Solution: Make an active effort to avoid substances with caffeine and take other measures to ease in to sleep, such as the avoidance of eletronic lights near sleeping hours and the development of a bedtime routine.

Well, the thing to remember is that it's not magic. If you have a problem with your body, whatever it might be, it wont' immediately nor easily go away. Still, with most small things like this you can get a lot better by avoiding things that otherwise trigger or increase the symptoms. And of course understanding how things work, even if minimally, can also help figure out what to do (if nothing else for the placebo effect).
