GhastlySquash
Two Thousand Club
In a futuristic world, people in mech suits fight in mystical battles on a holographic playing field for sport.
So far, two high schools have submitted for teams. One, composed of the public high school Y.M. High is being chosen to host the legendary Four Heroes, a team of mecha knights known for their lawful good alignment on the chart and their disdain for teams who choose evil.
However, in the prestigious academy known as Torvald High, a group of rich students long to play villainous characters and have prepared mecha suit disguises to aid in their quest. A new coach has been chosen, one with experience training chaotic evil teams like this.
Who will win?
This combines elements of dnd and mecha in a slice of life setting. There will be dice rolls and stats for the mecha exo suits. A few rules on roles.
There is a “good” and “evil” team, but players don’t have to be good or evil themselves it’s just an alignment chart for the teams when they duel.
The good team roles/ Y.M. Public High
Four Heroes:
(Note that with the exception of the Knight, these mecha suits are open-faced helmets and the public would know what role your character plays)
Sample of A Possible suit:
The Wizard: The original player and leader of the Four Heroes. They're trying to rebuild the team after their leader left.
The Knight: A delinquent/bully that the Wizard is using to play the knight of the party. Although their reputation is seen as a delinquent, the person is actually quite nice on the inside. Sadly, being a knight means hiding their identity under a visor when they battle in the arena.
Plus two more open roles that can be made
The Horde:
(Note that being on this team means hiding your identity of the team. Most of these mechs will have face-concealing helmets and voice synthesizers. The public is not aware of Torvald's involvement in the game and therefore your identities are secret.)
The Ex-Leader: Entity.Eclypse The former leader of the Four Heroes, now tasked to help Torvald Academy's secret elite run their own team of lawful evil mecha warriors for the upcoming game. Most of these warriors are quite in-experienced but they mean well. Unknown to the Wizard, she was a former victim of the Knight and is generally shy on the outside, but a master strategist on the inside.
The Charitable Overlord: The school president of Torvald. She's often noted for her generosity and kindness, as well as the charity funds her affluent family runs. Of course, underneath the exterior, she enjoys role play and being evil, often times going overboard with her role.
Plus two more roles open for discussion.
