    I can really appreciate someone who can read between the lines, armed with a bit of commonsense. I don't see that much anymore. Everyone is in such a rush to give their coveted two cents, they rarely even understand the root issues.

    So to all the lovely people I"m currently involved in RP's with, Know this, I haven't forgotten about you, Today was another trip to ohio, and when I got home I hit that bottle a little to hard, and my muse struck me even harder. I will respond tomorrow, but first, I want to work on a novel.

    It rained most of the way there, and didn't clear up until about 4, which is fine, I love the rain, and they had a lift in their barn, so we worked on my car away from the rain.

    Not all of them are interesting, It's just when they go through slow periods I look for new ones to fill the void in my heart xD

    X D those slow hours are the worst. I feel your pain, but I do not envy the rush of sudden rp activities all at the same time.


    But man there are lots of plots and stories to rp!

    ALRIGHT, SOMEONE HAS GOT TO ANSWER ME THIS QUESTION: HOW THE HELL DO YOU RP A YOUTUBE PERSONALITY!!!!! I understand RPing a character within a RP that has a specific job, but to do a RP specifically surrounding a job like being a YouTube personality baffles and confuses me!!!

    Which is exactly the problem. It's hypocritical to believe there is no better way, because if you chose a way to do something, you naturally feel it is the best one. So stating "everyone has their way" is a lazy and unhelpful way to end a potentially very helpful discussion. It's not people shouldn't be allowed to have tastes, or taht you should try to impose stuff on them, but not even trying to discuss things and compare them beyond the veil of "just an opinion" is like telling a kid they don't have to eat vegetables, sure it works for a bit, and they feel a little better at the time, but there is such a big loss in the long term.

    Every time a new RP site I have to remember "Don't get addicted, Don't get addicted, Don't get addicted"

    Then it's 5AM and you've been up for four days straight and no one's posting and you're going insane.  You've skipped all school and work for the time you've been on site and you're just waiting for your fix.  But the fix doesn't come.  No.  Because it's 5AM and none of your buddies are online.  Eventually, the craving drives you insane and you need your fix so you turn to RPs on sites not dedicated to it, but soon those fail you, too.  You go to the MMOs but all they want is for you to be their bf/gf.  Now you've fallen so far you're on tumblr, begging for posts and you haven't showered in a week.  The repo guys are coming to get all your stuff, you're getting evicted and you suddenly realize... you won't have internet anymore.


    You scream and you beg and you cry, plead with the RP gods but it's no use.  Your internet is shut off, they take all your stuff, you're out on the street and you're prostituting yourself for enough money to go to an internet cafe and get your RP fix.


    RP addiction's a dark road, man.  A dark road.
