No!! I keep the salmon soft and delecious...anD the skin nice and saucy and cRONCHY.
I put it inside of the air fryer yes but I don't actually fry it. The skin is the only part that gets cRONCHY then the salmon gets seasoned and cooked while remaining soft

I separate the skin from the meat, and then put them both in tempura batter.. then I fry them.
