There's a difference between helping because I want to and helping because it's some kind of duty... The last option normally triggers anxiety and weights a ton more ^^'

You already do plenty! I think, if you were to be a Helper, you would not need to increase your activity because you're already at Helper levels (imo). But if it's too much pressure right now, then you don't have to. You just keep being you! You are wonderful as you are, and we all love you!

Huh... Well, I might consider it in the future, but definitely not now and *specially* not during vacations ^^'
