"Oh, I have a bathroom in here you can use." Ash replied, gesturing towards a door to the side of the closet as she fit decided on a shirt and stepped away from the closet. To be honest, this whole predicament wasn't unusual to her. Throughout her partying career, plenty of people had "accidentally" walked in.

She then pulled the shirt on, looking in the mirror to decide whether or not it would work. "That's Jeffrey. I got him for my tenth birthday. He's kind of an old man now, but he's still the best." Ash explained as she turned away from the mirror, back to Ryan.

Ash giggled at him before walking over and taking the bottle. "You're kind of cute when you don't know what to say." She admitted, taking the bottle from him. "How sweet of you. How about you go use the bathroom, and then we can split this?" After all, Ash didn't know much about Ryan. And after the mess that was Truth or Dare, she could use something to help her forget what happened, especially with what had gone on with Kanen.

Ryan had grabbed his clothes before walking into the bathroom. He put on his clothes before walking out. He had his pants and shirt was on, along with his shoes and what not. The only think he didn't have on was his jacket. "What a party..." He said as he walked over to her and sat down. "Oh, I'm cute you say." He said giving a little smile. The truth was he was horrible when it came to words. The only one he could honestly talk with was Sawyer. "And I also gotta say I wouldn't of expected this to be your type of room. I thought it would be more... Sparkly." He said jokingly. "And the ferret, not in a 100 years would I of expected that... You're just full of surprises." He said taking the cap off of the bottle and took a sip. The liquid had burned Ryan's tongue as it went down the hatch. The slight buzz that Ryan had had, would grow if they had the whole bottle. "The beginningof the week was crazy, wasn't it? I'm sorry for giving you a reason to snap." He said handing her the bottle.

Wendy slowly stopped crying, sitting up and wiping her eyes. She was embarassed now. Getting up quickly, she paced outside and shivered in the cold. She might as well be heading back at this rate.

Ash sighed. "Yeah, not what I was quite expecting, but whatever. I'm sure by Monday everything will be back to normal... except for maybe Kanen." Well, maybe was a strong word. She would be surprised if Kanen even showed up to school on Monday. Part of her felt bad for not following him -- especially after everything he had said, but Ash just had no idea what to say. "Anyway, don't feel special. I find a lot of people cute." She replied simply.

She smirked at him as she strode over to Jeffrey's cage, opening the door and scooping out the ferret. "Yeah, well, people often have a lot more to them than meets the eye." Ash pointed out as she flopped down in her bed, Jeffrey relaxing on her chest. "My dad is not the sparkly kind of guy. He actually had no idea how to update my room when I became a teenager, so... pink." She said, gesturing around. "But I don't usually spend a lot of time here, so I didn't really care what it looked like."

"Seriously, don't worry about it. Just so much happened at once. Like, it's fine. Totally my fault for even snapping." Ash said. She patted the bed next to her for Ryan to come sit beside her, and then took the bottle of alcohol. She took a sip, coughing a bit as she passed it back to him.

Ryan had climbed onto the bed right next to her. "That is true. People do tend to surprie when you don't know a lot about them." He said before being handed the bottle. He took a sip, The liquid still like fire. It was warm and inviting. He didn't mind the warmth. In fact he liked the feeling of the alcohol. "Not a fan of whiskey?" He asked chuckling a little when she caughed a little. "I don't blame your dad. I'm not the greatest when it came to updating certain things." He said before running his hand over Jeffery. His fur was so soft. "I think it's cute. Your father wanting to keep your room updated. He's just trying to keep his daughter happy." He said with a smile. Ryan didn't have that. His father was locked up so he couldn't really do much when it came to keeping in touch with Ryan. He would get letters from his father while he was away. "I envy that. Having a father around. Someone to run to when your feeling bad." He took another sip. "Someone to talk to when you need to talk to. That's what he missed." He said with a smile. His father was going to be released soon. Ryan was going to spend a lot of time. He missed his father a lot and it was easy to tell when he talked about it.

He looked over at Ash. He petted Jeffery. "Eh, buddy. Are you having a good time here? I know I am." He said more over talking to Ash then Jeffery. He took one more swig before handing the bottle back over to Ash. "What about you? Are you enjoying your time?" He asked.

Ash nodded her head in agreement. "I guess. I just wish he didn't try so hard, but oh well." She shrugged, stroking Jeffrey's fur. The little old man ferret had basically fallen asleep at this point. "Well, if I'm upset, I usually got to Jace. Our dad is usually away on business, so it's not really like that." She admitted with a laugh. "Dads aren't as great as they seem. Plus don't you, like, have a mother to go to when you're upset?" Ash asked, and finally drew her eyes away from the little ferret to look over at Ryan.

She rolled her eyes. "Of course Jeffrey is having a good time. I'm amazing." She joked and took the bottle back from Ryan. All she could really manage was a single sip, the burning sensation a little bit better than before. "Of course I'm having a good time. But like, this alcohol stuff is just... burn-y." Ash took another sip, coughed, and handed it back.

Dak Dak

Ryan took the bottle back. "It becomes more inviting after you're a little bit more far gone." He said before taking a drink. He laughed lightly when Ash said that she was amazing. "I'll agree with you on that." Ryan had always thought that Ash was cool in her way. "I mean I think you're pretty cool... After Bjorn. He's kinda fearless. Wearing a skirt in the start of September. Plus he's really funny." He said smiling. "Now there is a man." He said jokingly. Ryan wasn't gay, but Bjorn was a great guy, and Ryan just hoped that they would get along. "He won't have any problems finding his place in the school."

When Ash brought up Ryan's mom. He didn't say anything for a second. He took a swig from the drink. "Yeah... I do... But when dad was locked up. She kinda shut down. She still works. But whenever I go home she's still in the same place. Dad's chair, waiting for him to come home..." He said realizing that it sounded a little sad. "Well at least she won't be waiting to much longer. His sentance is suppose to be over soon. So we'll be a family again." He said.

He looked over at Jeffery. The ferret was a sleep. "I guess old man is kinda right. It's only 10:45." He said chuckling lightly. "I gotta say he does look really comfy." He said running a couple fingers over his fur. "He's one lucky old man." He said laying his head back. "I think the booze are starting to slowly get me." He said as the booze had started to get him. "Not like drunk or anything, just starting to feel the drink." He said looking over to Ash.
Winona Winona

Well, if Ryan was right, then maybe Ash should just drink more. She'd already had a decent amount downstairs and at the very least, she was starting to feel... warmer, kind of fuzzy. Ash figured that was probably the alcohol actually doing something. "No one can be cooler than Bjorn. I feel so bad for telling him to wear a skirt to practice. Like, I was joking. No one wears skirts to tryouts except, like, the girls who are already on the cheer team." It had been awkward, but at least they hadn't been stuck at the school for long with Bjorn flaunting his skirt. Although she had to admit, Bjorn had pulled that skirt off.

"That's... really sad. Sounds like Drake and Mason's mom." She threw out the second part as if it was nothing, as if everyone knew how sad their mother was. Ash couldn't imagine seeing her dad broken like that, or to have a parent imprisoned. Even if they weren't super close, he'd always been this strong figure to her. When their mother had left, she remembered how he had shut down, but for barely a day before he turned back into his stoic self. Even that hadn't been enough to bring him down. "At least he's getting out soon. Do you think your mom will be back to... normal when he's back?"

"Seriously? Oh my god, I should be down there still partying." Ash groaned. "But like... I'm warm and comfortable, so that's not happening." She sighed. If she could, Ash would easily stay in her bed for days at a time and after what tonight had brought, she almost wanted to climb under her covers and never come out. "Like, tipsy? Are you going to be able to walk in a straight line?" Ash teased, taking the bottle from him and downing more than she had before. Tonight, Ash wanted to feel something that just a little buzzed.

Dak Dak

Ryan chuckled when she had talked about Bjorn. "I mean he did come with you guys. I had to take a double take." He said. "But hey, he did rock that skirt if I could say so." He said jokingly. Ryan had wondered if he had made it on to the team, but held off on that question because he had a feeling that a guy, who was so cheery and happy would have no problem getting onto the team. "I think he'll doo good things." He said taking a swig.

When she asked if Ryan's mom would go back to the same old. "I don't know. It was hard on the both of us. We went through a rough patch. We did fight and yell at each other. But I think we'll be just fine when he comes home. He was the kind of guy who was always smiling even when the times got tough." Ryan thought back to when they could barely afford to eat. Ryan's dad had smiled and said that everything was going to be alright. He gave Ryan a majority of his food saying that a growing boy needed to eat. Ryan never went to bed hungry, but his dad did. "I think we'll just fine." He said smiling. The first thing he was going to do was give him the biggest hug he could.

When Ash had gotten mad at Ryan quickly put his hands up and was like Whoa. "I might have worded that wrong. I meant to have a warm place to sleep, food and water to have and to not have a care in the world. I'm sorry if that came off wrong." He said putting his hands down and putting his head back down. "Yeah a little tipsy. I can't tell you how many times Sawyer and I had gone to the Garage and spent the day drinking." He said before taking a sip. "But I wouldn't drink to fast or you'll black out before the night's out, then you'll miss out on all the fun that is going on downstairs." He said smiling. He handled the bottle back to her.

‘Ha?’

That’s funny. He had an aunt named Petunia.

The boy wizard scanned up and down the male’s pyjamas. Then he waved his magic wand back at the petunias and was still going like a faucet. In retrospect, he probably shouldn’t have drunk so much coke. He had so much water stored up in his bladder, he could've probably irrigated the whole garden if he wanted to.

‘What do you *hic* want?’

Grace

Grace was pouring herself a drink, she was already semi-intoxicated. Whether it was from the kiss earlier or the alcohol..Grace wasn't sure. throwing occasional glances over at Sawyer when she wasn't looking, she took a few sips of her drink. When June came up to them. "What's up?" Grace asked, She had to want something. They never just said hello to each other just to be friendly. They weren't hostile, they were just.. Indifferent towards each other. June took a seat next to Sawyer and began to speak again.

She asked if she'd seen Mason, "Ah..I see." Grace nodded. "Trying to steal another kiss or two from him?" She teased, and rolled her eyes. And turned serious as she shook her head. "No, i haven't seen him." She stated as she leaned forward putting her elbows on the island. "Why are you worried?" Grace asked curiously, they were all having a fun time 30 minutes ago. What changed?

He took a seat next to her slightly hovering above her. Rory caressed her cheek before leaning down to kiss her. He pulled back letting the kiss last much long this time and started to lay down while holding Angelina close snuggling his into her neck. "How far do you want to take this?", he questioned as he was confused if other things were meant to happen or if cuddling ended their night together.

Angelina smiled more as Rory stroked her cheek, taking his hand and kissing it softly. She held his head as he kissed her again, stroking behind his neck before he pulled away. Again, that felt like her first kiss. She giggled as Rory laid down, snuggling with her and let his head rest against her neck. Pecking his forehead, she shrugged at his question. She seemed much more sober now. "What do you feel should happen"?

Drake had slipped his way downstairs, trying to be as secretive as possible, but that was difficult with all the siblings that Alester had. He found said closet, and pulled out the weird bottle that he had asked for. Drake then slipped back upstairs, waiting in his room until Alester was ready to go.

"Yeah, I'm ready for shots among other things." He said with a smirk, passing the bottle over to Alester. Drake listened as Alester talked to his sisters, and then he grinned. "Wow, looks like everybody's coming to this, huh?" Not that it was really a surprise.

"Yeh it seems so, party of the year" Alester grinned.
--
When they arrived at the party Alester saw that there were already a lot of people drunk and some little fights were going on "oh, that's fun". Alester walked into the House, it was no use knocking since anyone walked in and out all the time. He noticed that the Neck Tie was peeing in the garden "Come on Drake, you have to see this before we do the shots". He grabbed his friend by the arm and walked outside, taking his phone out his pocket and started to take a picture, blackmail if needed.

Rory moved to hover over Angelina and pinned her arms to the bed. "I can't get enough of you," he whispered as tugged at the hem of her skirt. Rory hardly felt like himself while this happened and would never imagine that he had the courage to do this to anyone but Angelina made him feels comfortable and safe. He didn't want to get nervous and stop so he let his mind focus on the girl never letting that nagging voice in his head stop him.

Samantha was still with Rian, disappointed that the games ended like this. But she wanted to still have fun. She'd found a lone bottle of beer, chugging it down despite Rian's protests. Samantha got emotional when drunk. They'd both been drunk but Samantha was a state when inebriated. She climbed into Rian's arms, kissing him, her breath stinking of beer, stroking his hair. "Take me to the pool, big boy. I... I wanna sh... show you a good time".

Drake had been looking around the party, curious to see who was was there... only to discover that everybody was there. He turned back to Alester when he heard his name being called. Drake hurried over to catch up with him, and his jaw dropped open when he saw Neck-Tie peeing on the flower pot. "Dude, this is hilarious." He peeked over Alester's shoulder to see him taking a picture. "No, take a video. That would be way better."

Jace, on the other hand, wanted to cry, especially when this little child peed on his slippers. He grumbled, kicking off his slippers and stepping back in to grab his phone. He dialed Ash and put it up to his ear, waiting for her to answer... but it went to voicemail. Of course.

Still cursing to himself, Jace headed out and grabbed the peeing kid by his arms and started to drag him away from his precious petunias. The kid proved to be heavy, and Jace had to pause to take in a deep breath before he continued the long, rather annoying drag of the little pisser to the sidewalk outside.

"Go home! And don't come back!" Jace snapped before he stomped back into the house. Through the front door, past the drunk hordes, and to his bedroom door... only for him to remember he'd locked it, and barricaded it, and would need to go around.

Wow, Jace really hated his life sometime. And especially this party, and his little sister who wouldn't answer her phone.

Meanwhile, Mason had stepped outside with the bottle of alcohol that he decided would do. Mason wasn't much of a drinker, much preferring to just smoke his cigarettes and stay relatively sober. But today, well, today he was done.

And of course, when he stepped outside, what he wanted to see was that little jerk Neck-Tie pissing on Jace's flowers.

Rolling his eyes, and ignoring everyone else, he walked over and took a seat at some furniture that overlooked the pool. There, he took off the top of the alcohol and kicked back to enjoy.

--------------------------------------------------

Ash's phone rang. She pulled it out of her pocket, saw that it was Jace, and ended the call before tossing her phone on the bed beside her. He probably just wanted to complain about how loud the music was or something stupid, so she didn't see the point in answering him. Jace always had something to complain about when it came to these parties. Or anything, really.

"Well, he sounds like a pretty good guy." Ash said as she turned back to Ryan. Of course, she wondered why he was even locked up in the first place, but it seemed rude to ask. Especially when she didn't know Ryan all that well, despite what they had gone through the last week. In a lot of ways, it felt as if she had known Ryan for so much longer.

"I'd have to get back to the party first to enjoy it." Ash pointed out. "Which I guess I probably should and make sure no one else ran off angrily." She joked half-heartedly before she hopped out of bed, Jeffrey in her arms. Ash gently put the ferret back in his cage before she locked it up and looked back at Ryan. "Are you coming?"

June
June sighed tiredly as Grace didn't know where he was either. She was always told parties were fun, but she felt like she has been through thrown into the blender the entire night. It sort of pissed her off that Grace looked pretty happy, but she didn't say anything. "Why?" She shook her head. "I have no clue." She knew exactly why she wanted to find him. She wanted to talk to him, but knew she wasn't quite great at it. If there was a book about how this worked she would read it every second of her life in order to make this easier. However, no one has figured out that secret key yet. "Also, that kiss dare was uncalled for. My first kiss was suppose to be my choice." She shook her head before getting up after snatching a cup and walking off. Perhaps she shouldn't have gotten made at her. She was only trying to have fun. June just felt like everything was suddenly was too loud. Too noisy. Every smile had a plastic carve to it. She didn't know where to go or what to do.

As she made her way through the crowd, she eventually found herself outside again. She was about to take a sip, bringing her cup to her lips until she saw a figure by the pool. Immediately, she brought the cup down and saw it was Mason. She bit her lip, now doubting her intentions until she found herself walking over. When she approached him, she slowed down and tried to find the words. But eventually, her mouth opened to say, "do you mind if I join you?"

Ryan slowly sat up. "Yeah." He said looking down at the bottle. They had probably taken about half of the bottle put just between the two of them. He walked over to the door and held it open. "Ladies first." He said bowing. After she had walked out Ryan had followed. He followed her downstairs. After that he walked into the kitchen. He walked over to the island and set the bottle down. He grabbed a plastice red cup and got some water. He walked over to table and sat down. Ryan was a bit more the tipsy. He got up and walked over to the island, and just stood there. No reason to be there. He took a sip from his water. "Whew. I don't know about you, but I'm feeling it, pretty bad right now." He said joking about the alcohol.

The Curious Incident of the Neck-Tie Boy in the Night-Time

The skinny blond guy was being very rude, Neck Tie thought. Grabbing his arms and throwing him out by the scruff of his neck into the cold like that – that was no way to treat a guest. The party wasn’t even over yet, it was just getting good. Neck Tie took another gulp of the vodka. No problem. He didn’t need friends. He could just make his own fun.

And make his own fun he did. He went down the empty street like a penguin waddling on the ice. Stumbling here and there. Singing at the top of his teenage lungs:

‘Just a small town girl . . . LIVING IN A LONELY WORRLD . . . Just a city boy. . . born and raised in *hic* GOIN’ *hic* ANYWHEREE. . . STREETLIGHT PEOPLE. Hidin’ *hic* somewhere in the NIIIGHT. . .’

Neck Tie sang a few other tunes. Then he tripped and fell in the gutter, staring into the stormdrain into the place where Pennywise lived. He lay there soaking in the stink for some minutes, before he pulled himself up again and continued showing off his clear, chorister's vocals. There were dogs barking and howling in the background. Neck Tie craned his head over a tall hedge and shouted at the large Dobermann in some weird language he learnt at grammar school:

‘ECCE!!! Puer laetus in via *hic* ambulat. . . sed canes latrant. . . BAUBAUBAU. . . . Iam is est iratus. . . PESTIS!!! FUR— *hic* FURCIFER!!! Abi in malam *hic* rem!!!’

Lights were coming on in the street-facing windows. He cut his path down the middle of the road. A short while later, a car crept up toward him from behind, shining its front lights into the back of his head. Neck Tie swayed to the left. The car drew level and the driver rolled the window to get a good side-way glance of the boy.

A burly man stepped out of the vehicle. ‘Where are you going, kid?’

‘Huh?’

‘I said: Where. Are. You. Going?’ The man snatched the bottle from the boy’s hand. ‘Where’d you get this?’

‘I don’t. . . I don’t know.’

‘What do you mean you don’t know?’

‘I found it.’

The man held the bottle up against the lamplight and studied the fine print on the white label. ‘Did you drink all that?’ He gave the bottle a shake to see how much of the drink was left. A little more than a third. He took out a flashlight and pried the boy’s eyes open, studying his dilated pupils. ‘Hold still, don’t move so much.’

The boy was reaching for the bottle, still needing to finish his dare. The man seized his thin wrist firmly and twisted it in the opposite direction. ‘Stop it, kid, you’re done. What’s your name?’

‘Huh?’

‘What’s. Your. Name?’

‘S. . . Stuart. *hic*’

‘Alright, Stuart. You’re not from these parts, are you? Where do you live? You got a number I could call? Maybe your parents? Here, let me see your wallet.’

He pulled the boy’s wallet out of his pocket. A cheap outline of a soccer ball and ‘You’ll never walk alone’ was printed on the red cloth. The front pocket contained a picture of two toddlers. In the bank-note compartment was $25 and some loose coins. The man then pulled out a card which said 'Westbrook High'. Next to the school crest was the boy’s full name and his date of birth, and underneath that still was an address and a contact number.

As the man stood studying the card, the boy wobbled inwards at him and clutched at his shirt. The boy was salivating and his weakened body threatened to fold on his own weight. ‘I don’t feel right . . .’ He fell into the man, sobbing. ‘Please, I want to go home.’ He cried. ‘I want my mum.’

The man struggled to keep the boy upright. He tried to get a firm grip under the boy's arm. ‘It’s OK. I’ll get you home.’

He helped him to the car and buckled him in the front seat. The boy was writhing and sweating and moaning and clutching at his taut stomach. His face had gone pale and he looked feverish and was shivering all over. Then the man came round the other side. By the time he got there the boy had vomited into the legroom and was going in and out of consciousness.

‘You’re going to be OK. I’m going to take you to the hospital, alright? Then we’ll get you home.’

The man put his foot on the gas, and the police car disappeared into the quiet night.

Matt glanced at the clock on her dashboard. It was nearing midnight. The party would be in full swing by now. She breathed deep, in through her nose and out through her mouth in a heaving sigh. She had debated coming heavily. She had even been at Alester's with the guys and decided to go home from there, giving the excuse that she wanted to change her clothes.

This hadn't been a complete lie, though. She idly took one hand off the wheel and brought it to her abdomen, fiddling with the necktie that hung there. It was dumb, she knew. But she knew Drake had invited him and she had decided, if he was there, she wouldn't let him ignore her like he had for the entire week. She had tried to catch Stu's eye in the hallway or the cafeteria and say something, anything, but he avoided her like the plague. She set her jaw, gripping the steering wheel. She'd try her best to set things right, and if he ended up being a prick, she would try to have a good time anyway.

She thought back to that afternoon. She'd invited Winona to come and hang out with her after they'd gotten done swimming. If she wasn't there, she'd spend the night with the guys and make sure they had a ride home. She was usually their designated driver and knowing them, they were probably well and buzzed by this point.

As she pulled up to the house and looked for a place to park, her headlights illuminated a spattering of people on the front yard who had, presumably, come outside for a quiet place to chat. She didn't blame them; she could hear the music faintly even from inside her Camry. She slowed nearly to a stop, though, watching Jace drag out some drunk kid who'd probably had too much too fast. She chuckled, knowing how much Jace hated his sister's parties from the ones she had attended last year. Now it seemed he'd taken up bouncer duty. She wondered who the poor kid was. He'd definitely be feeling it in the morning.

She stuck out her bottom lip, watching the kid. He definitely wouldn't be driving in that state; she doubted he could even find his car if he tried. He started to wander off and she turned her car around, following. Was it creepy to stalk a drunk high schooler? Yes. But it was better than leaving him to wander the streets of Westbrook, even if they were on the right side of the tracks. She sighed through her nose. So much for my night. Time to play hero.

Fish drove along at 10 mph, watching over the kid like a teenaged guardian angel. She would drive ahead in the direction he was going, park, and idle, watching him until he changed direction. Then she would follow and repeat the process. She didn't quite know what her plan was, but for now, she just thought she would watch him until he got home - assuming that he knew where home was. Then she would go back to the party. It would be fine.

Then the police cruiser rolled up.

Matt had been parked, thankfully, and she watched as the officer stepped out and spoke to the kid. She rolled her window down slightly, hoping to catch their conversation. She was invested in the situation by now and wanted, at the very least, closure.

She heard the kid's name. Stuart.

She groaned. No way. God, Stewie, what did they do to you... She thought, hitting the heel of her palm against her forehead. She hadn't noticed in his drunken staggering, but his frame was identical to that of the freshman she'd met on Monday. She sighed, pulling out of her parking spot and following the cop who had picked up her one-time friend.

They drove along and she bit her lip in worry. Would he be detained? The last thing he needed at this point was a rap sheet. What a way to start your life in the U.S. Would Ash and Jace get in trouble for the party? She knew their dad was a cop but didn't know whether that meant more severe or more lenient punishment.

They didn't arrive at the station, though. They arrived at the hospital. She parked and watched as the burly policeman who looked to be in his mid-40's stepped out, walked around to Stu's side, and opened his door, half guiding and half dragging him to the ER entrance. He sat him in a wheelchair and disappeared from view into the building. Cursing in Mandarin, she turned off her car and got out, jogging after them. She didn't know what her plan was, or if she even had one, but she knew she had to be there for him.

Thanks to the cold, there were less people outside. And that was what Mason needed at the moment. He set the bottle of liquor down beside him and took out a cigarette, lighting it before he leaned back in the seat to look out over the pool. The music and sounds of the partying, inebriated teenagers were all muffled. It was almost relaxing.

And then that girl he'd been dared to kiss showed up. Great. Mason really wanted o be alone, but he was horrible at being mean to girls -- well, mainly being mean to shy girls like her. "Be my guest," he said and gestured to the seat next to him. "I don't know if you drink but, uh, you can have that if you want." Mason said and pointed down to the bottle of alcohol on the ground beside him. "So what brings you out here?" He pulled the cigarette out of his mouth, exhaling slowly.

Ash smiled at Ryan, and headed down ahead of him. "I had no idea you were such a gentleman." She said sarcastically, and then lead the way downstairs. Ash paused to talk to someone, and then followed Ryan over to the kitchen. Thankfully, Grace and Sawyer were there -- she wanted to try and talk to Grace alone about... well, about things.

"What?" Ash was still lost in her own thoughts when Ryan started talking again. Well, she definitely felt something. A little light-headed, and... yeah, she was definitely feeling it. "Oh yeah, definitely." She laughed, and then slid over to where Grace and Sawyer were.

"Hey, Grace, Sawyer. Looking... good." Ash said as she awkwardly cleared her throat. "So, Grace, some of the cheerleaders are... dancing. Do you want to come with me and go hangout with them? You are the team captain after all." Alright, well, none of that was happening, but Ash wanted to talk to someone, badly. Someone who wasn't Ryan or... well, the only other person she had talked to was Kanen. And Ash wasn't sure where Abigail or Melody were, although talking to more people would be better. Probably.

My first kiss was suppose to be my choice.’ June said, Grace threw her head back and sighed heavily. “You didn’t have to-“ she didn’t get to finish her sentence as June grabbed a drink walked away. It was dumb dare, why’d Grace even suggest it?

Grace began to pour much more alcohol and less soda into her cup. Ryan walked up to the table, taking a sip of whatever was in his. He said a joke about alcohol, and how he was ‘feeling it’ she shook her head, “I’m not feeling it enough.” She said taking a big swig of her drink. Acknowledging awkward Ash with a nod. She listened as she asked if Grace wanted to..dance with the other cheerleaders. Giving a small smile towards Sawyer, saying goodbye. She spoke. “Uh, sure? Lead the way.” She held a hand out towards the party.

She didn't expect him to actually invite her over. But she was happy she didn't have to force herself in. She went over and sat next to him, staring out to the blue pool in front of them. She liked how it reflected off of him and the bottle he pointed to. Although, she already felt uneasy so she shook her head to the offer. "No, I'm good thank you." She gripped her own red cup and watched as he lit his cigeratte.

"Uh. I just wanted to say sorry. For kissing you." That wasn't really the reason she came out. But, it was better than talking about plants. "I shouldn't have done it and it was just a game. I panicked and listened to it when I should have said no." She sighed and took a sip of her own drink. Able to get it down a lot easier than before. Granted it was just lemonade. She wanted to say more, but decided to give Mason a little space. To be there, but to let the silence close in like walls around them. Why was she still here? She couldn't quite remember while watching the water of the pool reflect it's light blue waves off of him.

"Please don't apologize for that. I've done kissing dares before. It's nothing new." Mason said, brushing it off as if it was nothing -- because for him, it was nothing. Just a simple dare that he'd done so many times before that he couldn't even remember at this point. "It was quite a way to start a party, though." He pointed out, jokingly, and smirked before picking up the bottle again and taking another sip before setting it down next to him once more.

And, of course, he did notice how June kept staring at him, while his own eyes stayed fixated on the still pool water. Not surprisingly, it was pretty empty, but by spring, the water would be filled with students. And there would be no quiet places to hide at Ash's parties. "Take a picture. It would last longer." He said and glanced over to meet her eyes.
