    They shouldn't just count fan votes because a lot of fans are immature. Sure they should be included in the say of who gets the award since they support them, but there should be other factors. And I'll support either of them for winning. They both have been around a while and have been working hard even if exo was around longer. I don't think you can measure their worthiness based on how long they were a group.

    I'm more of a fan of bts too but I honestly don't care if they don't get awards or not. I don't even bother voting anymore. Maybe if it was an awards show in america I'd consider it but I'm just not that kind of fan that pushes the awards. They can show their hard work without awards anyway

    it is an american award show but pretty minor. it's just the iheartradio. it's not that they've been around for a long time and that's it. it's that they've been around for a long time and haven't hit gotten their big hit in the us. it really doesn't matter who wins but ik fans will use this to say which groups better.
