If you were in a video game, what would the character above you drop when they die?

Springhorns - These horns once adorned the head of the Springy Dingy Djinni, and they are oddly stretchy. If you had these your entire life, you'd make this face too. Trust me.
If you ever manage to land on your head during a jump or fall, you'll bounce back up when wearing these.

You can upgrade these to Slinkyhorns, which... will probably earn you weird looks from anyone you walk past, to be honest. If you're creative, though, you can figure out how to make two slinkies on your head very, very useful.

Shiny Horn - Miscellaneous - Broken off by an adorable little horned critter. This item has no crafting uses, but can be sold to vendors.

Cat Ears- Cosmetic Wearable - They don’t seem to be much in terms of head protection, but wearing them makes you feel purr-fect.

Morphing Armor - +10% LVL stat increase; 4 modes with different stat increases; can be changed to mimic the appearance of any armor in your inventory

Village Totem - Expendable: Destroy to reduce 1 attack's damage to 0 and negate any resulting status effects

Antimatter Scales - +25 Resistance to Dark-type attacks, warps light around your character which increases stealth by +5. If struck with another antimatter-based item, 50 damage will be dealt to both the wearer and attacker.

Dark Matter Gauntlet - When equipped, it will progressively drain your health by 20 more points per turn to a limit of -200 health every turn, but it will increase your dark damage by half that amount. Equipping this with the Antimatter Scales will double the health draining rate and will triple the max drained-health cap.

Fluorescent Lights (Item Type: Junk/Craftable, Can be used to make a Laser pistol)

Melancholy Battleaxe: A heavy, monochrome weapon. Touching it makes you consider your own mortality.

Ink: A handful of viscous, blank ink. Can be bottled. Effects may vary.

Royal Crown: head equipment. +20 Magic Attack, + 5 HP
Secret Diary: double click to get a random amount of EXP

Sheeth of the Ancient Blade: Consumable- Click to remove the sheet and obtain the legendary sword within. Must be at least level 95 to use this action.

Demon Santa's Beard - If Santa was a demonic dragon from hell, he would still have a beard and this is all the proof you need to see.
Accessory | +Presence
Once per combat, you can yell "̨̕͞H̴̛͠o̡͠ ̨̧̀͡h̵̢́͜͞o̧̧͟͟ ̷̴̢͞h͝ò̵͝͡!̨͞"́͢͠͡ in a deep infernal voice, causing nearby demons to yell "SANTA!" and distracting them for the duration of the round. If you're lucky (or perhaps unlucky), you can even get one of them to sit on your lap!

Obsidian Knife - Black as night, clear as glass. It may not look it at first, but this blade grants a clearer reflection than any mirror ever could.
Weapon | -Hope
Gazing at the blade allows you to see what you would look like if you were born a demon instead. This dagger steals your hope to fuel its power, but perhaps you never had any to begin with.

Extra Dark Coffee - For an extra rainy day.
Consumable | +???
You're not much of a coffee drinker, but when the drink hits your lips... you can't help but smile. You're not quite sure why.

Ti'Zo's Horn - You look at it and it fills you with a feeling of mystery...
Can be used once per round to buff your entire team's speed and stamina. Can also be thrown at your enemy, and once thrown, will implode in on itself. Weird little thing.

Tiny Garments - How could you?
Will make you move as fast as the wind. But it will never heal your heart from the damage of killing such a cute little imp. Sanity permanently damaged upon picking up this item.

I know next to nothing about Pyre and did a lot of googling. Soundtrack's good though

Daisie's Mask
Vanity Item
"It feels like a dragon's spirit is still within it..."

Dragon's Tuft (17)
Crafting Material, Vanity Item
"The Tuft of a dragon's fur is nearly impossible."
Can be used to craft Dragon Wings, with 50 of these.

Ripped Dragon's Wings
Accessory
"The power of flight!"

Foxfyre Fists - Powered-down cybernetics. Can be hollowed out and modified at the Crucible to create wearable gauntlets.
After the fateful encounter that took their arms, it was said that the Fox was one of the first recipients of highly advanced cybernetics - namely the custom FOXFYRE Zi model, one of the latest prototypes in hand manipulation. To any outward looker, they were simply disembodied fists, but they had the ability to be manipulated through the "phantom limb" sensation of the user. Almost as if the Fox had never lost their hands in the first place, huh?
Shame they're dead now, though.

Lupes Letterman - Sleeveless, pink gang colors that can be worn as vanity.
Fuck. FUCK. You recognize those markings.

Kid was with the fuckin' Lupes.

They find out you did this, and the Fox's brother will flay you personally. Better get out of there before their boss hears the news.

Empyrean Horns - "His horns can pierce the sky!"
Legendary relic. When equipped, grants the player an ability that can be activated once per in-game day upon death. Upon death, the celestial energies assimilated into the horns will surge into the freshly deceased player, restoring them from the brink.

Fancy head gear - Gives you horns and gold accessories, as well as keeps you warm (like the weird wings in BoTW)

Name:
V-007's Wave

Item level:
???

Equip Region:
Head

Description:
"What once laid at the top of Site 37 breaths no more. V-007's reign of terror over the town of Lucidity has ended, his static-filled screeches have ceased to plague the night. Whatever this monster was will forever be shrouded in mystery as most information appeared to have been redacted long ago. This little keepsake of V-007 will implant the same agony your ears felt on those who stand between you and your quest, just be sure to use it sparingly lest you be consumed by madness."

Effects:
+Gain the active skill
Noise Assault, when activated the player emits an ear-shattering screech on a circle AoE around them. Foes struck by this skill take damage and are affected by the paralysis debuff for 8 seconds.

-Prolonged use of this item will affect the player with the insanity debuff, meaning they'll lose full control of their character's actions and take increased damage for 12 seconds between 1 minute intervals.

Arcane Blackboard (awesome)
One of the many legendary relics of the world, created by the Magic Man himself as a highly desirable improvement to the Arcane Etch-A-Sketch. Anything drawn on this board will come to life, though it will only ever reside within the board.

The Marker (EPIC)
The feverish creation of Fiasco, who has sometimes also been known as the Drunken Dreamsmith. It can be used to add and erase colors from anything it makes contact with. Colors are also interpreted as emotions as far as this artifact is concerned, meaning extreme caution should be taken when using this against living creatures.

Using The Marker on the Arcane Blackboard causes the life created to gain true sentience and exist outside the board. It has never been truly explained how the creations behave and subsist once they do so.
