I think the actor who played Spock in the new Star Trek did an amazing job with that role reversal.

Zachary Quinto. I have no idea why I remember him. It's one of those things I randomly remember. Like how I remember my best friend in preschool, and the exact game we would play, but I don't know shit about what I was doing with the fridge open.
Also, damn Balderdash Canterballoon plays a good sociopath. Sherlock and Khan, kinda Smaug (god they dropped the ball with Smaug).

They really only made the Hobbit a trilogy for more money. No real need for it.

You should. They're good. I remember being mildly pissed off that Gandalf in the books had 'a beard down to his belt'. Gandalf in the movies had a pretty kickass beard, but not even close to down to his belt. I know it would have been difficult to actually do, but still.
