Appearance: White skin, with a farmer's tan. About 5'7". Hair is dark brown, straight, and usually about eyebrow-length in the front and neck-length in the back. Eyes are dark brown, and jawline and nose are prominent. Facial features are a mix between caucasian and asian; his eyes are angular and small, and his face is smooth. His build is light, and he's underweight despite having some muscle.

Skills:
  • Narrow Spear (passive). Able to use arrows as a melee weapon in an emergency.
  • Hunting (active). Able to down small fauna in a single shot, and weaken larger prey.
  • Tracking (active). Sight training exercises and time in the wilderness have helped this Hunter to track targets through forests and rough terrain.
Equipment: Thin, worn, and handed-down leathers. They consist of a chest piece which weaps around the body, shoulder pads, bracers, and knee pads. Under this, otherwordly clothes are worn. A short pair of pants and a long-sleeved, thin, grey shirt. The shorts have been modified, and cloth has been sewed on to bring them to the length of normal pants. Dirt-colored and hard boots are worn as well. Slung over the back in a strap is a quiver with 20 arrows and a shortbow.

Skills:
  • Spear Throw (Combat) - A well placed throw could down even the most well-armoured adversary, will need to retrieve the spear though.
  • Vanguard Charge (Combat) - First to the fight and the first to get stuck in, a Vanguard makes their presence known on the battlefield. Giving the more Rogue-ish members of the team, the chance to wreak havoc behind enemy lines.
  • A eye for detail (Sight) - Being at the front means keeping a eye out for ambushes, traps and other dangers.

Clothing/Armour:
Arriving in this world, George was wearing his work clothes. Khaki cargo trousers, hardy steel-toe capped boots and a black polo shirt to look smart but still have some practicality with many pockets to hold keys, small items and tools. His Vanguard armour consists of a thin, black gambeson to protect from blunt strikes, several small pieces of steel plates that interlock to form a strong but flexible Cuirass around his chest and more steel pieces of individual plate armour protect important areas but still have some gaps between them as having full-plate armour would be far too heavy and cumbersome.

Weapons:
George choose a spear as his primary weapon of choice as it allowed him many advantages over wielding something heavy like a two-handed sword, speed, added reach and dexterity. For times where he's thrown his spear to impale a foe or the enemy is closing past thrusting range, he has a short-sword held in a scabbard to be his back-up weapon. Finally if all-else has failed, every Vanguard has a small dagger held in a horizontal sheath across their lower back as a last-ditch weapon and doubles-up as a tool for cutting ropes, throwing if need-be and other helpful functionalities. The dagger also serves as the symbol of Vanguards, proving that they are trained in close-combat, living to fight to come face to face with whatever challenges the party and proving themselves worthy of being a Vanguard.

Other:
George is a passionate cook, prior to arriving in these new lands he frequently took part in festivals and served up 'hearty soul goodness' to the masses.

Clothing/Armor: Outside of combat, Julia wears a jacket over a hoodie and a a pair of short shorts, the clothing she had upon arrival. When on a job, however, she wears an olive green cloak over some cheap leather armor due to not being expected to actively engage in combat, that, and to save money of course. On her waist she wears a small pouch to carry trinkets that she might "find".

Weapons: A pair of daggers and a set of six throwing knives.

Skills:
- Runecraft (Parent Skill) - Able to create runes on any item or surface using mana-scribing. Mana-scribing is a technique of using mana to draw on something. By drawing specific words, symbols, and shapes in the ancient elven language a rune can be created to store a specific magical effect keyed to that person's unique magical signature. The rune can then be activated either by that person casting a simple activation spell, or by setting some activation condition in the rune itself. The more complex the rune is the more mana-scribing is required for the rune to work as intended (taking extra time and mana to complete). Subsequently, the more powerful the rune's effect the more mana that needs to be infuse into each symbol (adding more time and mana).
- Fire Rune (Active Sub-Skill) - A rune that creates fire when activated. Exact nature of the effect depends on what other parameters are added to the rune. Without any further conditions added to the rune it will convert all stored mana into fire instantly and flare out in all directions from the point of origin.​
- Lightning Rune (Active Sub-Skill) - A rune that creates electricity when activated. Exact nature of the effect depends on what other parameters are added to the rune. Without any further conditions added to the rune it will convert all stored mana into electricity instantly and arc out in all directions from the point of origin.​
- Minor-Fluency in Ancient Elven (Passive) - Able to understand, read, and write very-basic words and phrases in Ancient Elven.

Equipment:
- Wooden Hand Crossbow (x10 bolts) - A small one-handed crossbow with a very short range. It takes 2 hands and some time to reload each shot, but it's easier for unskilled wielders to shoot compared to a bow and arrow.
- Crude Dagger - A short 6-inch, double edged, steel knife in questionable condition meant for thrusting. Should be a last resort in combat, but is still a serviceable utility tool.
- Cloth Garment - A simple cloth outfit that provides no protection, but has valuable pockets.
- Notebook - A small leather-bound notebook filled with decent quality paper. Good for writing notes in so as to not forget things.
- Utensils - Various writing and measuring devices to either write in the notebook with or to assist with runecrafting.
- Glasses - They may look like goggles, but she took the prescription lenses out of the glasses she woke up with and put them in something more likely to survive combat. Mostly needed to see things farther away.

  • Fiery reddish-brown hair, natural or not, she may never know. The ends of her hair appear lighter and more copper-coloured, which flow in spiky waves to her abdomen
  • Hazel-brown eyes which seem to have a reddish tint in bright light. Quite rounded in shape, in contrary to her more intimidating hair.

Class: Paladin - The Healing Knight

Skills:
  • Mending light (Active) - Cleanses and stitches up wounds through light magic, the greater the injury the greater the time spent healing it(more time out of battle). She cannot fully heal grievous/fatal injuries. She cannot heal multiple people at once. She cannot heal whilst in combat, she must devote her concentration to the wound.
  • Let there be light (Active) - Can generate a source of light through her magic. Although small, she can create a few of them and move them around/place them at will.
  • Blade dance (Passive) - Each consecutive weapon hit deals a slight increase in damage, which builds over time as long as she doesn't miss/lose her momentum.

Equipment:
  • Dual-wielded swords - she enjoys the flexibility of being able to switch between offense and defensive relatively quickly, instead of being stuck behind a shield at times.
  • Iron armour - not as thick as one might expect from the outside; thin iron plates are wrapped around most of her bodyparts with flexible chainmail around her joints. She prefers the freedom of movement rather than full-on defence.

Spellblade
- Mixing magic and might, the Spellblade imbues his weapon with magical enchantments, a versatile class that has something for every occasion. However, it sacrifices defense for this versatility, and even though it's a front line class, it doesn't have a strong defense, relying on dodging enemy attacks to maintain itself.

Skills:
Enchant(Active/Combat)
- Imbues the current weapon with an elemental spell, causing it to deal extra damage of that element. Only one Enchantment can be active at the time.
Identify(Active/Utility) - By analyzing an enemy corpse for 10 minutes, a spellblade can identify which element that enemy is weak or strong against.
Spellcaster(Passive) - A spellblade can learn magic as per the Wizard class, however, it cannot use spells without a weapon. For a spell to work, the enchanted weapon must make contact with an enemy.

Equipment:
Claymore - A large sword, usually used with two hands, the Claymore is a reliable sword for budding adventurers. Xander's sword is reinforced to prevent wear from constant magical imbuing.
Leather Armor - Xander's leather armor is the standard issue for beginner Spellblades. It's easy to get in and out, and has good mobility, allowing high mobility.

Other: Xander is a good hunter, innately knowing the ins and outs of hunting animals for food. He's respectful and careful, avoiding conflict when able.

Skills:
Chorus(Core Ability - Passive) - By playing or singing the current song's Chorus, you can activate a secondary ability for a short time. You can't use the same chorus ability twice on the same day.

Disrupting Tune(Active - Combat) - By playing dissonant chords on your instrument, you can distract enemies, making them more vulnerable to either magic attacks or physical attacks. Chorus: You increase nearby allies resistance.

Soothing Tune(Active - Combat) - By playing a calming and focused tune on your instrument, you can focus your allies to enhance their abilities. You can only affect a certain number of allies at a time(that increases with level), and you need to wait between songs to change targets. Chorus: Doubles the bonus on affected allies.

Festival Music(Active - Utility) - By playing a happy and cheerful song, you can instill a joyful environment, calming people around you and gaining double money by busking. Chorus: Instantly starts a party.

Muffle(Passive) - Your sound weaving allows you to move quietly, increasing your stealth abilities.

Equipment:
Four stringed lute (nothing grand basic starting equipment)
Knife, (literally a large knife for preparing food)
Clothes, a full set and a spare set. (Busking helps)
Leather armour with iron studs,
(only has the bare minimum given to him. It covers some of his chest and dominant arm. He also got a new at hat with a feather in it)

Other:
Picking bard was natural to Mike, it was like riding a bike after a long time.
Wait what's a bike?

Mike is a confident tosser with a heart of bronze (gold would be to good and cliche) he has a somewhat dreaded feeling in the back of his self concious that he has caused, ended, and lost a number of fights... can't think why though.

If he couldn't busk to make ends meet Mike would have been caught and killed for stealing. The second or third night probably..
