Fantasy A War Of Princes [REVIVAL]

XD you dont even know the half of it. As a Christian, I look to both the bible and nature for answers, as both are works of God. If one doses not line up with the other, I do my research to find out why. But people like this only look to the bible and not to nature for the answers and it shows how dumb they are
Yeah...I accepted the fact that the world is full of stupid people xD

It literally makes me sad that there are people out there that dont know how to interpret the bible properly and end up believing shit like this. they make all Christians look like complete dumb-asses

That picture seems right to me. Also, the Earth is only 6-10 thousand years old. Also, evolution doesn't exist.

Honestly, it's the many people who call themselves Christians, but blindly follow whatever misinformation others spew out that gives Christians a bad name. Like the groups I often see on the Las Vegas Strip, holding up signs condemning homosexuals to Hell. The ignorant seem to outweigh the sensible, and not only in the Christian group, but in most groups, and not even just religious. I'm a firm believer in science. Science has proven beyond a doubt now that evolution is real, and no, we didn't come from monkeys, or, if you're being smart, apes either. The Earth is also proven to be many more times the age many Christians seem to believe, which is around 6-10 thousand years, which is attained by apparently back-tracing genealogy listed in the Bible. But for all of science's power, there are questions that still seem so far out of grasp that it can seem difficult not to believe in some higher power. At least this is my take on it.

I could honestly ramble on all day about stuff like this, and, if I wanted to, I could argue heavily for either side. I could also argue that aliens exist, and the Bible is describing aliens, rather than higher beings. There are a lot of interesting theories out there, many of them pretty convincing too. At least they are fun to learn about :P

HISTORY TIME KIDS

The Vikings believied in this giant mythological serpent, the World Serpent, jormungandr, who was so fucking huge he wrapped around the Earth and held his tail in his mouth.

Why is that relevant, you ask?
BECAUSE VIKINGS WER MORE ADVANCED THAN THIS FUCKING SHIT.
or, if you're being smart, apes either.
We didn't come from apes because we never left them m8y
look at our babies
peel away the skin and what do you see
muscles
what else has muscles
not-trees
so we are not trees i can tell you that

XD I could argue as well, as I have done alot of research myself as well. And there is evidence to suggest that the earth is indeed 6000 years old and that evolution does not exist. And the thing regarding homosexuals, thats not my place to judge them. Ill leave that to God.

We come from fish :P Apes and monkeys are cousins, but they aren't in the path that led to humanity. This is already proven by science, and it's beyond any doubt, thanks to recent discoveries.

Well, no, recent advancements have entirely proven evolution, macro and micro evolution, beyond doubt. I have done my research, and I know why you may think that, since it's a fairly new thing. On top of research, I have taken several college courses on it.

On top of that, carbon dating is irrefutable. That's like saying 2 + 2 =/= 4. It's proven, scientifically, without overwhelming evidence that can't be denied. Modern Christians, as the category is called, are the group of religious people who have come to accept these facts and have adjusted their religion accordingly. As there is still plenty of reason to have faith, since the facts of no evolution and a several thousand-year-old planet are supporting only by a book written millennia ago, by fallible humans.

And no, I'm not an Atheist, or a Scientologist. I consider myself Agnostic. It's literally impossible, at least currently, to prove, or disprove the presence of any form of "God" or greater deity. But, still, evolution and the planet's age have already been proven beyond a doubt. Sorry to inform you :P It's honestly quite cool how evolution was proven. You should take a class on it.

Lol, thanks. I'm not trying to be abrasive. I used to doubt evolution too, though I also doubted "Christian" science as well. Neither had definitive proof until recently, where evolution has been proven. So I can say that without it being my opinion :P

I believe that micro evolution has occurred, but not macro evolution. Your second point, carbon dating is not reliable cause it assumes that the amount of carbon in the atmosphere has always been the same. And the bible has some pretty credible sources. For instance, the old testament was written by prophets and priests, people who were extremely literate and educated. The new testament was written from people like Luke, who was an educated doctor. The bible has some extremely credible authors and can be supported by history.

Don't forget rapid evolution my son
like with insect penises and elephant tusks

This shit impresses me on a huge scale. Like, I legitimately stare at my hands and feet sometimes and I'm just awed.

Then I look at the stars and get an existential crisis. And I watch a Kurzgesagt video and get another and another. help me pls
I AWAIT THE SWEET RELEASE OF DEATH. I AM POMPEII. ROAST ME DADDY.

Yes, apes are a BRANCH. Though they are not our ancestors. We branched off in different directions at one point. The apes and chimps evolved on their own, separately from humans. We do share common ancestors with fish though. If you look at an embryo, the very earliest stages of the fetus, in humans, and other species, like birds, other mammals, reptiles, practically all land animals, the fetus starts out looking exactly like a fish's. If you were to observe the fetus growing, you'd see a very straightforward growth for fish. They simply become bigger. But for other species, humans being the most complex of them, you can watch the parts of the fetus that, on a fish, would have been the gills, but, on a human fetus, it grows into our lungs and nasal passages for breathing.

Not only that, but our genes are also basically interchangeable. What I mean by this is, you can, during development, take the genes from a human embryo, transplant it into a fish, and you could grow that on that fish. For example, our hands and fingers are formed from the fins and flippers of fish, it's the same genes. You can replace a gene on a fish with a gene from a human to make the fish grow fingers during fetal development. If you don't understand this, then you should research it. It's one of the reasons why evolution is proven.

On top of that, if macro evolution wasn't a thing, and instead we lived by intelligent design, then we should be able to find species that don't have direct lines back to the earliest of ancestors. But, out of every species on the planet, from fish to humans, to insects and more, not once has there ever been a species that couldn't be placed logically in an evolutionary chart. Newer species will always have a proven, logical, evolution from previous species. Never has this ever been disproved. Again, that's like saying 2+2=/=4. Never once have we seen a case where 2+2=/=4. It's simply known as true.

I'd like to think I'm extremely open-minded. Likely the most open-minded person you'll ever meet. I'm also an extremely logical thinker, not that that means I'm smart, logic and intelligence are different XD I've taken several classes on evolution, as well as religion. Religious science, outside of "modern Christians" and the like, simply doesn't hold up. Also, I am definitely NOT saying this is any sort of proof against God, or any greater deities, because it's not. It's simply some things that have now been proven.

This of course is macro evolution. Micro evolution is easily provable. Just go out in the sun. You'll tan/burn. That's your body literally micro-evolving.

This'll be a fun one :P

Carbon dating is irrefutable. Carbon dating is done by measuring carbon's half-life, or it's rate of decay. There are actually a variety of elements this can be done with, but carbon dating is THE most reliable one, up to about 5 thousand years. You can have ten thousand atoms of carbon. Each atom will still decay at the same rate. So, a billion atoms of carbon will decay at the same rate as a single atom of carbon. I'm talking about radiation of course. Denying this is, to use math again, like saying 4/2=/=2. 4 divided by 2 always equals 2, no matter how many 4s you divide by 2. It always the same. On the subject of using half-lives to date objects, there are other elements that can be dated much farther back than carbon reliably, but those elements are more rare. But rare doesn't mean they haven't been found in some soils, specifically sediment. Sediment tends to decay skeletons, so only specific types can preserve skeletons in a way that they can be dated past the upper limit of 10 thousand years that the Bible allows for the Earth's age. Again, this is irrefutable, but don't take my word, research how carbon dating is done, rather than saying that more carbon makes a difference. It's simple math.

Also, scholars used to believe the Earth was flat, and they were the smartest people of their days. I'm not going to trust the words of ancient scientists over the current modern scientific community. That's just silly. Might as well believe the Earth was flat because some older scholar said it was, and has convincing proof.

Oh, and don't think I don't research the other side. I know the theories of how people in the Bible lived to be a thousand years old. Theories that included the canopy that covered the planet acting like a giant hyperbolic chamber. Those events matching up with the flood taking down the canopy and reducing the lifespan of humans. There's scientific proof hyperbolic chambers can not only increase healing, but increase lifespans too. Sad thing is, there's not enough evidence to prove there was a canopy around the world great enough to accomplish this, or is there enough proof to definitely prove the floor taking out said canopy. But yes, there is evidence of massive floods in the past. So yes, I've done very heavy research for both sides. I can also spew evidence that supports aliens being what the Bible describes instead of God or other holy events. I don't believe it, but it's still pretty convincing if you don't know any better XD

Hopefully none of this offends anyone. If so, I rescind everything and announce my newly created religion worshiping frogs. :)

I love knowledge. I love discussing stuff, science especially. Not so much history or politics, and I'm not very knowledgeable there. I've taken classes on evolution and religion, as I love he whole science vs. religion thing.

I also love learning random things, like about McDonaldization, a business term. Currently I'm taking a drug class, but it's sadly underwhelming in its new knowledge XD. It's all just kinda common knowledge. Though there's some neat things, like how heroine used to be sold over-the-counter as a cure-all. And I especially love learning about frogs. Did you know frogs use their eyes to help them swallow? They push their bulging eyes back into their heads to help push the food down. Fun stuff. <3

Also, this post is from my phone, and I'm too lazy to proofread, so please forgive any mistakes ;P

You're adorable xD also, I heard the frogs in my pond singing tonight :D

If only it weren't illegal to stalk you. I wish I lived near a frog pond. I love in Nevada. Most people here don't even know what water and grass are. We know what rocks are though. Everyone's yard is made of rocks. And everything is brown. The mountains, the land, buildings, lawns, it's all brown. No green or blue anywhere. Though, early morning and day, if you're outside the city, you can see a pretty yellow cloud of smog and pollution over the city.

I'm on my phone too, no worries. I love knowledge as well, but with my memory it's difficult to retain enough of it. ^^ I particularly like mathematics and anatomy, as well as movies and books. I love book series and I love reading. I also like random things, like the fact that both Napoleon and Hitler only had one testicle. XD

Oh my. That sounds horrible. Come back to Florida! Everything is beautiful and next to water! I mean, sure we'll be drowning within the next fifty years or less, but at least we'll die happy! XD

Oh and I LOVE flowers! I have quite a few flower dresses and love smelling flowers and being near flowers (even though that means bees and bees scare me). o3o you are gr8

As a Puerto Rican (sadly not native, but still), I love coqui frogs. My mom nicknamed my younger brother (not youngest) Coqui, and he always got frog stuff for gifts. Giant stuffed frogs, a little frog that had a rattle inside so it would make a noise when shaken, etc. Coquis are fucking adorable.

They are. Also the loudest frog, which I think adds to the appeal. The Amazon Milk Frog is one of my current favorites. It's super cute! Sadly frogs aren't super popular. You can easily find cat anthropomorphic beings all over the internet. Makes it easy to Google images for RPs if you're into that. Luckily for me I have an artist roommate who can custom make me avatars. Still waiting on him to make me an Amazon Milk Frog anthropomorph for another RP. Although I could just use Froppy from My Hero Academia, since that's a recently big thing now. For those who don't know, Froppy is a frog-like girl, complete with super jumps and an amazing tongue. But that's the only good one I know of. And no, I will not be using Michigan J. Frog as an avatar for a character XD.
