The fact that we can be nostalgic means that we have wonderful imaginations. Many of the things we're nostalgic about were not really as good as we remember them. But the fact that we can concoct this fantasy of a world where almost everything lived up to our standards shows how excellent we are at creating worlds using naught but our mind. Now if only people didn't use their imagination to be huge pricks.

I'm having triuble getting over the fact that the acronym for Mothers Against Drunk Driving is MADD. Not that I'm for Drunk Driving, I think Drunk Driving is a terrible idea, but still.
