Light Pheonix
Light laughed nervously and clutched her necklace tightly. "Light wants to be friends with you mister Hector!" Peace yelped out before Light could stop the cat. "Peace!" The girl yelped glaring fiercely at her cat. Light sighed and looked at Hector. She smiled slightly and said, "Peace is right though, I... I want to at least try to be your friend... At least if you want to." After she said that Light mentally slapped herself. 'Holy hell! I sounded so stupid!!' She thought.

Hector jus watched as Light seemed to be scolding her familiar, for what he wasn't sure. With the fact that he was incapable of hearing what it might be saying Hector just assumed it might be something embarrassing. Well that was until she stated that she wanted to become his friend at least. Hector was never one to outright try to ask someone to be friends since that never felt natural, but he could make an exception since Light clearly looked a little uncomfortable.

"Sure I don't see a reason for why we can't be friends," he said right as Roxie came in and sat next to him.

"You think this teacher be all typically dark and scary?"

"No idea for all we know they could be a ghost for all I know," he said turning to Roxie. Not even a minute after saying that someone came in who was definitely not one of Hector's classmates. She head over to the desk at the front indicating that she was in fact their instructor. The odd thing though was that it was Alice who had been introduced as the headmaster's assistant.

"Seems you got your answer."

LAVIGNA LOCKHEART

Lavigna blinked at the girl, smile twitching slightly. Yikes. She forgot the Headmaster only recently brought her back to life. The older woman was a bit intrigued by her situation but she decided not to pry so much since she might still be sensitive about it. Moreover her head was still pounding so she doesn't really want to think a lot right now.

"Oh- uh, why of course!" she responded before taking a couple of steps backwards until there was a space between them. Magnus should have given her the school's uniform or at least a change of clothing before he left. The professor snapped her fingers and, as if on cue, a bright light array glowed on the ground until a whole wardrobe emerged from it. Lavigna clapped her hands and its door opened, revealing her many clothes and outfits arranged nicely. "Go ahead and pick whatever you like. I can magically adjust the size to fit you." she offered as she stood beside her fancy closet. There was A LOT of various apparels inside her wardrobe so hopefully the younger female would be able to choose something.

"I can also burn those for you." she added, referring to her other request, "You can hand them to me after you're done changing. There's a CR over there." she gestured at the clinic's lavatory which was not so far from their spot. The situation made her silently wonder whether she was supposed to give her a fashion-makeover instead of a tour. Maybe she can also do her hair or makeup?

Light Phoenix
Light smiled warmly and nods. She was about to say something back she closes her mouth, knowing it was time for class. "I'll see you after class." Light says, she then turns and goes back to her seat. She took a deep breath and sighed. 'That was hard, how the hell did Xavier make friends just from small talk?!' The girl thought while putting her head in her hands. 'He made friends, more than I ever did... I truly wish he was here and not-' 'Light? Are you okay, you're crying...' Peace said, interrupting Light's train of thought. She was right though, the girl's cheeks were wet with fallen tears, though Light didn't bother to wipe them away, nor let them fall either. "I'm fine Peace, everything's fine..." She replied to her familiar, her voice sounded sad. When her familiar said nothing, Light rubbed her hand through Peace's soft fur reassuring her.

Chouko Qalli
Chouko gladly shredded the clothes off herself quickly and handed them to the teacher like they were cursed, before looking at the wardrobe itself. Hm...Her sense of style was a bit pickled since she had spent a good amount of time being dead but she needed to shred the dependent girl that always leaned on her twin to be there for her. Even though the butterflies on the short kimono were reminiscent of her time being dead, she choose it anyway as it was something she was familiar with and she could always put shorts on underneath the outfit. Putting the outfit on wasn't difficult at all, the sleeves may be a bit of a hassle but it looked good on her, even though it was pink. Turning around she looked at the mirror and grabbed at her hair. She needed more than an outfit change.
"Kami, I really need to change my look more than anything. Teacher, want to help me? Being dead has really dampened my outlook of fashion and a living flesh and blood person will be fantastic for getting me back into being fashionable. My favorite colors are...Blue, lavender, and silver. I chose different colors since I needed to upgrade from being a tag along for my twin and be my own woman. So, I say my hair and some light makeup would help me tons. "
She said to herself than to the teacher

Morkari smiled as the obviously nervous Lixue rambled on. When she finally stopped Morkari answered her.

"No, I'm from Japan." He turns towards Asha and greets the Owl too, before continuing. "I think a few other owls get bigger too, but I'm not sure myself."

Morkari smiled again and remembered her comment about preferring to not wear shoes. "I think if I could, I'd go barefoot quite often too; sadly, living in the forest, it's not really safe to do so. Even inside the house splinters were easy to get. But here I think I can at least go barefoot in my room. It's always a great feeling to let my feet breathe at the end of a long day."

At this point the teacher comes in. "Looks like class is about to start, we should probably pay attention."

With things quieting down Magnus took the time to handle the paperwork he needed done for Jasmine since she was only moments ago legally dead. Getting her some new papers to identify her as an Indian citizen wasn't that difficult but that did not solve her housing situation. She also was going to need some way to make a living but she has been gone awhile for her to have a normal job. Thinking it over he did have something that could solve both of those problems. Since they just happened to be down one professor in a subject she is good at. With that thought he had her registered as the Darks Arts instructor and had a livingquarters assigned to her. After that Magnus didn't wait since he didn't want to leave Jasmine sleeping the library so with a snap of his fingers he and Jasmine both were moved to her living quarters. She still hadn't woken up so he just left her on the bed with her paperwork on the nightstand. It wasn't anything too impressive since it was empty but that could change later. As a little gift though for welcoming her back Magnus had an idea. Stretching out his arms he opened his hands wide to create a set of japanese sliding doors. On the inside was a dojo fit for a master martial artist. Closing the door he had one last thought and he would be a bit ashamed if he forgot this. Going over to the wardrobe he enchanted it to always have the clothes that Jasmine would ant to wear. With that last detail Magnus left off to let her sleep with a note telling her to come see him at his office when she wakes up.

Now time to check in on Clair and those two students........ ( Uasal Uasal animegirl20 animegirl20 . D O V E . D O V E )

Continuation Post......

Sensing Clair's presence Magnus arrives to see the two students cowering in fear in front of her while she was wielding a flaming katana. If memory serves him right she had been up most of the night trying to make sure that nothing had gotten passed the academies security. He didn't remember to tell her to stay up all night though when she had plenty of subordinates who could of handled it. Besides he needed her awake during the day since that's when the real problems would happen on a more consistent basis. As for the sight before him, Magnus was pretty sure he should step in now before Clair got irritated enough to break the rules herself. She was of course allowed to use force but cutting students in half was not something he wanted to encourage.

"Clair what's going on over here?" he asked while walking over to the group.

Clair O'Reilly
Having listened to the two's reasoning Clair couldn't help but feel even more irritated over the entire situation. All of this over some pen marks! What kind of irresponsible idiotic child would draw on someone else face with a pen! ....oh. Wait, Clair had done the same thing during her entrance year as well. Actually.. Magnus was the very person who ridiculed her on it. Oh dear lord was she actually as annoying as this when she was a student! Oh no! The Cringe! The Crunge!!!
As her Katana continued to materialise Clair slowly but surely began having a crisis of her own all while the two girls before her bickered too and fro. What should have been a very simply sorted situation was now what could only be described as a complete and utter mess.

Deep in thought, Clair nearly jumped clean out of her skin when she heard Magnus call out her name. The shock forced her body to react on its own and in a flash, Clair had not only closed the distance between her and Magnus but also brought her sword to his neck. Only having stopped due to the magical barrier Magnus had emitted. If anything was going to land her in trouble it was this. And after coming to a halt and coming to meet Magnus' eyes she couldn't help but feel a bitterly cold chill flow down her spine. "M.M.Magnus! You scared me! T.t.this isn't what it looks like, I swear!" Quickly dispelling her sword Clair moved to quickly stand to the side of magnus, a cold sweat sliding down her brow. "I was just, testing your barrior is all. A.Anyway! These two students are having a spat and they both tried to kill one another! Shameful, truely shameful. I was just trying to get the whole truth out of them with a little strong arming is all! I swear!"

Magnus had been surprise to see Clair rush at him so quickly that he had to thank his lucky stars that he had a barrier already up. If it wasn't for all of his years of experience he would of suffered terrible pain, and possible death, from an attack like that. As for his thoughts on the matter he could only attribute this action from Clair not keeping her cool. This was nothing new so he wasn't going to fire her. But he did wish that one of his best former students could get her act together when it came to keeping her emotions in check. Seriously, for someone he was possibly considering on joining the Mages Council she needed more self-control. As for her report he wasn't going to remind her that he already new the situation. Nor that he wanted her to just keep them from doing anything else before he showed up. Calmly he turned to the students shaking his head.

"Well you too have gotten yourselves in a bit of trouble, and on the first day no less. It seems I might have another thing to deal with for now so both of you may go to class since you are already late. Although I want to see both of you during lunch so we can go over what your punishment is going to be." To make his point to show that he was done with them for the moment at the snap of his fingers he teleported them so they would be standing outside their classroom door. Once they were gone he turned back to Clair handing her a potion bottle he pulled out from nowhere. "Drink this so you can be more awake since it seems we are going to have to have a chat."

Yuna Jeon

Everything escalated so quickly that Yuna didn't even have the time to process it. She was basically shivering in fear and was close to latching onto Atsuko and turn her into her human barrier when the Headmaster arrived. Suddenly, it felt like the fiery lady was the one in trouble instead of them. "W-what!? I wasn't trying to kill Atshouko! She was the one trying to kill me!" she explained herself but it all went to vain when the Headmaster simply snapped his fingers at them.

The next thing she knew was that she was standing in front of their classroom. What the flipping whale just happened!? Teleportation!? Plus did they just get detention!? She turned to look at her roommate with furrowed brows and a frown, "This is all your fault, you midget!" she blamed before waltzing to her seat. It was clear as a recently cleaned glass that today was not Yuna day.

Lavigna Lockheart

Lavigna immediately got into action upon receiving the younger female's previous clothing. She held it in one hand and cast a spell to set her hands on fire. A few seconds later and the clothing was swallowed and reduced to ash. She opened the nearby window and used a simple wind magic to send the ashes out. While doing the act, she saw Clair threatening two female students. She recognized one of them was that eccentric girl with a whale familiar. 'Hooo? That looks fun!' she thought to herself with a grin before her attention was brought back to the girl.

The professor smiled when she saw Chouko wearing her kimono. It looked great on her! Her smile widened and her eyes twinkled with excitement when the other asked her to do her make up. It was like Girl's Night all over again! "YES!" she replied before snapping her fingers to unsummon her wardrobe and replace it with her entire vanity set.

Lavigna gently pulled the girl to sit down in her vanity's chair so she could face the mirror and witness the magic she's about to do. The professor went into action and carefully did her make up, taking note of the colors Chouko mentioned. The next few minutes passed by filled with Lavi's energetic comments and showcase of her make-up skills.

"Pucker your lips! Like this."

"Oooh! This shade looks great on you!"

"Eyebrows on fleeeeeek! Yes girl, flaunt it!''

Finally, the moment came when it was time to do her hair. Lavigna settled with pulling her hair into a clean bun. It wasn't long before she let out a satisfied huff and put her hands on Chouko's shoulders. "Voila!" she exclaimed as she showed her her reflection on the mirror. She found it impressive how Chouko wanted to have her own individuality and how clear she was as to what she wanted.

Chouko Qalli
Chouko smiled at herself. She looked so much different than she did a few moments ago, and she loved it~! Looking at the teacher, she smiled brightly.
"Thank you. I feel so much better than I did a few moments ago. Now, on to the tour!"
She said, smiling brightly once more and walking towards the door, before stopping to allow the teacher to lead the way, though she did limp a bit. It was something she wasn't going to overcome from being dead, it stayed with her and she'll learn on her own.

Jasmine woke up after a nice nap. Yawning, she turned her head, examining the room Magnus had no doubt brought her to. "Well, I guess it couldn't hurt to check everything before seeing Magnus." She set down the note he had left and began by first checking out the wardrobe. She had a pretty good idea of what was behind the extremely old style Japanese doors; she could save that for later.

Opening the wardrobe, she saw a good number of white and red casual wear Kimonos, like she had now. "Hmm, should probably change before I go..." She grabbed a kimono, ignoring the rest of the clothes for that were inside for now.

After changing she went over to the double doors. She stopped and sighed. "A bit too traditional even for me, Magnus." She opened the doors and sighed again. "Alright, I'll just have to change a few things when I get back myself..." She closed the doors and left her room. She summoned her Familiar. "Soren, can you tell where the Headmasters office is from here? It's been awhile, and even when I was my younger self, I was never in the teachers quarters much." Soren stares at her. "OKAY Fine, I was here all the time getting in trouble, but that doesn't mean I remember where to go alright?" Soren just stares for a few seconds longer, not saying anything, before walking off towards what she HOPED was Magnus' office, and not just him deciding to wander around...

After a few turns, Soren stops, scritches at a door, then walks off on his own. Jasmine sighs. "Yea yea, go do whatever ya want. Jeese, hopefully Mori's familiar didn't pick up too much of that attitude..."
Jasmine shrugs, shaking her head. "Whatever. Mag- er, Headmaster? You in there?" Knowing full well Magnus was actually rarely in his office during days like these, she knocked a couple times. She figured that he'd know she was there, and appear from who knows where, as he always had when she was still a student here.

Technically it was both our faults if we're going to get technical." Atsuko sat in the desk next to Yuna and sighed. Alice stood there for a moment as she waited for students to arrive. Once the bell rung Alice looked out to the class and smiled. "Alright Hello everyone. "I'm Alice Evermore and welcome to dark arts! Me and Zain are not your regular dark arts teachers but today we are filling in temporarily. So today lesson we are going to discuss necromancy but before we get into that let's go over what dark arts actually is. Now I'm sure when you hear dark arts or black magic you think of evil magic from stuff you see on tv and movies. Though it can be typically used for selfish, self-serving and/or nefarious purposes it is not necessarily evil. With that in mind, lets get go ahead and move on to necromancy. Necromancy is
magic
that revolves around manipulating the dead, death, the death-force and/or souls for good, evil or neither. With necromancy can also communicate with the deceased – either by summoning their spirit as an apparition or raising them bodily – for the purpose of divination, imparting the means to foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge. Today I will be teaching you the basics and on summing started with a skeleton. Zain would you like to demonstrate for the class?"

Light Phoenix
Light shudders at the thought of forcing someone, dead or alive to something. Even being dead, she would've figured these dead people would have wanted to be left alone or let them pass on in peace. 'That's just horrible.. no matter how self centered you are it's just evil to put some who just wants to rest in peace through that torture.' Light thought as she heard her familiar hiss softly. "That's evil magic, it should never be used, yet so many use it." Peace said, her fur puffing up ever so slightly. 'I couldn't agree any more with you." The Girl thought, glaring at her desk. Letting out a sigh, looked at the teacher and tried hard not to speak out against the class.

Morkari sighed. This was the one type of magic he really didn't want to learn. He had never found Necromancy to be all that great, even if used in way not harmful to others. It was just Necromancy had quite a few moral issues in his mind.

He listened so he could understand how to deal with it, but he had no intention on ever using it himself. Hopefully the next session of this class the real teacher would opt for less undead, and more towards the other sections of dark magic. In particular he wanted to know more about way to use Dark magic as a straight up weapon. Curses? Sure, he might at some point use one, but only for practical jokes on his sister. Undead summoning? No thank you.
However, throwing dark energy directly at someone? Sounds fun. He'd read about exactly what his favoured magic type was all about. Creating a black dragon made from dark energy sounded like a fun thing to do. Not that he'd neglect other element types. He wanted to eventually create a large group of dragons at anyone who attacks him or his family using all the elements he can. The more someone has to defend against, the harder it is to defend from right? Of course, the same goes for creating that many different elements at once. They will ultimately be less powerful, wouldn't they?

Morkari thinks about all of this as he listens to the teacher, a trick he learned in highschool. He remembers every word said by the teacher, while still able to think to himself about certain things he found important.
In the end, he figures studying 2 or 3 elements more than the rest might be a good idea. But he still needs to learn about all of them.

Morkari wasn't stupid, there had to be a reason he wasn't able to use any magic, even by accident, until recently. That and his sister hiding the fact she new magic pretty much proved that thought process. Of course it could just be that it was a well kept secret, and the only danger was being discovered right now, though being discovered would lead to a whole new set of problems of course...

Morkari shrugged to himself. For now, he was just gonna learn about Magic that interested him while enjoying the fact that he could use said Magic. He returned to listening to the teacher fully. He still might miss a few key points if he wasn't careful. He'd done so before.

Clair O'Reilly
Taking the potion quietly Clair proceeded to quickly down the disgusting substance quickly as to spare her tastebuds any further suffering than was needed. Once the potion was fully downed it began showing effects quite quickly as Clair's energy began to quickly regenerate. Magnus sure did have some impressive concoctions at his disposal, unfortunately, the after-effects would leave Clair twice as tired once the effects of the potion had worn off. trying her best to avoid eye contact Clair shifted her focus to the headmaster's neck and braced herself for what she assumed would be a coming storm. "A chat... how lovely. I assume this isn't going to be a friendly chat... is it? Look I can explain! Honestly, I can!"

Shifting her weight from one side to the other while still avoiding eye contact Clair proceeded to ramble on in an attempt to save herself from a lecture "I mean honestly you can check my report from last night! You must have got it right! There were tones of imps and little pests sneaking through the barrier when it was weakened yesterday! I spent all of the night rounding up and destroying them all before they nested! I was working I SWEAR! And AND who even draws on someones face when they're sleeping anyway! Honestly how childish can you get!"
Quinlan63 Quinlan63

Magnus just stood there as Clair went on rambling and trying to make up excuses for how she acted. Really he sometimes he could figure out a spell that removed this quality and enhanced the good ones about her. Of course that would be totally unethical so he would never do it but it was a tempting idea sometimes. Really to be honest he was gonna try to not be so hard on her this time since she did in fact handle her job the night before. Although once she got to the part about how childish they were he could not be held silent.

"Childish, really? Clair you might of been my most problem student in all the years I have been teaching others. Until you figure out how to keep it together you are in no position to calling anyone childish. As foyou doing your job last night, yes I have seen the report and I'm wondering about one thing. Why didn't you send any of your subordinates to handle such a low grade threat? If you don't remember let me remind you that you were also to be well rested for today since starting today you will be assisting Lavi to teach the students about combat magic. Yes she is totally capable of doing it herself but past experience shows that having more than one instructor is good for the class." Calming himself he took a breath to make sure that they weren't going to have to regrow the garden. Right then he was got an alert from the spirits that watch his office door informing him that Jasmine had come to see him. NOt wanting to waste anymore time berating Clair he turned back to her one more time.

"In any event I have other things to do so I will let you off easy today. Just remember that you need to keep yourself in check before you kill someone you weren't supposed to. Oh and one last thing, you were nominated by a few of the other members of the Mage Council to join us. Just wanted to make sure you knew that before I decided whether or not you could join." With that last word he stepped into the spirit realm and came out standing behind Jasmine.

"Hello there how about you come in so we can talk," he said walking past her.

Uasal Uasal Astrylan Astrylan

"Hello there how about you come in so we can talk."
Most people would jump half way out of there skin at someone suddenly appearing behind them. But with Jasmine having had it happen just a tad more often than she'd like to admit...

Jasmine follows Magnus inside and sits down. "So, what exactly did you want to talk about?"

Jasmine had an idea honestly... He probably wanted her as a backup teacher or something. The room she now had told her that much at least.
"I'm assuming you want me as a substitute when needed? Or something similar, maybe a secondary instructor for a class even." Yea she knew what was going on here. Not that she didn't want to teach. She just didn't see herself as the first pick Magnus had. As far as Jasmine knew, the white arts teacher was still alive and kicking; so backup or aide seemed more like what she was going to end up as.

She waited for Magnus to answer. She had conjured up her Wakizashi and strapped it to her side before coming here. She was fiddling with it, her one and only nervous tic. The reason very few people actually knew it was a nervous tic, was that a lot of swordsman constantly checked whether their weapon was ready to be pulled any moment, and not going to get caught on something that just happened to get in the scabbard the last time it was put away. Now while this would only slow down the draw, that half second could be life or death when it came down to it. Only people like Magnus, or possibly a few friends from school (if they were still around) would recognize it for what it was.

Zain Qalli
Zain snapped his head towards Alice's aura and blinked rapidly in confusion as her words slowly sunk into his mind. Summon a skeleton...
'Shouldn't be hard.'
He thought as he drew a blank crystal from one of the pockets in his coat.
"Summoning undead can be a bit nasty as they require a sort of subsistence to have in order to be summoned. Make no mistake that this will be easy, usually it takes a bit of bone powder to summon one since the powder becomes the skeleton but in this case, as we don't have bone powder on hand...We'll go with a crystal skeleton. Now, before you ask how to make one, this ability is something unique to me and me alone and no, I'll not hand out any crystals to anyone in the class to fool around with."
He said before piercing his thumb with the crystal and, possibly half haphazardly remembering the summoning seal used for it, before dropping the crystal onto the seal. Watching it begin creak and crack as it began to hastily build into a skeleton, Zain watched carefully with his sight to ensure the skeleton didn't do anything silly or dangerous. Once it was upright and standing, he nodded before turning to the students, ignoring the skeleton.
"And that's how you summon a skeleton...What's so funny? Ack! Knew something like this would happen!"
He said before getting some giggles and laughs before looking at the skeleton with an frustrated tone.

"So, what exactly did you want to talk about? I'm assuming you want me as a substitute when needed? Or something similar, maybe a secondary instructor for a class even."

"Actually no I have bigger plans for you in fact." Magnus had not been surprised that she would think that was the reason he wanted to speak with her. "I wanted to see if you want to become the new instructor for the Dark Arts class. Unfortunately the previous instructor left to go on a journey and I was only informed this morning about that. Of course I wasn't expecting you to start today since I wanted to you have some time for yourself." If memory had served him well she was pretty knowledgeable when it came to the dark arts making her perfect for the position. Yes of course he could of called in someone else to take the position but Jasmine was already there. It would be nice to at least offer her the job first, especially since she was pretty mch poor at this point. Money tends to not be an easy thing to keep a hold of while dead.

"So what do you say, would you like to take the position?"

YUNA JEON

Yuna, to nobody's surprise, spent the first half of the class glaring at the board while her mind wandered into her private wonderland. Instead of being stuck in some sort of magical academy, she was instead in front of a crowd. Their phantom cries and cheers filled her ears as she imagined herself waving her arms at them with a big grin on her face. She just can't wait to be the Universe's Number One Superstar. Once she's that big then she wouldn't have to worry about an embarrassing familiar, getting cooked alive, creating a crazy orb of light, getting detention at the first day of school and an annoying roommate.

Obviously, not listening to the teachers was a big mistake. Yuna's full attention was grabbed when she heard the sound of Zain's crystal hitting the ground. Pink eyes widened in horror as what appeared to be a skeleton slowly materialized.

"W-Wha..." she stuttered, reality slowly dawning on her.

The final nail to the coffin was when the skeleton started to move. Yuna's jaw comically dropped as it began to dance, earning laughter and giggles from her classmates. Not her, though. Yuna did what she does best when scared. Scream her lungs out.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!! IT'S A MOVING SKELETON!!!"

Light Phoenix
Light pales slightly, her eyes hidden by shadows. Peace noticed her master's reaction and grew worried for her. "Calm down, Light. It's okay." Peace said, rubbing her head against Light's hand. The white haired girl said nothing but it was clear she was fighting down a worse reaction. 'Holy hell, holy hell...' Light thought, griping the fabric of her shirt tightly.

Morkari

Upon seeing the skeleton form from the crystal, Morkari noticed it seemed to be more a straight up puppet, rather than an actual soul. And upon seeing it start dancing, he was pretty sure Zain wasn't great at Necromancy in general. He smiled but didn't laugh. He'd be attempting the same thing in just a second. He might very well end up having the skeleton shake it's butt at him or something.

"Is that skeleton made purely from magic? And nothing else?" Morkari raised the question for the people in the class who were obviously worried about how it was summoned, but he worded it so the teachers would understand, but not put out the obvious thought behind it.

He knew there was going to be others like him who weren't sure. Though after seeing how it formed from the crystal, and started dancing, he was beginning to think it might not actually have a soul in it.

Jasmine

"Eh? A teacher? For the Dark Arts class?" Well, she had been expecting something similar, just not quite that far into things...

"Well, I guess I could, just don't expect me to be the best teacher ever. I've never been great at teaching others. Even my little brother complained to me before about it." Jasmine sighed. She was pretty sure she was the worst choice to actually be a straight up teacher. She had the knowledge sure, but the teaching ability? Not so much.

"I'm willing to try it out, but if the students don't like me, it'd be better to find someone else who qualifies more than I do." Jasmine was certainly willing to try, as Magnus had done so much for her already. She wasn't about to just leave him empty handed if she could help. She may have been a trouble maker when she was younger, but she wasn't a bad person. Jasmine waited to hear Magnus' thoughts while she fiddled with the hilt on her weapon; clearly more nervous than she had been before.

Hector had been surprised to hear that they were going to learn how to summon a skeleton. With him being naturally proficient in that type of magic he couldn't wait to learn. He paid close attention to what Zain had been doing but had to wonder about the idea of a crystal skeleton. But in the end a skeleton was produced in the end, just not exactly in the way he was expecting. Taking note of the dancing skeleton in the room Hector decided to not try and summon one with any materials other than what was required. It did make him wonder though what was the reason that it started dancing like that with no warning.

"Yeah...... Is there some way to make sure that the skeleton doesn't start performing swan lake. I mean that doesn't seem very useful unless you wanna start an undead dance party."

"Nonsense," Magnus replied. "Becoming a master in the art of teaching only comes from experience and time. You have no need to worry about what anyone will think about your methods of teaching. If you haven't forgotten many of us here teach in different ways so do as you like. Well just as long as the students learn something that is. Besides all of the students in the class, including my own daughter, don't any real knowledge of magic to compare with at the moment."

"Anyways I don't plan on you starting today since my assistant Alice is handling it today but if you like you can go and observe. If not you can go and relax or get ready for when the next class will be on Wednesday. The choice is yours for what you wanna do for now, just know that if you have any questions I'm still here for you if ou need anything.
