I'm the monster that lives under your bed~

Scarlett
Mood: Excited
___________
Big blue doe shaped eyes stared blankly ahead at the road, her hands tapping quietly against the steering wheel while the music was bumping. It was about 12pm. Scarlett had been driving for at least three hours straight now. It was getting tiring, but still least she had a monster energy drink in between her legs, waiting for her whenever she needed it. She had picked it up at her last stop at a gas station. Luckily, she was almost to the beach house that she and her friends rented for the whole summer! She couldn't wait.

Scarlett's bags were tossed into the back of her car along with like two bottles of vodka, might as well get the party started tonight. One thing the
girl couldn't wait for was looking up at the night time sky from the Sandy Beach that going to be their literal backyard for the whole summer. She couldn't wait to make new memories with everyone.

Her wrist swiftly swiped her blinker and turned left as she used one of her hands to tuck a piece of her black hair behind her ear. Finally, the beach house came into view. A grin spread across her face, instant excitement was radiating off her. Suddenly feeling hyper, perhaps it was the monster? Either way she couldn't wait! The girl pulled up into large driveway and parked her truck, then turned it off. She shoved the car key into her pocket with her phone before opening the door and hopping out of the truck. It was the only thing she could afford at the time of getting it. Of course, it wasn't perfect, but it got her places.

She pulled a rather large bag from the back seat of the truck, struggling a bit as she did. Once it was out she placed it on her shoulder and grabbed a bottle of vodka, 'I'll get the rest later..' For now she just wanted to go get settled into her room and see who she'd be spending this summer with as far as the same room goes. She closed all the open doors on her truck and began walking towards the door of the gorgeous 3-bedroom house.

Once she was at the door she pushed it open, "Party's hereeee~!" She called out with a grin on her face. She knew at least one person was here, since she saw a car...but she didn't know who. Perhaps she just said that to herself. Without standing there, waiting to find out, Scartlett placed the vodka on a counter in the kitchen. This place was gorgeous. A grin spread across her face as she walked over to one of the bedrooms. There were two single person beds in the room, which Scarlett assumed would be the same for all the other rooms. So she simply put her bag on a bed and glanced around the room.

Though there were only two full bathrooms in the house that they'd all have to share, it was nice being able to have only one person staying in a room with you. There was two dressers in the room, one huge closet, a window with a beautiful scenery on the other side. It showed the perfect blue ocean and the beautiful sandy beach.

(Please note that the Other tab will have all of our charater sheets in it.)

Soft fingers trace the expensive material of the white curtains, which was the first detail in the room that caught his attention. His belongings had already been put away in an organized fashion, and most of the beach house had already been explored. The young man strikes a balletic pose, and he twirls over to his bedroom window. The smell of salt water excites him, though the tulip garden steals his attention from the magnificent display of the beach. He rests his elbows on the wooden window seal, and smiles blissfully as a breeze guides the flowers through an elegant dance.

Samuel leaves the window open, hoping to create a peaceful aura in the bedroom. He admires the subtle decorations, then takes a moment to look himself over in the full-length mirror. Today he is dressed casually, a black tank top covering his torso, and form-fitting grey shorts adorning his legs. His affair with vanity subsides, a familiar voice echoing through the hallways.

Realizing it is Scarlett, he saunters to the hallway, making way for the living room. He notices her in one of the bedrooms, but does not enter. Delighted to see her, he clasps his hands together. "Hi, friend!" Subtle sunlight shines through her window, helplessly complimenting her unique features. "You look lovely, as always."

Charlotte's Mood ~ Hyper!!!

EricSings EricSings WednesdayAddams WednesdayAddams

Char shuts off the radio as her hair flurries in the open window of her Mustang GT named Cardie (as in Cardinal Red) She fixates her shades that conceal her very happy eyes, the cold air of the summer breeze outside hitting her quicker than expected. In some cases she simply wasn't human. She could resist cold temperatures, men who intend to use her for a booty call, and on occasion even the charms of the extra offer of fries and a drink with her chicken nuggets. She couldn't wait to get to the beach house. Though every one thought she was coming home next week due to a last minute casting, but little did they know that she finished early. Her Nike duffel bag rested in the passenger seat, complete with her laptop, camera, foldable green screen, and her PS4 secured in the bag. A couple of suitcases of clothes and shoes resided in the backseat, and of course in the trunk the classic road trip occupancy.

Loads and loads of snacks. So hard did she fight the urge to call Scarlett and just bomb her with a surprise text, but she knew the wait would reward a much sweeter cause. Charlotte was as giddy as can be, practically picturing the look on everyone's faces when they all reunited once again. She's been doing well since they last got together. The girl's YouTube has gotten over 100k followers, and her acting seems to be taking off as well, that and she partied a good bit out of her usual bubble while also staying focused in studies, entertaining some hot boys...for a small bit anyways, and above all making it through a year with her best family in the world. Her friends. Sure she'd talked to them and her mom on video chat, and even got a few visits from her mom and perhaps some others to be in some of her videos, but it wasn't the same as seeing them. BEING with them was so different.

She cruises down the highway and takes the exit to get off towards the beach house. She enjoyed the scene of Florida, despite the warm atmospheric change that made the city seem more toxic and humid out. A few acapella songs and and some random daydreaming about her becoming Wonder Woman, Charlotte pulls onto the street in the beach houses. She pulls in with zest, and cuts the car off and darts out of the car.

"GUYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!"

She sees Samuel's and Scar's cars, she opened her trunk while moving her duffel bag into the house with her other belongings, as she met eyes with her two friends and smiled warmly. She finds a room, one of the beds in an empty room to drop her things before practically pouncing the two buddies that were already there. "I missed you guys so much! Where's the other whippersnappers?"

Luis wasn't the first to arrive, as per usual. His car was what one could consider a clunker. His parents had insisted that he purchase his own first car, if only to make him appreciate the value of money. They promised to insure it for him, of course, so the boy went out of his way to look for the cheapest car he could find. Luck have it, a buddy from the street gave Luis his current wheels for practically free. His parents, of course, weren't entirely thrilled. It took more to insure the thing than it did to purchase, after all!

The stoner chuckled to himself, remembering briefly the look on his parents' faces when he rolled up in a piece of metal that was leaking fumes and barely functional. He appreciated money, all right. He appreciated it enough to not spend it on something extravagant like his parents expected him to. Pulling into the driveway, he shut the engine off, the chassis shaking slightly as the pistons shuddered to a stop. Everyone in the house probably heard his arrival, given how much noise the engine made. Popping open his car door, he slid out of the vehicle and moved around to the trunk, opening that up as well.

He had made sure to save his best stuff for this occasion. Lifting two bags out of the trunk, the car suspension bouncing a bit with the heavy weight lifted off the back tires, he set a duffel bag on the gravel beneath him and slung the large backpack over his shoulder. The duffel was filled with pretty much everything of value he had - clothes, electronics, and quite a few bottles of alcohol. The backpack over his shoulder was packed with drugs and drug paraphernalia - a couple bongs, lighters, wraps, and lots of weed. Of course, he'd shove the backpack under his bed until he figured out who at the house liked this stuff and who didn't. Luis wasn't looking for fights, after all, and if some people didn't want to be associated with what he had, then he'd respect that.

Picking up the duffel bag, he squinted his eyes against the bright summer sun and awkwardly waddled to the door, the same waddle one did when they were carrying heavy items, or too many grocery bags. The person who arrived before him, Char, had left the door wide open, so Luis casually moved himself inside. "Hey, guys. I see I'm late to arrive, as per usual." Taking a moment to let his duffel bag rest on the ground, Luis hefted the weight of it again and continued down the hall, to where the bedrooms are.

All three seemed to be taken at this point, one of the room clearly being Char's, the unpacked one probably Scarlett's going simply off the look of the bag in the room. Shrugging, Luis decided he'd save the other two guys from having to deal with the girls and dumped his duffel on the bed opposite the one Scarlett claimed. Of course, while it was only required two of them had a co-ed room, it wasn't entirely impossible that all six of them would be sharing a room with a member of the opposite sex. Shrugging again, Luis slung his backpack down onto the bed and knelt down, lifting the bed skirt and sliding the backpack underneath. There. Now it was less likely anyone was gonna ask him about it. He was certain Char did't want drugs in her budding actress career, but quite honestly he had no clue what everyone else thought. If anything, Scarlett was probably the most likely to at least try what he had.

Meandering back to the group, hands in his pockets, he smiled lazily. "So, anyone got anything fun planned for tonight? Or are we gonna settle in and take it slow first?" he asked. His fingertips traced over a blunt in his right pocket, and a lighter in the left. He wanted to light up so badly, but here and now wasn't the time or place.

100_9449.jpgJacob Strickland

Mood: Nervous

Jacob stepped out into the airport, he breathed in and gave what could be a smile if you looked close enough. It had only been 3 years since he had left to go to New York, although it had felt like an eternity to him. What used to be a smile was now a frown, his eyebrows grew closer together as he put on a dissatisfied face. His father was meant to be here to take him to the beach house where his friends were meant to be waiting, however no one was there to great him. Soon after disembarking from the plane he received a text from his father:

Hey son, I'm sorry that I wasn't able to pick you up. Gloria made an unexpected visit, so we're going out to dinner. Hopefully we can catch up while you're over here?

Jacob rolled his eyes and turned the screen of his phone off, he stared at the reflection in the black iPhone 8 Plus screen. He let out a sigh, he vowed to himself that he won't let his stupid behaviour interfere with the trip. The man walked up to one of the car hire desks and smiled at the woman as he placed his bags on the floor next to him, his arm muscles bulging a little bit. The lady looked a little bit intimidated by Jacob and his figure but managed to smile back to him as she looked him up and down.

"What can I do for you today, sir?" Her voice was sweet and kind, Jacob was taken aback by the girl's voice. He wasn't expecting something as innocent as her to greet him, knowing his luck he would have gotten a rather sour and bitter lady. Jacob looked around him at his bags and tried to gather his words fumbling around for words.

"I um... I would like to hire a car please."
~
Jacob got into his grey Mazda Vision Coupe, a smirk on his face as he felt the luxury car. "Oh yes baby, I'll take good car of you." He gave a little bit of a chuckle as he started the car, the cold air con hits his face giving him relief from the hot climate outside. The sound of crunching came from the gravel underneath the car as the wheels began to move through the carpark and out onto the main road. He looked around at the city lights that flew past him like a blur, the black night sky making everything look like he was high on some amazing drug.

Memories began to flood back into the young man's mind from when he was a teenager, when he was walking along the beachside drunk with his friends. He remembered some of the places he took his one night stands. He remembered where he had all of his fights. All of a sudden the car came to a stop and turned into a driveway at one of the alcohol shops. "Drinks, gotta get something to drink." The fancy grey car pulled up into one of the car spots. He came back with a couple of pizzas, soft drinks, and a good amount of alcohol. He loaded it all into the car, the pizza smell instantly filled the inside of the leather filled automobile.

After a few hours of driving he pulled up into the beach house seeing a few cars there, one of them a Mustang GT. He laughed to himself, "Holy cow, who owns that?" Jacob's eyes glistened as the lights of the beach house turned on. He walked up to the door and knocked, his bags and beverages in his hands. He stood there waiting eagerly, tapping his foot as he listened to the sound of the waves crashing onto the sand.

As Charlotte greets them, Samuel instantly smiles and embraces her for mere seconds. Her cheerful energy usually enlightens him, and helps him feel more confident. It has always been important for him to express his sincere appreciation for their friendship. Samuel raises a finger to his lips, and appears as if he is contemplating something. He is known for gifting flowers and accessories that portray lovely elaboration through inspiring meanings. He feels white flowers would invoke a message of kindness, but isn't entirely sure if she was all that fond of flowers. Perhaps an evening making new snacks would be a gift of a less material nature.

"Hey, Charlotte." As he begins to speak again, he notices Luis, but looks to the ground as he walks past him to enter the bedroom. Once Luis spoke to them, he waves somewhat frantically; like he usually does when he is shy. "Well, Luis," he begins, looking back up, "I feel like experimenting with snack ideas in the kitchen..." Samuel glances at the ladies, wondering if this enticed them, as well.

A knock on the large wooden door took him by surprise. "I'll go see who it is!" He imagines himself performing a speed boost, as Sona does in League of Legends, a game he used to play. Gliding gracefully through the hallway, he eventually arrives before the exquisite doorway. He opens the door, and standing there is Jacob. "Let me assist you." Without waiting for a response, Samuel reaches for the bottles of alcohol, then disappears into the kitchen. He figures his friend will want to pick a room on his own. Now in the kitchen again, he admires the maroon contrast through different appliances, though he would have chosen a softer color. On the granite countertop is a bottle of vodka, so he sets the bottles aside it.

To drink, or not to drink...

"Drink."

Samuel turns swiftly and opens a cupboard, and fills the glass with ice, sorbet from the freezer, and some vodka. "Mmmm." He could tell he needed to powder his nose again, so he makes way for his bedroom, drink in hand.

Scarlett
Mood: Ready to party
__________
A grin overcame Scarlett's deep red colored lips when she heard Samuel behind her, "Ahhh! Sammy." The girl said as she approached him, giving him a hug. He had always been quite a sweetheart, "Of course you'd be the first here!" She teased with a grin on her face. Before they could say much more they heard someone coming inside.

As soon as Scarlett heard 'GUUUYSSS' she knew who it was instantly. Charlotte. Of course they've had their ups and downs throughout their friendship, just as almost any two girl friends do. Scartlett and Samuel had entered the main area again. When Charlotte swung her arms over the dark haired girl, she simply giggled, "Charlotte! I missed you too!!" She really did. After all, it's been a long time since she had seen Charlotte in person due to her upcoming profession as an actress.

"Ahh, you know they're always late!" It was true. Everyone besides them three were normally late. In Scartlett's defense, she did have to drive three hours at least to get there. Just thinking about that drive made Scarlett stretch, as she did she heard an old cluncker outside, "I bet it's Luis." She said with a wink, waiting for him to come inside to see if she was right. Of course, Char had left the door wide open so as soon as he stepped in the doorway Scarlett grinned.

Luis had always known how to party, so she knew that if nobody else drank tonight, at least he'd drink with her. He soon disappeared to pick his room. While he was gone, Scarlett spoke to the others, "So we're going swimming right?" She couldn't wait to feel the sand inbeween her toes and the water on her skin. She even had a surf board in the bed of her crappy truck. Of course, it's been years since she had surfed..but Scarlett lived for the adventures in life.

When Luis asked if they had any plans for something fun tonight Scarlett pulled a joking, appalled face. Her hand placed on her chest, "What do you take me as, Luis? Straight edge?" The last part came out a whisper, as if she wasn't allowed to say those words. Of course she was planning on having hella fun that night.

A knock on the door stopped her teasing whilst her eyes adverted over to the door that Samuel was now answering, "Jacob!" She giggled when Samuel 'helped' him with the alcohol. Watching as he disappeared into the kitchen. Soon Scarlett followed after him, obviously she couldn't say no to alcohol, "Ooo that looks yummy." Samuel had always been good at making delicious concoctions. Instead of asking him to make her one, she simply grabbed a shot glass and filled it all the way with her vodka. She tapped the small glass on the counter before tossing it back, into her mouth. After it had been swallowed her face screwed up for a minute, "Ughhh." It never tasted good, no matter what.

Mood: Slightly intoxicated

Jacob stood there, a little confused after what just happened. He shook his head and smiled as he walked into the giant house, he looked around in absolute awe at the place. He heard his name come from a rather familiar voice, he looked to his side and found a petite girl yelling his name. "Jacob!" He grinned more which was very unusual for the young man.

"Aye, Scarlett. What up gurl?" Jacob placed his bags on the floor near the kitchen and rubbed the girl on the head messing her hair up a little.

"You haven't changed much, you're still as adorable as ever." He smirked at the girl in a cocky way as he placed down the pizza boxes and took the bottle out of Samuel's hand. He chugged part of the bottle, the burning liquid falls down his throat into his stomach. After guzzling it he yelled out, "Wow! That's some good stuff right there..." He looked Scarlett up and down, checking her out and winked at her. Jacob took one of the slices of cheese pizza and sat up on the granite bench top, his muscles flexed.

(Soz guys for the minimal text, just woke up)

Luis faked a gasp, holding a hand before his mouth as if shocked that Scarlett would utter such words! "Scarlett! How dare you suggest I'd think of you in such a way!" he said, unable to keep the playful smile off his face. The jesting was interrupted by Jacob's arrival, and Luis grinned, hands moving on their own as his body gave into the urge to smoke. It was only after he had taken his first puff and the curl of smoke came out his mouth that Luis realized what had happened. Ah, oh well. If they hadn't smelled marijuana on his clothes already, the smell of his freshly lit blunt would surely spread through the house quickly. In fact, Luis figured that now that the cat was more or less out of the bag, he'd make a point of letting everyone know that he was indeed a stoner. Taking a deep breath through the blunt, Luis strode into the kitchen and blew gentle smoke rings in the direction of the ceiling, one through the other.

Aparently, Luis had arrived in time to watch Jacob down part of a bottle of what looked like vodka. "Shots already? Man, you guys aren't playing around." Holding out the roll of weed to Jacob, he grinned slightly. "Trade ya." If Luis was being honest, the prospect of jumping in the water out back sounded pretty good. It was sweltering outside, hot and sticky like Florida always was. Leaving the door open wasn't helping the house's central air conditioning out at all. Once the trade had been accepted or denied, Luis moved to close the front door again, relishing in the sound of fans whirring to fill the area with cool air. This place would quickly turn to a hell on earth if that wondrous cooling machine broke down on them.

Returning to the kitchen, Luis performed a quick head count. Scarlett, Jacob, Char and Samuel in the other room. And of course himself. The only one they were waiting on at this point was Cass. She'd better hurry up, or they'd have to start the fun without her. If his prior trade was accepted, Luis took a long drink from the vodka bottle. If it had been rejected, he'd pick up an unopened bottle and crack it open himself, downing a portion of his contents much in the same manner Jacob had gone about it. Luis didn't like to waste time - it was best to get as drunk and as high as possible and sustain it for long periods for maximum fun. He'd learned that from experience.

MOOD -- Rushed

Once again, she was the late one. Yes, she could've left much earlier, and she probably should have, but jet lag and sleep deprivation plus hours of driving don't go together, and she had places to go and people to see. All that really mattered at this point was getting there, claiming a room, and getting the party started. Surely the other five friends were already there, and they'd probably already started downing the alcohol, but she knew them well enough to know that they would wait for her, just so long as she wasn't more than an hour or so. Her curly hair was up in a loose top bun; that was her attempt at keeping herself cool in the thick, humid Florida air. As much as she liked the beach, she was never a fan of the humidity of the southern east coast. Having grown up in the New York suburbs, she wasn't accustomed to the sweat and bugs.

After another hour on the road and a stop at the local liquor store (knowing everyone else went for vodka, she picked up a few different types of alcohol besides that, making sure to grab her favorite tequila), she finally rolled up to the beach house that they'd all rented for the summer. It was a large, beautiful place that butted right up to the beach, something she planned to take full advantage of in an effort to keep cool. Even though it was already dark, and had been for a little while, the air stayed at a swampy 93F according to her car's thermometer. That's actually disgusting. Hopefully the house has A/C. Scarlett was the one who had organized everything; Cass hadn't even thought to ask about the basics. All she knew was that she was sharing a room with someone, and that they would have the house to themselves.

She hopped out into the damp air and breathed in deeply to the salty smell of the sea. The ocean was one of her favorite places, and she always took any chance she could get to spend time on one of the coasts. She heard the girls yelling inside and smiled; Scarlett and Char had always been much more energetic than her, but she made up for it by being able to keep up with them in pretty much anything they did. Cass quickly grabbed her suitcase and backpack out of the backseat, using her one free hand to grab the bag with the alcohol. Taking another deep breath, she walked up to the front door and walked in.

"Ok ladies and gents, who's ready to get lit?" she said in a singsong voice, raising the bottles above her head.

Scarlett
Mood: A little high, carefree
A simple giggle escaped Scarlett when Luis began to play along with her teasing. He actually looked genuinely shocked she said those words for a moment, but alas, the moment was interrupted by Jacob coming in.

After she had taken the shot Scartlett pouted when Jacob messed up her hair, "Heyyy, mann!!" She said as she jokingly punched him on the shoulder, softly, before running her hands through her thick black hair to fix it. Her cheeks gaining a bit of a red tint to them when he called her adorable. What girl wants to be called adorable? But there she was, still blushing at the statement, "Pshh! We all know Char is the most beautiful girl here!" She said as she waved off the statement.

Suddenly she sniffed the air, 'Is that weed I smell?' She thought before glancing around, sure enough Luis had lit up and was currently handing the blunt to Jacob in exchange for the vodka. Before Jacob could make the exchange, Scarlett cut in, "I'll take that, thank you!" She said with a small wink to the boys before taking a puff of it.

Obviously, she liked to party so of course she'd want to hit the blunt. After two hits she passed it back to either Jacob or Luis, whomever wanted it and headed into her and Luis' room, "I'm going swimming!" She closed the door behind her and began to strip off her clothes, quickly pulling on her one piece bathing suit. It was black with cutouts on the sides of it. Once she was done with that she grabbed the towel she brought with her and draped it over her shoulder.

Scarlett had always been a little self conscious about her body, given she was short(5'2), and pretty tiny. Though she had curves still. With that being said, she made it so the towel covered most of her body up as it draped over shoulders before exiting the room, "Cass!!" The girl said, almost cheered when she entered back into the space with everyone else and saw her friend had made it, "I missed you!" The girl said as she hugged the red haired female with a grin on her lips. Those two hits of that blut were getting to her a tad bit. It was pretty easy to get Scarlett fucked up given her petite body size.

(I'm on mobile so I can't do all that fancy stuff ? I love it though, it's awesome)

Mood: Intrigued

Jacob gave a huff of defeat as Scarlett took the bunt from Luis first. "Aye, Luis my man, should have known that you would be having your share in the drug market after graduation." His long muscly arm wrapped itself around Luis's shoulders as he took the weed from Scarlett, he drew a few puffs from the small little thing. Jacob gave a smirk as he watched Scarlett walk down the hall into her room, her hips swaying naturally despite the small figure that she had. His eyes travelled from her upper back to her small butt. In the past, he would have preferred a curl with a big ass and some big boobs and a tiny waist. But something about Scarlett made him curious, maybe it was her outgoing personality, maybe it was because she was different from all of the other girls he has been around. Jacob chuckled a little bit to himself, he just noticed that she was blushing from the compliment he had shot her.

"What have you been up to man?" He shook Luis next to him a little and looked down at him, his frame was a lot smaller than Jacob's. All of a sudden a loud scream came from near the two guys, it was just Scarlett being Scarlett. He looked at the two females hugging and talking when he noticed her legs and the short towel. "Hey there, Cass." Jacob was completely surprised at how everyone has changed.

Mood - Flustered

Speak of the devil... Once Cass made her grand entrance, Luis once again shut the front door before making his return to the kitchen. What he didn't expect, however, was a firm arm around his shoulders when he returned. Jacob had his arm around the scrawny drug dealer, and Luis entertained the idea of a couple street thugs attempting to suplex Jacob simply because he had touched their dealer. Laughing a bit, though at his thoughts rather than the girls' antic, Luis shook his head to chase away such thoughts.

"Nah, just working the streets. Made quite a name for myself back home," he stated, trying not to brag too much. "A couple fellas say I own half our old town by now, but I doubt that's true." In fact, it was hard to imagine that meek little Luis would grow up to be something of a local drug lord. Not that he was a drug lord, or anything close to one, in fact. It was crazy, what a few years of hell could do to a man. Seventeen year old Luis could hardly stand up for himself, and just a few years after graduation, he was practically running his hometown's drug ring. Of course, these rumors were probably over-exaggerated. All he did was sell stuff and buy stuff. It was hardly control in the slightest. But still, coming here and hanging out with his old high school clique made him feel seventeen again. Young, insecure, and rearing to prove himself.

"Everyone's matured so much..." Luis observed, mostly to himself. It didn't help that Jacob was practically hugging him, pulling the scrawny boy's body flush against a wide, well-muscled frame. Yup. Everyone. Feeling his face head up, ears burning, Luis quickly directed his eyes to anyone else, any other feature. The openings in Scarlett's bathing suit. Cass' boobs. Legs. Miles and miles of legs. Oh, boy. Was it getting hotter in here, or was it just him? His eyes went back to the arm around his shoulder, or more specifically, the shoulder and pectoral muscle that connected to the arm. Luis gulped hard. His face had to be beat red right about now.

"Hold up, Scarlett! I'll go swimming with you!" Pulling away from Jacob, forgetting the man still had his blunt and Luis still had a bottle of alcohol in hand, he took off for his and Scarlett's room, sliding past the three girls in the entry hall and slamming the bedroom door behind him. Gasping from his swift escape, Luis sets the bottle on the dresser and slaps his face lightly. "Get a hold of yourself," he mutters to himself. "Just because everyone's hot now doesn't mean you can act flustered. They're your friends. They probably don't like you like that." Sighing, Luis takes off his shirt and switches into a pair of swim trunks colored green, yellow, and red in horizontal stripes with black silhouettes of palm trees printed over top. Picking up a plain white beach towel, he slung it over his shoulder and slipped on a pair of flip flops. Taking a swig from the bottle again, he stepped outside the room, back to the entry way.

In his sophisticated bedroom of the summer home, Samuel is standing before the full-length mirror again. Aside him is a table that appears to be antique, the piece corresponding with the border of the mirror. Samuel admires the floral artwork, deciding it adds a significant beauty to the pieces of furniture. He raises his delicious creation to his lips, and takes a small sip. "Yum."

A small bag for grooming essentials is on the table, Samuel reaching for it with his free hand. He sets the drink down on a peach-colored cloth, humming cheerfully as he searches for his favorite face powder. Although he has not tried many different cosmetics, he has found his perfect match relatively soon. His impurities on his face he finds important to cover up, but only in subtle ways. Finding the powder, he pulls it out and applies it accordingly.

After he is done, he sets down his possessions, and picks up his drink. Samuel takes another sip, wondering what fun was being had already without him. The smell of marijuana draws him into the hallway, and toward the kitchen area. However, Cassiopeia instantly attracts his attention. "Baby, come light me up, and maybe I'll let you on it!" He laughs after singing lyrics from a Ariana Grande song, hoping Cassiopeia has also heard the composition. He turns to face Luis, who was now sporting a fashionable pair of swim trunks. "Are we going swimming? Awesome!" Looking down at his own attire, he figures he will wear his shorts in the water.

The flower-enthusiast then stands next to Scarlett, turning to look at her. "We should see if there are any flowers on the way there..." Samuel peers into the kitchen, then back to his friend. "Or maybe we can meet our new neighbors." He shrugs, as if to signify the decision was hers.

The smell of the blunt burning tempts him to smoke, but he feels it would be best he did not partake. Walking into the kitchen, he finishes his drink and washes the glass in the sink. He makes way for the outside patio, and opens the doors to step outside. A regal humming bird darts past him, and drinks from the antiquated bird feeder. The bird dances around a bush of lilac, then visits the garden of geraniums before flying in the direction of the beach.

Scarlett
Mood: Energetic!

"How've you been, Cass?" The girl asked, a grin shining brightly on her face. Of course, being around her two girl friends made Scarlett feel that much more insecure, seeing as they actually had fuller bodies then she did. She simply pushed those thoughts away, after all, everyone there was just friends.. right?

Their conversation was broke when Luis suddenly said he was gonna go swimming with her. Scarlett glanced over and noticed his flushed face before he went into their room and began to change, 'Well, I wonder what that was about..' She though with a puzzled look on her face for a moment before just shrugging it off, "What'd you do Jacob?" She said teasingly to the man with the blunt still in his hands.

She took it from him, taking yet another hit and then returning it to him, "Well! Last one to the water sucks~" She said when Luis finally entered back into the area with them. Samuel had already began his way to the backdoor, "Wait for meee!" She called out to him before grabbing the other bottle of vodka she had brought and put on the kitchen table. Then she headed outside, only she went out the front door and headed for her truck.

Once there she reached over the back of the truck and pulled out her surf board, thanks to her tippy toes she was able to reach it. She tucked the surf board under her arm and in one hand she had a bottle of vodka. Then she took off, walking straight to the back of the house. The sand was warm against her feet.

There was a table and some chairs half way to the beach that people could just lay back on and chill. There were also little posts all around that shined a light in a way that you could see what you were doing even if it were dark. Scartlett opened the bottle of vodka and took a gulp, wincing after, "The burrrnnn!" Her face was twisted in a disgusted look as she placed the cap back on and placed it on the table next to the chairs.

Finally, she began to head to the water. Excitement overcoming her. She couldn't wait to feel the water against her skin, waves hitting her face. Once she was close enough, she felt the water rush up over her feet and grinned. The moment she's been waiting for. It was finally here, "Woohoo!!" Scarlett began to run out into the water, getting her surf board ready to be used. Once she was far enough to have at least half her body in the water, she climbed on top of her surf board and began to swim out, towards the waves that weren't too close.

Luckly she was a great swimmer, otherwise she would probably die out here. Once she hit the waves, the girl quickly stood on the surf board, her fingers stroking against the wave that she surfed on while she balanced herself on the board. The blue water curved over her head slightly. In this moment, Scarlett felt alive, more alive then she's felt in a long time. As if she got distracted by how beautiful the water looked as she surfed upon it, Scarlett was soon hit by the wave, knocking her off the surf board.

"Man, that was great!" She cheered as she popped back up from under the water, using the board to keep herself up. She climbed back on it and paddled over towards her friends, a grin on her face that dripped water, "I love this!" She said as she finally got to where they were her eyes turning to the darkening sky. It was beautiful. This place was absolutely gorgeous.

100_9449.jpgJacob Strickland

Mood: Emotional

The thought of going swimming made Jacob smile a little. After Luis left him, something just didn't seem right, perhaps it was the weed getting to him or the large amount of alcohol he just downed but it seemed more personal. "I think I'll sit this one out. Gotta pick a room and stuff." Without further ado the young man rushed into the bedroom to change.

"What'd you do Jacob?" came from Scarlett, the man stuttered for words. Why the f*ck can't I speak to her properly? Before he could say anything she took the bunt from his hands and ran off with the bottle of vodka on the kitchen bench. He watched the two jump into the large pool, it looked rather beautiful to him with the lights and all. It would be nice to escape the heat of Florida.

Jacob picked up his two duffel bags and headed down the hallway of the surprisingly large beach house. Every step he took away from the chaos of the reunion out there he felt more scared and alone. He had been this way ever since his sister died in a car accident, even though it was the drunk driver's fault for hitting her off of the cliff he blamed himself for it. That night, Jacob and her had a fight. He had only recently found out that his little sister's boyfriend was cheating on her with one of the girls in his grade. His sister wouldn't believe him, so he grabbed her wrist and yelled at her. This was the first time that he had ever yelled at his sister.

The memories of the fight flooded into his mind as if someone just opened the flood gates after a month's worth of rain. His eyes began to burn as he thought of all of the things he could have done to prevent her from leaving that house. Maybe he shouldn't have called her while she was driving? Maybe he shouldn't have yelled at her? Maybe he shouldn't have told her about her cheating boyfriend?

Anger built up in the man as he held back his urge to cry, a little whimper escaped his lips as his first tear rolled down his face. It seemed weird, watching such a big buff guy like Jacob cry. You think it would be impossible for a man like him to cry, assume that his life would be in check. Jacob took a deep breath in and released it after wiping away his tear with his spare hand. He gave a little chuckle to try and lighten himself up.

Jacob looked around at the rooms, seeing which ones were available. He walked further down, past one of the spacious bathrooms and found his room. It looked stunning. The window was open a little, allowing the salty humid breeze to infiltrate the large room. This was more like it, the man had been living in the city for years, it was nice to get away from the city life and see something new for a change. Jacob placed his duffel bags on one of the beds and threw himself onto the bed with them. He huffed as his body relaxed for the first time, he didn't get to sleep on the plane and hours of driving can leave a person exhausted. The sound of screams and laughs filled the beach house, it would be nice to go for a little swim he thought.

~

All of a sudden a large splash covered all of those in the water, he took the bottle of vodka from the petite girl. "No more, I don't fancy dragging your ass back into the house" Jacob smirked down at the girl. This is nice. He thought to himself.

MOOD -- Relaxed, Intoxicated

After all the greetings and hugs, Cass found herself alone in the kitchen with Charlotte, who she knew had found recent fame and fortune with both YouTube and cable tv shows. A Stanford graduate and possibly the only person there with anything more than a high school degree, she felt a little...inadequate. She had it all, really: the brains, the body, the talent, the money (that she had earned herself). She was what Cass aspired to be, but felt like she would never achieve. She shook her head imperceptibly, almost as if to shake away the thoughts, and cracked open the tequila in her hand. "Hey Char, long time no see, huh?" she asked, taking a long draw from the bottle. She'd done this so many times, she didn't feel the burn anymore. "It ok if I room with you?" Not waiting for a response--she assumed it would be a yes, at least she hoped--she walked down the hall and dropped her bags onto the unclaimed bed and cracked the window, allowing the slightest bit of a breeze to filter into the room. Breathing in deeply, she smiled ever-so-slightly, happy to be near the ocean again. She knew the first thing Scarlett would want to do would be to go for a swim, so she had changed in the airport bathroom and worn her suit on the drive over. All she had to do was strip off her shorts and tank top, and she would be good to go.

Her bathing suit was a high cut and a bright yellow with embroidered daisies, the color a perfect accent to her golden eyes, though that wasn't exactly what people would be seeing. It was the first time since last summer that she was wearing this bikini, and she remembered all of a sudden why she hadn't really worn it the previous one: it was boob central. She was well endowed, for sure, but this suit made her look as if she was on a whole new level. As much as she liked attention, she didn't like it so much when it pertained to her body and came from her friends. She took another chug of tequila and shrugged it off, knowing that the alcohol would make her more comfortable. A little boob never hurt anyone, she thought to herself, already feeling the buzz. It didn't usually hit so fast, but she hadn't eaten anything since she had boarded her flight, so that had accelerated the feeling.

As she was standing in front of the floor length mirror, fluctuating between admiration and disgust, her phone buzzed with an alert reminding her to take her antidepressant. No wonder I'm thinking the way I am.She popped her pill and grimaced, knowing she shouldn't be mixing alcohol with them. She'd done that many times before and always knew when to stop, though, so she knew it wouldn't really be an issue. I'll just have some of that pizza that someone brought to help soak some tequila up and I'll be good to go, she thought, grabbing her black lace kimono style cover-up and walking back down the hall toward the kitchen.

-- -- -- -- -- --

She was definitely feeling the tequila despite the slice of pizza she'd eaten (it was a damn good pizza, she'd have to be sure to thank whoever brought it), and she watched as Scarlett swam out into the water and caught a quick wave, crashed, then swam back in to the shore. "Nice surfing, Scarlett!" Looking behind her, she saw Samuel, Luis, and Jacob all also watching Scarlett and smiled, wrapping her kimono tighter around her body. Still not enough to feel comfortable, she thought, but didn't take another swig. She had to be careful not to kill a bottle herself, especially since the others were all sharing a bottle (though they were also sharing a blunt, so they were likely to get a bit more fucked up than her). "How long have you been surfing?" she asked, smiling, directing her question toward Scarlett. "I'd love to learn how!"

Charlotte's Mood ~ Amped

Char attempts to get settled as Luis comes in not too far behind her, it was good to see him again. She could only imagine the amount of "herbal" remedies he'd carried with him in his bag as she waved him along, watching him head into the room where Scar had already had her things set and ready to go. At the tug and scent of Samuel she immediately latched herself around him in a warm genuine hug. "Ahh I try to look lovely, I need to get on your level though ;) " She knew the party animal was going to be instigating a lot of her inner inhibitions during the beach stay, but as much hustle and bustle that goes on in her life, she just may need a push out of her shell and open back up. It is her crew after all. A knock on the door comes as Sam darts on in the usual fashion he does, it bringing a refreshing and nostalgiac smile to Charlotte's lips. While everyone was away tending to the door and newcoming squad, Charlotte decided to dip into her room and put her luggage on her designated bed, taking out a nice brush to make sure her hair was presentable and apply some extra lip gloss. She had no idea why, she wasn't really vain or anything, perhaps it was the nerves of finally seeing everyone again. While she was in the other room away from everyone else, she'd heard Scar comment that she was the most attractive, to which Charlotte struck her head out of the doorway in the direction of everyone else.

"BULL SHIT!"

She giggles and drifted back into the room to finsh freshening up. She really had no time after her last casting call, since her flight was an hour and a half time until it departed. Lord knows TSA took 45 minutes alone just to pass... The smell of weed soon resonated in the air, and Charlotte couldn't help but shake her head at the peeps. Her peeps. They were so quick to get high or drunk as if they needed those things to define the fact they were already some pretty amazing people. Charlotte probably was the only one out of the group who didn't smoke, and barely drunk... but ask anyone in the group and they know this universal fact: It's better that way. The amount of energy and how wild Char was when sober, no way the laws of reality could handle her under any influence.

Char saw a blur go by in the form of Luis, heading to he and Scar's room. A skeptical look went on her face, when he did come back out, she saw that he was in swimming wear. A bright smile hit her face, those bastards were going swimming!!!! But when she heard the singing of another female, she knew exactly who it was. Cass was there. Charlotte almost jumped herself out of her hair fixing with glee and joy as she couldn't wait to get in there. She ran out into the kitchen and immediately pounced on Cass. The hug was so tight and almost tender at the same time. "I fucking missed you so much!!!! I mean everyone knows I love them but I love my girls more." She said teasingly. When Cass asked could she room with her, Char almost comedically scoffed at the question. "Uh... DUH!!! We need to catch up!" Cass was one of the most genuine people Charlotte knew. With everything the girl dealt with internally she still found a way to be loyal and loving. She also had a nag for pranks, and featured in a few of Char's YouTube prank videos. It's how they bonded away from the normalcy of their lives. She helped Cass into her room, before she stripped down from her airplane wear and threw on some short cargo shorts and a bikini top, along with her flip flops. She could've sworn she'd heard Jacob somewhere in the house, and when she stuck her head out she saw no one. She further steps out into the house to see people were making their way to swim.

Not without Char they weren't.

She runs full sprint from the house and straight into the water with a fierce charisma in her eyes. She kicks off her flops and terminator runs to the water. In her obvious ambition and energy, she gracefully dives in while randomly saying "Monkey nuts!". A splash then followed, her forgetting she hadn't removed her cargo shorts. "Oh shit haha" She takes them off, revealing her bikini bottoms and her full set, toned and bust in all the right places.

"YAYYY ASS AND TITTIES!!! :D "

Scarlett
Mood: Excited, but pretty blitzed.

After she caught that wave and had a rush of energy thrown back at her the small girl ran back onto the beach, shoved her surf board in the sand so it was upright, then grabbed the bottle of vodka that she had put on the small table nearby the beach.

"Well, I've been surfing for a long time...my dad taught me how.." Scarlett admitted, slightly tensing up. She never much talked about her family, for good reasons too. It brought up way too many bad memories. She opened the vodka and quickly guzzled some down, "I'll teach you! It's easy, we have all summer." She said, her mood changing as if they hadn't talked about her father at all. There was the bipolar Scartlett's had to deal with on a daily basis. It got pretty bad sometimes...

"Come on! Get in the water!" She called to Cass before running into the water again, vodka still in hand. She only went far enough so the water covered about half of her body. Her toes we're covered in wet sand that laid at the bottom of the water. Before she could say or do anything else she felt a huge splash hit her, the highly tipsy girl gasped, "What the hell!" She sure didn't expect that to happen.

A small pout overcame Scarlett's lips when Jacob took the vodka from her, "Heyy..." She whined as she looked up at the male, "It's probably too late for that anyways...I'm pretty fucked up so you probably will have to carry me back inside!" She admitted as she quickly waved her hand in the water, splashing Jacob as pay back for taking her vodka. It was true, she was pretty gone. Her normally pale cheeks were flushed a pink color due to the alcohol.

She stuck her tounge out at him then all of a sudden she heard someone yelling 'monkey balls'. Of course it was Char. Scarlett giggled at the wild girl before cheering with her. Before anyone could even blink, Scarlett was back to feeling insecure, but she didn't say anything about it. Who would? She simply just walked deeper into the water and began to float on her back, looking up at the beautiful sky that was starting to gain stars. It was relaxing. The sky was always something of mystery to Scarlett. The waves gently rocking her, "Hey! We should play a game!" The girl said as she shot up, quickly returning to where she could stand properly again.

100_9461.jpgJacob Strickland

Mood: Slightly intrigued

Jacob smirked and rolled his eyes at Scarlett's smart ass response, that was the last thing the the wanted to do. He really didn't want to see her throwing up either, he knew exactly what it felt like to wake up with a bad hangover. Plus they still had so much to do, he didn't want the girl to miss out on any of the fun things that they were going to do. The young man looked down at the petite girl and gazed at her, she looked rather cute with flushed cheeks, her frame was so small, he was scared that if he hugged her then she might break. His skin was flooded with goosebumps as Scarlett splashed him, the water beading off of his face and his chest, the moonlight exaggerating his muscle definition and sharp jawline.

Out of nowhere there was a random little voice yelling out something to do with balls, this made the young adult crack a smile and chuckled. Who in this sane world screams out 'monkey balls'? He turned around and found Charlotte, of course it was Charlotte, the girl was rather weird compared to anyone else, but then again they were all weird in some way otherwise they wouldn't be reuniting as friends at the beach house. Jacob waved at the girl to come join them in the water. His smile began to fade as he saw Scarlett walking away, he wasn't sure how deep the girl could go before she couldn't touch the bottom, she was too short to go too far out but he didn't exactly fancy swimming after a floating child.

Water went everywhere in the ocean when Scarlett shot up like a rocket, her face was lit up with joy. Now that was beautiful, she was smiling, she was being herself. Oh how that smile made the boy's heart melt, how could a girl do this to a guy like him? It was so weird. A game? Surely this can't end well, a bunch of drunk and slightly stoned young adults, alone in the middle of nowhere. But a little bit of fun never hurt anyone, right? "A game? Sure, what do you have in mind?" Jacob hoped that he could get some alone time with Scarlett, he didn't know why he wanted to be alone with her but he knew that he wanted to be with her. He wanted to tell someone all of his problems, all of his secrets, he wanted to know that he was sane and that he wasn't just a dick.
