodded along to the others word; quickly retracting his hand and stuffing it in his pocket. He found himself glancing at the dean who had now gone back to his typical work; causing Leo to sign before speaking again. "We should head out and see if you have any classes soon? Did you get the supplies you'd need?" He would play safe and nice in eyes and earshot of faculity; but once he got away, he'd most likely just half ass the world he had to do here.
