Well, Splinter just bought four pet turtles, on her way home she, and the turtles are exposed to mutagen, which mutates them, Splinter an adult, while the four turtles are young tots. I already made the first post.

Also, don't forget we have joint control over Raquel (Female Raphael), and Michelle (Female Mikey), also every other character besides Splinter, Don, and Lee-lee.

Alright. So, are they just learning how to walk and talk?

The older two, Lee-lee and Raquel can walk pretty well, but can't talk all that much, the younger two, Don and Michelle can totter (or penguin) walk when they try hard, and mostly communicate in baby like noises, or small words.

Ok. So what is the plan?
