Ability/Powers:
*Fire Adeptus: Wounds automatically heal, leaving temporary scorch marks. This is very slow, however, and deadly wounds will leave permanent painful, scorch marks that actually damage Joachim.
+Ignis Claymore: Summons a torrent of fire taking the form of a "Claymore", an ancient blade weapon. Drains user's energy when still activated.
+Legio Ferrum: Fires a swarm of fire from user's hands, that acts similar to magma. More scale and intensity drains more energy.
+Abstance Infernio (2-slotter): Gives user the ability to partially drain energy from heat sources. These energy sources do not provide enough energy to allow the user to "spam" his other abilities, however.
Weaknesses:
- Joachim is hotheaded, and, just like his fiery abilities, will recklessly charge into battle.
- Joachim is somewhat of a glory hound, and, in extreme cases, will kill friendlies to claim "his" kills on weakened foes.
- Joachim is often agitated, causing him to use up more energy than actually needed. This causes him to get tired very quickly.

Bio: Joachim was a rather well-off man born in a rather well-off family. His father ran many trade enterprises operating out of Portus, back when the Smierc Collective was a name unheard of. This changed, after the Smierc Collective was formed during the time when Joachim was working as an intern under one of his father's enterprises, a tour guide company in Florus. His entire family on Portus was executed, under the Smierc rule, labelled as "rebel sympathizers". This angered Joachim to the point that the mere mention of Smierc can send him into a state of hyper-activity and agitation, and the desire to exact vengeance on "Smierc scum", as he calls them, has turned him into a glory hound.

Joachim abandoned his father's enterprises, and went down the paths of war. He joined the New Union's army, where his Silentian abilities were discovered through health check-ups. He was offered the opportunity of a "prestigious" desk job, but he signed up as a regular instead, and rose up the ranks the same way everyone else does. He has participated in over 50 battles, but only 2 of them were fought when he was under New Union command.

Having fought under the New Union's command, he had seen that his troops did not share the desires he had, to rip and tear the Smierc until there was none left. He had seen their "true nature": cowards who run at the sight of the enemy war machine showing itself, half-incompetent commanders working inefficiently without co-operation of any sort. Joachim couldn't have known that the Smierc Collective was actually more advanced than what he took them for, and the Mortus Troopers' reputation precedes them into battle.

Joachim decided to abandon the New Union army, only a few months before the formation of the more effective Sabre Corps. He joined The Falcons, an all-profit organization comprised of cutthroats and mercenaries. Specifically, he joined the Twisted Wolves. He then began to prove himself as one of the most gung-ho mercenaries ever to join the Wolves, or even the entire Falcons. He only accepts New Union jobs, and only then, only accepts jobs with 100% confirmed Smierc opposition. He absolutely despises the Falcons, especially the Wolves, who fought for the Smierc because of money, and has taken every chance he was given to eliminate a fellow mercenary. He even keeps an old-school chalk count of the mercenaries who he had killed.

Because of this, he has made little friends in the Wolves' ranks, and most of the other mercenaries fear the day they see the much feared "Reaper of Hyrlenberg" on the opposing side. His reputation is so that the city that he's named after, Hyrlenberg, is considered "The City of Dead Mercs" by his fellow Wolves. But Joachim finally made a friend: Daelen Lisowski, or as Joachim calls him, "Davo". Like Joachim, Daelen also tries to take as many New Union jobs as possible, only relying on the better-paying Smierc jobs when he's on his single digits worth of money.

The two became close friends, and one day, decided to commit the "perfect crime": Just two Wolf gunners, not on a contract, in a gunship they bought with their own money, bypassing Smierc Anti-Air defenses, tracking down the major employers of Falcons on the Smierc side, and gunning them down. The two men, coming up as "Unknown terrorist duo" on Smierc headlines, destroyed Smierc contact lists, tracking down high-ranking individuals known to employ mercenaries and loudly assassinating them, setting fire to the banks containing currency that will be used to pay mercenaries in future operations, etc. etc.

For good measure, when they returned back to their HQ from a month of "vacation", there was also a convenient fire that broke out in the banks that "Smierc Wolves", those who fought for the Smierc, had deposited their money in. The two were suspected, but were acquitted after no evidence.

They caused quite the damage to the Smierc mercenary war effort for a while, halting almost 50% of all jobs. Despite that, the Smierc recovered from this attack surprisingly quickly, and now, work resumes as usual, with Joachim and "Davo" plotting another "perfect crime", more perfect than the last one.

Others/Extra: He brings with himself, at all times, an antique lighter, the kind that people use to light ancient tobacco, that his father used to have. He also brings a personal blade weapon, a Holo-Machete given to him by his uncle-in-law.


ARMOR CS

Armor Type: A scavenged KAISYS frame
Armor Variant: Heavily customized, although characteristics are most similar to KAISYS Gamma's performance
Armor Appearance: Joachim heavily modifies the armor system to the point that the only thing recognizable about it is that it's a KAISYS of some sort. The chest piece is salvaged from a Gamma model that Joachim plucked from a rather unlucky Sabre Corps soldier, and still has a few hints of the scratches on the armor. The leg pieces were directly ripped off of a KAISYS Alpha model, the only remains of another Sabre Corps soldier Joachim fought alongside with, after he was blown to smithereens by a Berserker's Sticky Explosives. The arm pieces are from the Beta model, that Joachim found in a captured Smierc stockpile of "Captured Enemy Equipment". Soldiers present there reported that Joachim displayed "Unnecessary violence", by beating captured Smierc officers to death with said armor pieces, and permanently applying their blood to the arm's paint scheme.

The entire armor set is coated in dark red paint, except the arm pieces, which are red "by default", as Joachim says. He has also decorated the armor set extensively in his free time, writing curse words and propaganda sentences in all known languages spoken by the Smierc on the front of his Gamma chest piece for intimidation purposes, with a chalk count of the amount of mercenaries working for the Smierc he had killed on his right shoulder piece. Most prominently, a "scarf", or "robe" of sorts, comprised completely of Focus Crystals Joachim had salvaged from "deceased" SKANDIA armor systems on the field. They are scattered all over the armor, concentrating on the right forearm, and the left knuckle, and both feet, in order to, "Let the enemy feel their dead friends hurt them", according to Joachim.

Custom Modules:
- A "Hellsmoke" Generator, crafted by Joachim himself, that generates smoke with a bright red effect that gives it the effect of being the fires from Hell itself, and further solidifies his reputation as the "Reaper of Hyrlenberg", striking fear into the heart of his foes, and occasionally, even friendlies. The smoke is not actually harmful, and dissipates very quickly, therefore, it does not obscure his vision or any of his friendlies'.

Ability/Powers:
Enhanced Strength and Endurance: Due to Silentian alternations, Daelen's bones and muscles are significantly enhanced, allowing him to defy normal weight limitations of humans and achieve inhuman strength. Daelen could lift a large pounder with ease. He frequently utilizes his abilities to get him out or into fights, or simply to brag about his strength.

1) The Trebuchet: Daelen lifts up a large object, it could be a massive piece of debris or a rock, and launches it at his enemies at extreme speed. His best throw was recorded at roughly 200 metres.

2) Sky Hopping: Daelen uses the strength of his legs to launch himself towards a target. This ability is often used to provide him immediate escape from sticky situations. However, utilizing this ability constantly over a long period of time could drain his Silentium significantly and force him to cease using his powers, although not indefinitely, but for a long time.

3) Quickening: Daelen's enhanced muscles and bones allow him to dash about at high speed. This ability had proven to be extremely useful in close quarter combat (CQC).

4) Aufspießen: A technique fashioned by Daelen himself. Using the inhuman strength and endurance of his muscles and bones, his bare hands could be used as lethal weapons. The name of this ability comes from Daelen's favourite utilisation of the technique, to thrust his hands into his opponents, impaling them brutally.

Weakness(s):
-Daelen is mentally unstable, as a result of his dark, miserable and violent past. His actions could be rather irrational sometimes, which would cause serious issues for his comrades on the battlefield.
-His strength enhancements are not perfect, he tends to have trouble triggering and controlling his abilities sometimes.

Bio:
Daelen was born into a prestigious family on Vaccaro. His father, an ambitious man, was the head of a smuggling network across the systems. The man expected Daelen to take his place and continue the family's business. Contrary to his expectations, Daelen, still a stubborn young man, ran away from his father. He joined the Twisted Wolves, a group of ruthless mercenaries, and began to prove himself as a talented mercenary with his knowledge acquired from his experience in the family's crime syndicate.

When the Smierc Collective became a well-known threat and their invasion of his home planet Vaccaro, Daelen attempted to contact his family. He eventually learned that they were executed, as their smuggling network was effectively used as a supply route for the combatants on the planet against Smierc invaders. Daelen vowed to destroy the Smierc to honour his family's sacrifices, he went on to take as many jobs from the New Union as possible. He also enthusiastically signed up for jobs from the Smierc, only to infiltrate their ranks and acquire as much intel as possible in order to deliver an effective blow at the Collective.

Among the Wolves, Daelen is known to be a talented saboteur. He's famous for his obsession with explosives and his own resistance war against the Smierc. He made a friend: Joachim von Hyrlenberg. The man also had his family taken from him by the Smierc.

They came up with a plan, and decided to commit a "perfect crime". Using money they saved up themselves, they bought a gunship and, without any contracts, raided the banks that fueled the Smierc's mercenary war efforts. They tracked down key employers of the Smierc and their mercenary companies and assassinated a great number of them. They were on the Smierc's most wanted list, yet they were never caught. They fought their own resistance war against the Smierc Collective.

Despite their sabotages, the Smierc recovered at an incredible rate. The men now plot for their next "perfect crime", more perfect than the last one.

ARMOUR CS

Armour type: Scavenged KAISYS armour.

Armour variant: Gamma.

Armour appearance: Daelen's armour set consists of a scavenged KAISYS Gamma chest-piece and various pieces from the older ARMSYS armour to cover up his limbs, as well as other unprotected parts of his body. The chest-piece is neatly painted in a dark green colour, while Daelen enjoys the rusted and dirty look of the arm and leg pieces. His helmet has a "charismatic look"- according to Daelen. It was originally a broken KAISYS helmet, fixed, modified and customised by Daelen himself using parts from a shuttle pilot's helmet and an ARMSYS helmet. The mixed components of the helmet gave it a unique look, almost iconic.

Custom Modules:
-Daelen's armour is modified with a Mk10 Field Mortar, along with various types of ammunition for it.
-Added extra slots for more sticky explosive.

Ability/Powers
HoloShield- Ashley is able to create a Shield able to withstand most forms of kinetic damage weaponry while the shield is active, but offers no resistance to laser weaponry. She is only able to use a handgun while this ability is active.

Knockback- Ashley releases the shield with explosive force, releasing a powerful shockwave with an effective range of 10 meters.

Personal Advisory Artificial Intelligence(P.A.A.I.)- Ashley possesses an artificial intelligence implanted into her head that provides her assistance in tactical and other matters when called upon, she is designated as Tex(a name nobody in her unit possesses, that was assured.) The AI was never removed by Sabre Corps. due to it not being military property. The AI does not do anything but provide possible courses of action.

Weakness(s)
Lack of durability- Due to her armor and enhancements, she is very weak compared to others, meaning she is more likely to die to a shot that would not kill most.

Shield Drain- When Ashley uses her Holoshield and disperses it, she ends up using a good chunk of her own energy, leaving her not at full capacity, but still in a position to fight.

Conflicting Views/AI- Ashley and her AI possess conflicting views on certain matters, leading to problems in her mental ability at times(like concentrating for a long time.) Also the fact no one can hear the AI may make her come off as insane to others due to her talking to herself with her comms off. But she usually keeps to herself with the AI.

Bio-
Born on Ocoria, Ashley had her mind set on becoming a soldier, like her father, and father before him, the tradition spreading for generations over hundreds of years. While her father was hoping for a male child, he was still happy to see his daughter take up the tradition. When she was recruited to the program the government had created, they had set her out to be a Field Operative, but when she was found to an impressive shot with a sniper, she was set to a Reconnisance Trooper, outfitted to be as stealthy and have the best advantage behind enemy lines. Her talent at range and her abilities earned her the title "Phantom" as well as how multiple times she has appeared from seemingly nowhere and saved a comrade with her HoloShield.

Interesting that you don't give your character too many powers huh? This RP allows your characters to have superpowers you know? (They are Silentians, mutated humans, after all).

I appreciate the effort put into this character, but I'm not sure it fits in with what I have in mind for this RP. This RP is mainly focused on the battles between soldiers of the Smierc Collective and the New Union, with mercenaries from the Twisted Wolves providing support to whoever pays them.

This whole idea of an apex predator being used by the New Union just doesn't sit right with me to include properly in this RP. Sorry, but I can't really accept this.

I am more looking for characters who are normal parts of the 3 factions, not this creature.

Appearance: As an effect of her modifications, Riley stands at a diminutive four foot and two inches Imperial. Riley wears a simple dress, occasionally coupled with an equally simple hoodie, as well as a pair of armlets and anklets

Her hair is silvery-white with a gradient from more grey to black flowing to the ends of her hair.

Primary Weapon: None

Secondary Weapon: Type-BX Auto-pistol equipped with an extended magazine, with a fast-pull hook and a laser sight.

Equipment: Personal Triage Kit. While not standard for a scout, Riley doesn't qualify as a standard scout. The kit is meant to quickly deal with accrued wounds so that they may be treated properly at a later time, the kit simply ensuring her survival until that time.

Ability/Powers:
Close Quarters Adapted Body Framing (CQABF, pronounced Cab'f). Utilising various bio-organic technologies to augment and enhance Riley's standardised abilities, meant for replacing any weaknesses she may have as a result of her stunted physical progression.

1) Carbon wireframing, Riley's bones and musculature have been reinforced against tearing or breaking that may be associated with pushing the physical limits of her form. While this doesn't make her unbreakable, it does ensure that she doesn't break herself near as easily as one may if they simple had the Augmented Muscleman/woman enhancement.

2) Reflexive reprogramming, Riley's eyes, ears and nose have been augmented to enhance their capabilities as far as sight, hearing and smell go. With these senses enhanced, Riley doesn't suffer from many light related vision issues and has better acuity at range than standard humans, while her enhanced hearing and smell allow her to better track movement outside of her visual range. This allows Riley a better three hundred sixty degree understanding of her surroundings as opposed to most people.

3) Enhanced Oxygen Oscillation, Riley's lungs and heart have been made to pull more oxygen from the air and move it through her body more efficiently than most, even with enhancements, giving her better endurance and allowing her to be able to hold her breath far longer than most can.

4) Muscular Magnification, to finalise the work of the prior three augmentations, Riley's been modified to possess enhanced musculature, allowing her muscle fibre and tissue to hide a much stronger potential, matching the physical capabilities of most full grown and full sized adults, without showing muscle bulk across her form. Coupled with her Carbon wireframing, Reflexive reprogramming and EOO, Riley becomes a lethal close quarters fighter fully capable of tearing you into pieces.

Weaknesses:
1) Focus Deficit, with her three primary sense enhanced as they are, it has become near impossible for Riley to regulate her focus to a singular task, such as aiming down the sight of a weapon. Because of this she tends to operate without them, only carrying a singular, automatic sidearm complete with a laser sight to remove the need for aiming down sights. Of note, Riley also can not read anything unless she is also occupying herself with at least one other task that uses either her hearing or vocalisation.

2) Children don't go to War, due to her frame and size, Riley doesn't fit into any standardised armour. Without armour, she instead relies of her enhanced reflexes, speed and strength to keep her out of trouble. Still, without armour Riley is slightly more vulnerable than others.

3) Enhanced Enough. Due to her extensive changes, Riley can not undergo any further enhancement.

Bio: Suffering from amnesia, likely selective and initiated by something she saw in the battlefield, Riley was found recently at an undisclosed location during a Twisted Wolves Operation. While at first seemingly a meek a confused girl, Riley quickly proved the opposite when she took down a Smierc soldier who threatened her.

With no family to speak of, and no overall future in the ruins of the battleground, Riley asserted herself into staying with the group of Twisted Wolves, intent on gaining her place amongst them. Once taken back to base, she went through the standard screening, followed up with a brief psychiatric evaluation, somewhat less standard, but given where she was found it was the best option.

Riley, however, was found to be mature for her perceived age, as most figured she was early teens despite her assertions of at least being in her twenties. She was also found to somewhat detached from the world, but was not found to be a particular danger as she held no maliciousness or ill-intent towards others. Nowadays Riley spends her time around the Twisted Wolves base, often ignored and avoided by others not wanting to play babysitter.

She has, however, been pushing for an assignment rather strongly as of late, and those in charge and debating letting her follow through with one so she can finally start earning her keep rather than idling around base.

Age: 37

Appearance: A tall, slightly built man with light complexion. He has shaggy brown hair and a small beard. He always has a poker face, except for the occasional, manipulative or boastful smile. He wears a nonfunctional, uncustomized KAISYS Alpha chestplate under a green poncho with various white lines going across and dark grey gauntlets for combat and climbing. His belt has a hook for his laserfanner. The rest is shaggy, old clothing including jeans, boots, and a cotton shirt. When not in combat or on the move, Joe takes off his poncho and chestplate.

Primary Weapon: A custom gun he calls the Laserfanner. It resembles an old lever action rifle, but with modern tech upgrades on the receiver. He loads ammo into the tube magazine, then uses the lever to load it into the receiver, so he doesn't have to put ammo in one at a time. The fire action is single action, which he uses to fan the gun. He can also use it as a normal rifle. Includes a damage enhancer.

Secondary Weapon: Joe prefers to only use the laserfanner, but sometimes brings a HoloPistol to long or dangerous missions.

Equipment: Sticky Bombs

Abilities/Powers:

Proficiency with All Weapons - Adaptive with weapons from both the Smeric Collective and New Union, including melee, artillery, explosive, makeshift, and turrets.

1) Sharpshooter: Joe has excellent accuracy with a functional gun in his hand. When focused and sometimes under extreme pressure, Joe can have good accuracy at long range up to 600 meters.

2) Quick Draw: Joe has high reflexes and can draw his gun and take out up to six enemies at close range accurately within four seconds.

3) Hardened: Joe can survive even after being hurt badly (ex: two shots in the chest). He'll bleed out eventually without medical aid, but that won't stop him from fighting to the end.

4) Fists of Fury: Joe can easily take out any enemy with melee combat, as long as that enemy isn't too big for him.

Weaknesses:

1) Ego: His skill makes him think he's better than he is, which makes him go too deep into situations too dire. He also doesn't know when teamwork is required.

Other: He's very mysterious to the public; many people have heard of him and his skill, but most find him as a rumor.

Armor Variant: Alpha

Armor Appearance: Pretty much all possible paint on the chestplate has rusted, stratched, or been shot off. Doesn't really matter, since the poncho usually covers it.

Enhancements: N/A

Custom Modules: None. Joe only uses the armor for basic protection.

Perhaps a solution for your powers, Khang. Riley has a near perfect 360 degree of her immediate surroundings at all times, but because of it has an extremely hard time focusing on singular, smaller things, such as reading, aiming firearms, that sort of thing.

Perhaps as an inverse Joe could have the skill of being able to hyper focus on objects, allowing him his unerring accuracy, but the penalty is that he has a much harder time performing multiple tasks at once, or focusing on something that isn't in his immediate sight line?
 
Also An Khang An Khang I'm about to do a post with Riley and the fireteam she's with preparing to board the main Union ship. Would you care if, once accepted, I include Joe as a member of the fireteam I'm going to be introducing Riley to?
