only weapons made by magical-girl magic. like in anime, their weapons would be specialized to the person; a mage would use magic, knight a sword, etc. anyway, magical girls arent common enough for something like that. and theres no way to predict who will and wont become a magical girl. youre putting way too much thought into something like this. we can just say it works something like a combination of magical girl raising project snd madoka magica and just... let things be. the powers only work when transformed, the transformed clothing is specialized to what the person wants, and if they change clothes thatd be removing the magic and theyd go back to their civilian form. simple.

Then they use magic weapons. Even cooler. To maximize efficiency, they will do as needed. I don't know what magical girl raising project or madoka magica are, so uh... don't know what that entails. The transformed clothing would be something logical and useful, as they would want. They'd want something capable of protecting them and looking as elegant persay as their normal attire. I've no problem with what yer sayin' mate, it all fits with what I've said before.

This is kinda magic-girlish? Will it do?

Orks are creative with their garb so the funky style actually wouldn't be considered that weird (since everyone makes their own clothes to reflect themselves), but they only use material that is harvested from beasts they kill. They wouldn't wear cloth, but there are a few beasts running around that have bright pelts. Also they would have tatoos and body paint so maybe that's enough color?
Can the orcs call them something other than Magic Girl too? I mean, Venari is a female so they probably will think of them as Grand Huntresses who are symbols of their creator. They could even be beast masters, able to bond with dangerous predators, which shall be their companion against the dark spirits. They fight with love, and that will be as the bond between partners! (OwO omg this is just <3)

Beast taming is just beginning in Ork culture, so they may be able to lead the way and guide their people.

Yeah! ^_^ I love the idea now. I think the issue is just removing the sailor moon trope from your head and just working around the idea so it fits your race! Like they are colorful warriors but they are tailored to the race

Like the magic transformation for your race could be seen as an 'Aura form' or something that is like a state that enhances the Magic Girl's magic.

Aye, that'd make sense. Once it stops being magic girls with magic transformations into magic dresses, and starts being an elite force of good, noble souls fighting to protect their homelands and people from monsters, it's real damn cool.

And that Aura form is a good idea.

As long as the costume's easy to use?

The humans' civilisation is still around medieval age (with magic) so the roads aren't exactly paved or anything outside of really large and important cities. If the costumes aren't practical the work will just be too hard

The costume's personal preference of the individual. So whatever they want it to be. A full suit of armor, for example.

They're kinda like paladins who can just transform into their armor instead of putting it on!
 
As a protest in truth I am thinking of just leaving after all this I have no real desire to be the rock it was just put up out of annoyance .
 
In thruth I would rather be the fomer but it seemed that what I wanted wasn't compayable with the world

I think we can all work together and think of some solutions!

Af is the goddess of love and the afterlife. In my culture, the race she made are considered the guardians of burial sites and are responsible for all advanced ceremonial procedures. They basically ensure that the spirits make it to the Lands of the Eternal Hunt. Im not sure if we get a say in what the race looks like or acts with our race, but if I could they would have pale features and little deer horns, so they are often believed to be connected with both The Huntress, and the god of death. A gift from both.

For the Sky Queens, they could have wings and learn how to fight. Since they live in the land of the magic god, they could learn magic and maybe guard burial or sacred sites as well? As for the magic girls of the Sky Queens, they could have something like a long, beautiful dress that shimmers with iridescent light, and a magical weapon that is similar. Or one of the dresses Cerci in Game of Thrones often wears that has a stylized breastplate at the top, but then a flowing dress beneath. Basically just fancy up the typical wear of your nation! Just like a renowned paladin often has a lot of decorations to show their status! In their Magic girl form maybe they could have two sets of wings and a halo of light above their head, as if they are radiating power
 
Honestly we got past the intergation thing that was fine after the warrior culture was understood and respect earned. As fir the dresses that too at this point is solved with them just wearing what they normally do anyways and fighting as they always do.

The reason I gave up was that it seemed AF would not allow a warrior culture into the after life.
 
Yeah but saying they don't get an after life abuse of culture is just annoying I mean if she can make a hunting forest for the hunt peopke she can make a mess hall and battle field for the warrior types
