The purpose of Infinity, Inc. is to create a team of metahumans the government can control to combat the Justice League if they ever decide to go rogue and to protect American interests. To do that they use the Everyman Exo-Gene treatment which grants a variety of powers that can be stripped away.

The circuits or whatever that gives him the ability to copy powers would have be nonfunctional & incapable of being repaired.

Just saw this reply, if you do choose Deadman we would need to discuss how you will go about using him. First rule would be no possessing a Leaguer without the Leaguer's consent.

Question & BB are more than welcome to be Leaguers. Deadman could show up as a guest character.

I like the sound of what. What pool of ideas do you mean? There is only one Justice League. You can use a character from that team but they would have to be a regular Leaguer. I love Deadman, but he would have to be seriously limited in this type of setting.
