I'll just explain it here, so the main idea of this is basically Artem causing or going through.. well.... "Very Unusual" situations while possibly dragging classmates and teachers along unknowingly. An example is that Artem's family might come to the institute to visit them. The problem being however is that Artem's obsessive Japanese cousin is coming as well, so they'll be going through that as well as their family scoping out for people who they think might connect well with Artem in the future, one of which is a certain future CEO...

side note: Artem's family consists of bakers who's business started making a name for itself: "Malko's Pastries"
