Actually that would be more innacurate. Bird bone structure has to be extremely thin and lightweight in order for them to take flight at all. Assuming you would want to extrapolate it to a human mass and to remain both capable of flight and standing, muscle mass would be the last thing you want.

The only place where you might want it is the legs, or better yet if it could e focused on the feet and lower part of the legs exclusively, allowing enough jumping power to start the flight, but also to support the body, without adding too much unecessary weight.

Of course, either way it would be unlikely a human-sized bird would be able to fly. That's one of the reasons why birds are small in the first place.
