What is the worst gift someone could give you for your birthday? My gift this year? To spend the whole day in court arguing that I did not refuse to quarantine my special needs dog, but that everyone refused to take him. And why was there an order to quarantine my dog? Because I posted an honest review of the bad hair cut this groom gave my dog. So hours after my review they report a dog bite, that didn't happen!!! I was there! I saw everything. There's no way my Bulldog mix bit a person and I never saw it happen.
So yeah. Happy Birthday to me.
“Compassion hurts. When you feel connected to everything, you also feel responsible for everything. And you cannot turn away. Your destiny is bound with the destinies of others. You must either learn to carry the Universe or be crushed by it. You must grow strong enough to love the world, yet empty enough to sit down at the same table with its worst horrors.”
― Andrew Boyd
Sorry if I seem to be ignoring anyone, it’s been a really stressful week at my jobs, family drama, and now I am trying to help my no longer a baby, baby brother pack up and move about 2,000 miles away...
And so it has ended. My holiday weekend is over. Now I must return to reality and face the human population once again. I filled with a sense of dread and excitement. What adventures will unfold in the morning as I face the dumbest of the dumb questions? Good night my friends, may the odds ever be in your favor and the wind at your backs as we venture back into real world.
The worse thing in the world is not only wanting but needing to talk to someone who was very dear to your heart, but they’re gone. When the weight of the world crashes on you and you find that you are truly alone now. RIP Dusty... I miss you.
"If you are going to write, say, fantasy - stop reading fantasy. You've already read too much. Read other things; read westerns, read history, read anything that seems interesting, because if you only read fantasy and then you start to write fantasy, all you're going to do is recycle the same old stuff and move it around a bit." - Terry Pratchett
"Furthermore, the lady on the phone - Relic - was a pleasure to deal with. Not only did she continue to provide help on any questions I had before and during the PPI process, but also AFTERWARDS also! She was very detailed and also extremely patient and friendly. Customer service here was A++." - Actual review from one of my customers*

“Really child? How have you managed to always injure yourself in August?” - My Mother’s reaction to my telling her I’ve not only sprained my right wrist I have also hurt my left knee again.
“Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.”
― William Jennings Bryan
Finished my story for Auction August and posted it... Why do I still feel nervous/stressed about it?
