Personality Traits.

A male of old-fashioned charms; kind, fiercely loyal, almost chivalrous. Upon meeting, even if initially awkward before abrupt interactions, Aaron is most friendly, welcoming to about everyone he comes to meet. He’s polite and, perhaps, one of elegant speech when unnecessary, however rarely permits such trait to prevent casual conversations to unravel. Despite of so, many could regard Aaron as a mild social inept; rarely he catches undertones superficially, as he’s also prone to miss conventional cues to several instances. Still, he’s approachable. Trustable even; with a caring smile and warm intonation, few deem him suspicious, or dangerous at all. Instead, with an usual environment of books, potions and general information all about, he irradiates a knowledgeable presence, one you’d call for in need for. And, indeed, Aaron complies to that persona projected.

Though nowadays established, Aaron is an adventurer at heart; an explorer. He’s daring as he’s courageous (rarely overstepping to reckless). If it’s for discovery, and even the simple thrill of adrenaline, the apothecary is all over it. Traveling, investigating, studying-- all those naturally call for him, regardless to the comfortable situation he’s been settled in. Thus, even if he attempts to maintain a safe place surrounding him and those endeared to him, he’ll always be prepared to an upcoming, unannounced journey across the unknown. Though, this aspect is unspoken to his close relationships - with a single exception -, so as it is his past endeavors. There’s never been a stable, persistent explanation to it, he simply doesn’t allow the conversation to delve into the history following him.

Otherwise, Aaron’s a homely presence around; he’s eager to help and offer a den to those in need. Friends first, always, to his list of priorities, yet he’s occasionally allowed complete strangers into his guard. He’s a healer, also an investigator before he’s an adventurer - or so he’s told himself throughout recent years -. After setting his small, modest shop, he’s fully committed to a lifetime of helping, rather than selfishly gathering countless volumes of varying information. Therefore, his overall persona emits a secure aura, one of a servicial soul at people’s disposal.

Abilities & Miscellaneous.

Celestial Healing: Aaron, due his human state, has resorted to the usage of magic by embedding rustic charms, representing the deities of Iyuron, to his very skin in order to, after the uttering of a matching spell, be capable of performing healing magic. However, he cannot use it on himself. Other limitations include: the need of partial transference of the injury/illness/harm to his own body; while reduced on its intensity or effect, Aaron will be rendered hurt after performing. And, lastly, it requires a heavy energetic toll to be paid from him, therefore, he cannot use it freely or with frequency, is he to do it well or, otherwise, not pass out.
  • Aohr: God of the Sun, the source of energy, replenishment of lost will after an exhaustive battle or exercise. Th forced source of energy must be delivered to the patient’s chest and head, central sources of a body’s functionality.
  • Zises: God of fire. Capable of healing the worst scorching marks of scarred skin over unbearable heat. Even if it usually leaves scars after applied, this process is considerably effective and fast.
  • Qyorr: Ancient of Space, this particular deity has selected to be effective only on lifeforms incapable of communication and full understanding with humans (such as animals and plants of all sorts). It sews, heals and cures creatures that have not died once, and may bring some back to life if the damage hasn’t been too great to treat.
  • Ynos: the Earth, home of our people, provides Aaron the capacity to heal the effects of poison and venom. It is not always fully capable of healing someone to their best health. It depends on the deadliness and the periods of time between ingestion/application
  • Uena: Goddess of the Moon, the false stars, the one that never shines. It does not heal physical wounds or poison, but it aids people with night terrors and insomnia. The cleanse of the mind, the tranquility of the resting soul.
  • Arus: God of Peace, soother of wrath, star of never ending war. Although never specified on its area of effect, this star works as an amplifier of Aaron’s abilities when the wound or injury was done in battle, whatever the cause.
  • Onas: God of Chaos, the physical strength of the powerful. This star has the healing factor for broken bones and torn muscle, fixing the injures of battle.
  • Viuna: Lady of Sacrifices, deity of the blade. Cuts and sliced limbs are never something new in the world, thus the blessing to seal successfully the open wounds provoked by blade or any sorts of cuts.
  • Isbeel: the somber star of missing limbs. Rather than directly heal and induce the substitution of an unfixable limb, it allows the user to proceed painlessly through an amputation and the recovery process.
  • Miihl: star of the frozen seas, giver of the cure against frostbite, hypothermia and the brief first stages of drowning.
  • Kynnos: Ancient of Time, healer of the nature’s curses. The star has granted the complicated ability to provide cure of terrible illnesses threatening one’s life. However it cannot be done in a single session, but in several.
