Try updating your driver if using a wireless connection device on it ( such as a wireless usb or a PCI adapter). Or try plugging that device in a different port. If using a direct connection to the desktop via Ethernet cable then there's not much you can do besides unplugging it and checking if it is tightly inside. Or changing the port on the router.
