How so? Granted, I'm not an avid watcher of the show, but how so?

He takes everything quite literally, and his social skills are quite poor. He struggles quite a bit when he's forced into social situations, as many social norms just don't make sense to him at all - to the point where he has to rely on other people to help him out. He doesn't understand sarcasm at all, and he can't read body language at all. He also speaks in a pretty flat, monotonous voice and is pretty logical.

Granted, when we meet him, he's hardly been to Earth at all. But there are angels who have been to Earth even less than him that still act clearly more normal than he does.
He's my favourite character. Just a delightful dude!

Yea that's...that's pretty much right on there with the aspergers syndrome. Not that that's a bad thing granted, those are just pretty defining characteristics.
Daisie
Daisie
Yeah! I have family who's got Aspergers, so that helped a lot. I think it's really interesting.

I dunno, I never personally thought about it all that much. If you have it, or you know someone with it, you just kind've accept it for what it is, no point on really thinking too hard on it, I guess?
Daisie
Daisie
Well, I mean, I'm pretty into psychology and how different brains work. Of course I've accepted it for what it is, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't think on it! It's not something to be ashamed of, by any means, so why not study and look into it?

I can see your point. I guess I'm on the different side of things. It's from the inside looking out perspective. It's more so just 'eh, that's the situation, move on with life and stride on' sorta thing, I guess? never seemed that interesting is all.
Daisie
Daisie
Well, that's why I'm fascinated by how different brains work. We're all human, yet interested in a vast variety of different things, eh?
