I don't think you should force someone to follow you back. The person will eventually come to like your company. You see, people get uncomfortable if they are forced to do something especially when they are new in this. Especially my friend here since he literally just started about an hour ago. But seeing as he followed you back, I just hope you don't do this again on others )
