I'm not sure? I had just recently left a versus RP where the GM pulled out a lot of duex ex machina for his character.

Like, being able to shoot accurately at targets in the dark though they didn't have night vision.

Will you be the one to settles the hits and misses, and who wins and who loses during battles?

to an extension, however i won't be playing any other character then the host of the tournament. i was actually hoping i could trust the players to discuss their characters with one another

however i am also going to be relaying on a coin flip system for indecisive hits or if two players request i decide that i need to step in chose who will be the winner

Okay. I won't join the combatants, but will you allow a non-combat player? Was thinking of playing as the doctor and a lady who has a café.

While i am willing to allow non-combatants to take part in the tournament (one popular OCT has had a character called Chimbly swift who won by simply running away and having his opponent disqualified somehow) however i am unsure on how a cafe will fit in as this is supposed to be set inside this massive alien ruins called Alhazred

I Will allow the doctor (but not the lady) as long as he is registered as a combatant

Not necessarily as i said before there have been character in these tournaments who have won rounds by not fighting
