Other More Than One RP With The Same Person?

Would you do more than one RP with a current partner?

Say you're doing an amazing Vampire roleplay with Susie. It's going great, and then one day, when you're scrolling through the partner search thread and you see that Susie put one out. So you click on it, and see a plot in there you really like. So thus comes the question, do you send her a DM for that plot? Or do you leave it be, because you're already have something with her?

If you have time to do more than one roleplay with Susie I say ask away. The worst that happens is she says no thanks.

I have personally never done two roleplays with the same person but that’s because my partners usually just add their ideas to our current roleplay.

If they do have other searches usually the ideas aren’t my cup of tea. But I will help bump their searches for them.

I've done plenty of roleplays with the same person in the past. I think the most I've ever done at the same time, with the same person, was three. I felt more comfortable because I was so use to their style of writing, and we could be very honest with each other. Also, because we chatted more over private message, we became pretty good friends (this was back in 2010, and we still talk together via Facebook because they're on the other side of the world!) For example, we could freely tell each other without being scared "Sorry I haven't replied to this one today; I'm really not feeling connected to that character today" or "I can reply to this one today and the other one tomorrow, or do you want me to do the other way around?"

I had a partner once where we had several rps together. Some of them were spin offs using side characters from the main rp but most of them were totally new ideas. Same thing happened with another partner. Some people are cool with it, so it doesn't hurt to ask.

I do more than one roleplay with a person under the circumstance that the other RPs are group ones. I wouldn't have more than one 1x1 with a particular person, for various reasons like too many chips on one table (what happens when that one person you have a million roleplays with gets busy?) and giving other people and ideas a chance or expanding one's contact network.

Group roleplays you're not explicitly reliant on one person, so it's all the fun and none of the complications having a friend there, at least as far as the topic at hand goes.

Yes, I'd do that. If I like the rp partner, we're on the same wavelength and have time and ideas, why not.
It's rare to find a rp partner you'd want to have more than one rp with, but if it happens, who am I to pass on this treasure ^^

I've done 3-4 stories with the same person at once. In fact I'm doing a Hunger Games, Harry Potter and X-Men with a good friend of mine. yeah it takes longer to make a post but I like being able to enjoy multiple cravings with someone I get along with. That said, sometimes you can take on too much and having to make the choice to cut a story with someone is tough because sometimes you can't write them all.

Me and my friends have been Rping with one another since like...High School lol. So yeah, for sure~

Absolutely. I already do this with two of my regular RP partners - I have one partner where we are currently doing two RP's together, and the other partner we are doing three different RP's together; one is a spin-off of our first RP together, with their children as teenagers now.

If my RP partners decide they want to do any other RPs than the ones we're already doing -- I would absolutely 100% be on board with them. Sure, it would get a little crazy and hectic, but I'm crazy and hectic myself so keeping up with them is not a problem for me :) If I had a partner that I was comfortable with (like those two) I would absolutely do multiple RPs with them, if I liked the idea.

If I find an active partner who's interested in doing multiple plots with me, I'm definitely interested. I love having one partner who I can do multiple plots with, especially if it's someone who I can have OOC conversations with.
