According to my research, It was not uncommon for tutors to dine with the family on occasion! Usually they ate dinner in their quarters but it wasn’t uncommon to be invited to dinner! I figured this way it’s up to you as well

Here's the arrangement I've drawn up for dinner plans. I tried to mix logic and drama, but I don't think we need to look too deeply into it all. It mostly just helps us all with describing who is where during the scene.
None family attendance is optional, so if you don't want your character there, we'll just bump the next person up a seat. I expect Mary would be one of the unfortunate servants serving dinner this evening.
