my dog loves getting groomed, he just chills as I run my brush him, I think it must feel like better petting to him xP

Oh yeah, Grimm LOVES his wire brush, but since winter in northern Florida gets just cold enough to kill all plants except the trash weeds that get stuck in his coat, I had to shave him. I got sick of pulling thistles out of his hair.

We used to drop our dog to our grandfather's and he would get him shaved, but he sadly passed a way a few months ago.. Not sure what we'll do now. We don't really have thistles or anything where we live

My mom has an older Yorkie-chihuahua mix that actually happens to Grimm's aunt but usually mom helps me shave his hair when it gets too fuzzy because she's been doing her dogs grooming herself.
Except this time, she handed me Kiki's buzzer and was like, "go for it".
He doesn't look half bad, I gotta say.

hehe, I wouldn't trust myself with anything sharp. Too clumsy to do anything aside from things I can make mistakes freely with

Also I'm soooo glad that Grimms mama doesn't have long hair like he does. She has chihuahua fur and she is so easy to groom. Bathe her once a week and you're good.

Nah, the buzzer had a guard on it so he was totally fine. I didn't wanna shave him to the skin, I just wanted his hair to be shorter.

chihuahuas are usually vicious little things from my experience with them. Our family don't like small dogs very much xP We tend to have medium-sized dogs

Nah, Riza will bark at you for like 5 minutes and as long as you stay cool, once 5 minutes is up, shell love you and want to sit in your lap and have you pet her XD
