Thats not it. It kinda hurts to know that I'm a writer and all people can think about is grammar and not the story itself

I'll say this much. No, grammar doesn't ruin a story, but it can sometimes make it hard for people to get immersed. Personally, I think grammar is super important. Otherwise, I find myself easily distracted.

All I really have to tell you, is that take every judgment to heart, but not as an insult, but as a challenge to be better and improve. Take it as a challenge not to write less, but to write more.

It's easy if you have read your entire life, From three till nineteen. I have read thousands of books and each one has been diffrent

Also writing was not about grammar so long ago. We drew pictures on caves they did not use commas or periods to tell stories. Like we expect people to do know. What will people 1,000 of years from now learn from grammar when we don't even understand picture writeings

I hate reading, personally. I don't really read a lot, but what I find helps me is roleplaying, or just writing in general. I talk to my friends, or people that seem to know a thing or to, and I ask questions. So yeah, sometimes people like to read books and that helps their roleplaying skills, but it's not the only way, Firestorm. And it's also never too late to start!

I know your trying to help. I use roleplaying for ideas and don't have many friends that like to.

I also will give you one of the stories I wrote .

Go ahead! I'll read it. And it's funny you mention the cave painting story. As an archaeologist, I can tell you that cave paintings don't have grammar, but as a result, most of the time, we're lost on their meaning. We argue constantly on whether what the person drew is a spear, or an oar of a boat.

That's a long read! Right off the bat, I can see you have one of the best things any role player out there can have: a soul. You got heart in your writing, firestorm. Remember that, and do what you can to grow it!

Yes that's is what I'm talking about in the future people are going to argue on the same things. Like what is grammar. We may be alive now but we won't live forever

Thanks I appreciate your help. It is quite helpful. It's just hard to maintain a story when no one gives you a chance to write

Well, I don't think people argue on grammar too much. Grammar's fixed in rules.
