The Rohan OVA or the old Stardust Crusaders OVA? I've seen the Rohan one and it was great, even if the style took me a few minutes to get used to. I keep meaning to watch the old SDC OVA too even though I've heard mixed impressions about it... but I have a huge soft spot for 90s anime so I'm sure I'll enjoy it just from a stylistic perspective.
The Millionaire's Village one. I love the Rohan light novels. I'm getting Rohan at the Louvre in a couple days, as a matter of fact. The art for the Rohan OVA took a bit to get used to, but my god, Okuyasu looked like a mutant in that OVA. SDC is probably my favorite animated arc, other than BT. I have a soft spot for the OVA Dio. He looks cheesy in the best way.
It's hard for me to pick my favorite because I settle on one and remember 50 things I love about one of the other arcs. I have a huge soft spot for global adventure type stories and love the SDC cast so much though, especially Polnareff. And Avdol. And Joseph. ...I have a hard time picking favorites in general.
I agree. But I can say that Joseph is and always will be my favorite JoJo. Then comes Johnny Joestar, because Steel Ball Run is so well written and drawn, you've got to love it.
I'm still reading Stone Ocean, I basically forced myself to stop for a while because if I get really into a series and start binging it my mind just can't process everything and I'm left with big gaps in my memory like "who the hell was that dude I know I should remember uhhhhhh" which happened after I read Part 5. I'm super hyped to get onto Steel Ball Run though because it looks w i l d
But I don't have that problem with watching something because the slower pace helps my brain absorb it better. I'll be getting back on the JoJo train this weekend though!
