Before she knew it, lunch had arrived. Felicity couldn’t even remember what had happened in her lessons, either she was asleep or she was busy thinking about needing sleep. Something or other like that. The girl trudged over to the a table in the corner of the cafeteria, she sat alone as she ate the rather plain food the school served up- with an elbow on the table and an arm propping up her head. “This barely qualifies as pizza, jeez. I’ll just get the fries next time.” She mumbled to herself as she put the pizza to one side and added more salt to her fries, forgetting she’d done that moments ago when she had initially picked up the fries. At least the school couldn’t screw salt up.

Felicity’s disengaged and half opens eyes flickered around the room lazily as she are her now too salty fries, her mind was somewhere else entirely. She could only barely make out someone who seemed to be Lydia entering the cafeteria before some kind of explosion went off. A similar reaction to be startled earlier in the day ensued, dark tentacle and all. Her eyes scrambled around the room for a cause, there didn’t seem to be anything or fire but what was present was a body of smoke. Felicity’s tired eyes opened wide in shock upon reading the message in the smoke, only getting wider with a gasp when she watched some kid drop when he made contact with the smoke. There was a clear connection here, and she was beyond surprised the killer would just announce themselves like that. What was the purpose? They must’ve been just that confident in their abilities to not only remain undiscovered, but also to fight off anyone who tries to discover them. Were they just after attention that badly? These questions and more were floating around in her mind just after she’d had her initial thought about it all:

“What the hell? he just straight up died.” There was no way he wasn’t dead, she was sure. Felicity only proceeded cautiously towards what she believed to be a corpse once a convenient whirlwind had kept the smoke in place. There were a few people there, Lydia,...some others. That boy from earlier, the one who said her powers were cool, he was there too. Eventually she remembered Jisung was his name. Her cautious walk had eventually led her to stand next to Jisung, she would’ve instantly approached Lydia but Lydia was on a table right now and Felicity wanted a closer look at the victim to confirm his death. Another boy she didn’t know was there too, shaking the supposedly deceased boy around. Though upon further inspection by looking over this boy’s shoulder, Felicity noticed the corpse was still breathing. So not a corpse then, the tension in Felicity’s shoulders visibly decreased with a sigh of relief when she realised this, but it was only short lived before she remembered what had just happened. They weren’t safe here, at all.

“D-did anybody see who actually made the smoke or anything?” Felicity asked as confidently as she could to the small group around, trying to get some information while trying to replicate Lydia’s authoritative tone. Though her body language gave off any emotion but confidence. The creepiness of the whole thing was starting to get uncanny and Felicity didn’t like it at all.

It wasn't difficult to miss the blonde hair of Chenglei, not to mention the fact that he was so tall and easily spotted in a crowd, as he took on the task of assuring the evacuation of the students that were currently dining in the cafeteria. Lydia very much appreciated his assistance with that matter because it's likely that the students would have either just sat there stunned and not listened to Lydia because she wasn't an authority figure, or they could have panicked, but it was probably hard for anyone to resist Chenglei's charisma and it seemed that a few students had taken Lydia's announcement seriously so the others had followed suit.

After Lydia's attention had been drawn to Akumu when she cast the wind spell, it was quickly drawn away again and redirected towards Seifer as he exclaimed. She appeared momentarily surprised though the expression quickly turned sour as she rolled her eyes to his comment though self consciously tugged the hem of her skirt which already hung a little past her knees anyway, down further around her ankles as she remained crouched for a moment, "you say that like it's my fault. Besides, I'm wearing stockings!" The words were uttered with irritation in her tone, though she chuckled slightly as she slid from the table, her hightops touching down on the floor, "and honestly... who even says 'knickers' in this day and age, you dunce?"

Her cheeks puffed up again as her brow furrowed and she looked at Seifer with annoyance before she pressed the air out of her cheeks in a heavy sigh, seeming to release that feeling brought on by the simple fact that Seifer felt the need to say he'd be traumatized by seeing her undergarments and as if to clear the air, Jisung arrived and responded out of context which made Lydia smile slightly as she slid from the table and grabbed her lunch bag, stepping over to the collapsed student just as the boys did. When Jisung stopped Seifer from shaking the poor unconscious boy, Lydia nodded somewhat smugly with approval before she turned her blue eyes on Seifer, "I know you aren't that dense and the least you could do is show some consideration for someone that is supposedly your friend," there wasn't any malice in her voice, more like exasperation as she moved her hand somewhat hesitantly to Grug and checked him for a pulse, "... well... he is still alive at least."

At the sound of Felicity's voice, Lydia glanced up towards her from her crouched position next to Grug. She shook her head somewhat sadly in response to her question before she pressed the stacked sandwiches in her lunch bag at Seifer, "here. Go find your friends and give them this. It's not right for you all to be bullying the first years for lunches after what just happened."

"True, it isn't your fault. And Lydia, take it from me there is little difference between stockings and knickers in a man's eyes." he said wisely, before he had gone over to Grug. Then said after she slid off the table, "People with a sense of humor. Underwear is too direct, it's awkward."

When Jisung came over, he had just looked at him confused, one puzzled eyebrow raised, but he did stop shaking his croney.

"Trust me, Lydia, Jisung, shaking Grug's shoulders doesn't hurt him." and he gestured at the caveman arms. "How do you two suggest we wake him up then? Slap his shoulders? Pinch?"

When Felicity spoke up, Seifer looked at her too; then smiled. Dawww, look at the adorable shy little girl worrying about him. "No." said Seifer shaking his head. "But don't worry about me," he smoothed his hair back dashingly, and reached out to gently hold Felicity's hand, "it'll take more than smoke to faze a Rathmore." he gave her a roguish wink, then, if she had let him hold her hand, bent down to kiss it, totally misunderstanding her concern about the culprit.

And then Lydia pressed her lunch bag to his chest. "Ooh, did Auntie Dubois make this?" Seifer accepted the bag and eagerly took out one sandwich. But then he paused, looked in the bag as though thinking, then put the sandwich back and closed it. "No, you haven't eaten yet. And don't sweat the small stuff, Lydia. Besides I can't leave Grug to look for my pals, I have to take him to the nurse's office. So it's out of my control." He shrugged, then handed back her lunch bag.
