Training in Gordes
The training fields of Gordes were put to use once again, it was quite amazing what an opened field of packed dirt and some straw dummies...
Veer'nan
Turn 3
@LadyOfStars
Construction on the wooden wall is helped by both the lumbermill and the smithy, as the lumbermill is able to quickly acquire wooden from the nearby forest and the smithy is able to make tools and fittings to make the work possible, but it will be a Palisade.. They...
The Carlock Salesman
Turn 1
-----------------------------------
Jasper hummed a random verse from an SOS song as he tapped his long fingers against the glass counter before him. He had been manning the register of his small shop for some time, but he had yet to have much success. Even his...
Krull
Turn 3
@CaptainSully
What awaited Krull, deep in the woods, was beyond expectation. It was not a tribe. It was not tribes. It was a horde. Tents upon tents, as far as his eyes could see [which wasn't far in the dense forest], dimly lit fires, the sound and smells of it was enough to make...
The Laughing Dead
Turn 2
@Eliasdagood
The local sea had a large guest, a massive black leviathan that was sinking and devouring any ships that had come to pass. It had all but put a strangehold on local sea trade, and so trade in general. There were rumors abound that both the Pirates of...
Shiyama Xiùlán
Turn 2
@deer
Whenever the wagon entered a village, the trio attracted a lot of attention as they were a bit of an odd group. Cathayans were not a common sight, the Cathayan trade convoys tended to go to more prosperous locations like Altdorf, Marienburg, Karaz-a-Karak so to see...
Tiernan
Turn 2
@Auriel Maza
Tiernan prays at the Temple of Oro, hoping the God of Knowledge would impart some of his wisdom this season, especially under such dire times at Susa, but his Lord does not answer, the various small objects and cards at the temple remain undisturbed.. There is no...
Ekol and Koar
Turn 2
@LucasGhost
With the port secured, the Lizardmen were able to bring in the reinforcements sent from Lustria, but they were met with grim news as the first ship docked.. A great sea beast had begun to roam the area [ @Abstracty ] and had devoured one of the ships, reducing...
Opinions on the constant corruption of FIFA? Or the terrible human rights of Saudi Arabia who use 'totally not slave labor' to build their vanity projects? Or how its yet another FIFA World Cup where LGBTQ+ people are not welcome?
Opinion would be 'Its not good'.
Sure, but the point was less about why it happening and more about the fact it happened which runs against the idea that there is a heavenly mandate/decree that all humans must live long lives which is just not something that is a thing in the Abrahamic faiths.
I don't recall it ever being in any Abrahamic faith that 'you cannot die young' is a proclamation God made. If anything, that would be really weird considering the whole 'Death of the Firstborn' plague of Egypt... So ignoring that isn't an actual thing:
1. Would interfere with free will which...
Order of Silver
Turn 2
@Dest
The training with the local guards and militia is.. interesting. It was sometimes strange to listen to what Captain Aicart said as her bretonnian {French} accent was fairly thick, making her voice melodic and soft which was a stark contrast to the teachers the...
Verg Roteater
Turn 2
@Mechking
The human slaves didn't really know what to make of Verg, the large horribly smelling troll that made them get dizzy and vomit upon getting close to. It was horrifying, looking and smelling, especially with the hundreds of fingers poking out of its skin.. None of...
Ailluin
Turn 2
@Kent
Trying to convert elves to the worship of chaos was not easy, especially when he just had to flee the Swordmasters of his homeland because of accusations of heresy. These men and women trusted him, believed in his innocence even if they had reasons not to, and now.. Now...
Grimm
Turn 2
@Kloudy
Grimm wanted to gather some boyz, but the question remained.... where did he look? Located near the hills and small mountains near Barak Varr, he could go looking around there.. Or he could go south into the edge of the badlands and look there, or perhaps find some caves...
Veer'nan
Turn 2
@LadyOfStars
Tracking the beastmen alone was bold, reckless even, but what could one expect from a chosen of Kurnous? Stalking through the forest floors at times, while others, he danced and weaved through the treetops, running from branch to branch, quickly making his way...
Big Loss Krew
Turn 2
@Twist
As mentioned before, snotlings building was akin to children playing with blocks, but like children shoving wooden blocks into various holes, sometimes, they get it right and everything goes smoothly, as is the case here. Pick, after a particularly good brain...
Almost always a melee class of some kind, I've never enjoyed 'archer' classes, ever. Something about it is just inherently unfun to me. Ranged casters are 'okay', but rarely something I do just because there is something very appealing about getting right up in someone's face, so melee is where...
Shawk Skyshrieker
Turn 2
@palmtree219
Shawk's genius was unbound, unstoppable, beyond the understanding of Manthings! No one else, not even the Council of Thirteen had the foresight, the brilliance, to mix warpstone and mortal steel [not like they had any]! No one! And he'd... And he'd mix...
