Yeah, finding that perfect RP is always rough, but I know you can do it.

Usually, I disdain this kind of optimism but I can't help but feel much better when you're the one that's saying all this!

And damn it, I miss Seiunita, even if it was shut down last month. I never got to even show what Lord Walter the Bastard was like as a character. Wasted potential right there.

Yeah it's a real shame, I liked Emilia T_T

And think of all the achievements that could have been made if we successfully pushed through with the story! We would have managed to make a fleshed-out fantasy world, complete with intriguing characters that could have left us wondering what they'd do next...

The characters that caught my eye besides Walter were: Desh, Grimgutz, Lady Une, Jean and Rolen. These were powerful players that I had to contend with and I always felt like I had to watch myself when the time came to confront these guys.

Desh, the Dark king, was something of an anomaly to me. He was a kind demon, a sort of an oxymoron really, and I found it hard to believe that such a demon could exist. I really wanted to explore his background so I could ask how could be... like that... he puzzles me really.

Yeah, it's a shame the rp had to end. But it was just impossible to keep it running. We had already retconned an entire kingdom.

Grimgutz, ah yes, one of my favorites! The kickass Ork that could tear you to pieces if you weren't careful. He was more aggressive, more straightforward in his warmaking. The guy who wanted to fight Elysium straight away! It was his character that was more believable in my eyes and I found him more likeable.

Grimgutz was great, and ghazzy, ahh he was awesome.

It is my belief that we just couldn't come to an agreement somehow. We just kept clashing and clashing until it took its toll on everyone. I wish I could have seen this earlier but I was in the thick of things and I was not in my right mind at the time. And it didn't help that Eleph just kept on... being Eleph!

Argh, I'm starting to get tired of him but he's my friend. It's just that he gets too stubborn for his own good at times.

Yeah, the decision to ban him was hard on everyone. But he really gave us no alternative.

Damn, well, I have a lot to say on that one but I'll keep it to myself for now. He just gets on my nerves sometimes.

Ah and yes... the other characters.

Lady Une is this dangerous badass grandma mermaid with a heart of gold who wouldn't hesitate to slit your throat if you so much as double-cross her.

Then there's Jean, the exiled Light king with a grudge against the current royalty for being on HIS throne and for the Dark kingdom for kicking his ass. He can be described as a gentleman asshole with a penchant for doing things with style.

Rolen, that merchant guy with the burning hair, really caught my eye. He was someone that possessed a dangerous intellect and he had an equally dangerous ambition that alarmed me. What made him even more interesting is that deep down inside he hated everyone... and he probably wanted them to suffer.

Rolen, unlike the rest of the cast so far, is not motivated by a will to do good or a desire to fulfill one's own selfish motives. He's a guy that just wants to see the world burn while he... just dances high up the heavens with the love of his life.

He's just so different from the rest of us.

And then there's Walter, a man that rose to power after losing everything that was important to him. Despised by all and misunderstood, having no goals of his own or anything to motivate him, this is a guy who could side with literally anyone with no problem.

A person who could be anyone...

And he was a real challenge to me as a writer because I wanted to do everything I could for him. But in the end, that was not enough.

Geez I have to step out for a while and come back to an essay XD. But yeah it's a real shame, so many good chars lost.
