Alive again!

Hey guys, used to be a former poster here but life just took a hold of me. Now that I'm kinda settled in, I'd like to see this through.

If you have any suggestions for modern/sci-fi stuff let me know! :)

I do have a suggestion!

Now, it may seem a bit weird, but, stick with me.

So, there's this frog, wait, no, don't leave! Come back and read the rest!

OK, so, now that you are back, for good, because I just secretly got your signature for this contract stating that if you don't read all of this, you go to jail, forever, and are fined money, lots of it, more than you can pay in twenty lifetimes. So.

This frog, he meets a toad, a really pretty lady toad. The frog is a beautiful Red-eyed tree frog, the toad is a really cute fire-bellied toad. Now, frogs and toads don't usually mix, it's a dangerous political game they are playing. This story includes murder and intrigue, so stick with me! Don't forget the contract!

So, the red-eyed tree frog is named Gerk. The cute fire-bellied toad is named Tilly. Now, Tilly is a captive. I know, most people see toads as warriors, but Tilly was out-numbered ten-trillion-to-one. Gerk, on the other hand, is an extremely skilled frog. One of the very few frogs capable of going one-on-one with a toad and winning. Not only that, but Gerk is capable of fighting multiple toads simultaneously.

Gerk met Tilly many years ago, under a willow tree, where they have been battling as part of their respective armies. This is the very same battle where Tilly had been overwhelmed. Oddly enough, Gerk wasn't in the battle that took down Tilly. He saw her, injured, at the base of the tree, as the frogs were tying her up in preparation for being brought back to the froggy kingdom.

Back at the froggy kingdom, Gerk notices how poorly they are treating Tilly in the dungeons. Tilly was beaten, and starved, even water-boarded sometimes, though that's not very effective on frogs and toads, so it was a stupid idea in the first place. In fact, Tilly enjoyed the water-boarding.

Tilly started noticing Gerk's various visits. One day, when the guards were out, changing shifts, and Gerk was walking by her cell, Tilly mustered the courage to ask him about his visits. That's when he said he was in love with her, they got married, the two races settled their differences, and everyone was happy, forever, the end.

Hahaha that cracked me up early in the day! I've done an owl RP before but never frogs/toads. Dibs on the toad!

Lol, it's kinda a joke. I don't think I would ever, or could ever be convinced, to do full animal/furry style RP. As much as I love frogs, I can't ever feel like I can relate to another creature. Now, if it had a person's soul, or was, like, a great wizard that accidentally turned themselves into a frog, I can get behind that. They look the same, but one is way more relatable than the other.

Either way, good thing you called the toad, otherwise, I'd have to end your life, by dropping you from a three inch raise in the ground into a pile of pillows.

Hahaha I guessed as much! Well the owl RP I did was part of a fandom - Guardians of Ga'Hoole if you've ever heard of it. Other than that I'm not really into furry RPs either.

Though at this point I'm just hungry though, so throw any RPs at me!

Guardians has relatable animals, they're given human personalities. Me personally, I feel weird doing that without a reason. I'm kinda a science geek, and I just can't wrap my head around relating to a creature, even one that is superior to humans, like frogs, or those that are equal to humans, like toads, or those that are only just slightly lower than humans, but ahead of all the other animals on the planet, like turtles. Or dogs.

As for the actual RP thing. Hmm, lol. I just checked your messages. I assume you didn't create a new account. You have many more messages than I do, so my 10+ post joke won't work anymore. Thanks for ruining my day! Just kidding :P

But seriously though, if you wanna make an RP, you can message me :) I was previously under the assumption that I may have gone over my head and gotten myself swamped with too many partners, but my prediction of the percentages of drop-outs was met and exceeded. Also, I like a wide variety of genre, scope, and writing styles. I do prefer people who can write well though. Bad grammar, or just people with terrible personalities, those I don't care to RP with. But, as long as the person is pleasant, and a decent enough writer, I'd be happy RPing anything :) Though, if frogs trigger you, you probably don't want to RP with me :D

A one on one eh? I've never done those, I'd be up for trying it! I don't have bad grammar, and well the personality's for you to judge :P

Any particular genre or preference?

Hmm, since the personality is for me to judge, I give it a 3.5. Sorry kid, you're just not cut out to be a model.

But we can write a story together :D You've only ever done group RPs?

Possibly, it's an option. Me? I prefer to use PM for planning, and maybe dialogue, which I add to the RP later. For the RP, I prefer to create a thread, similar to a group.

I have never posted on the website before, but I have done some roleplaying. Maybe one day we can roleplay together. I don't know about sci-fi theme though. I usually do zombies and vampires, with some other topics.
