Even though Yue wasn't fully aware of what was going on, she could still tell when the vehicle she was riding in stopped, temporarily parked in one of those spaces right in front of the building. Was there better places? Probably, but given how she wasn't even close to feeling her best, this would have to do. Getting out, almost stumbling as she did so, she observed the building before her, before she started to get pulled in by the hand of the staff who had brought her here. With that out of the way, she was finally able to sit down in some sort of waiting area, the person with her not wasting much time with waiting to talk to one of the nearby staff. She could feel her mind wandering, so she was definitely a little out of touch with the chat. She still caught a few snippets of it, though. There was also a word that kept popping up. Amnesia...? No, that wasn't it... Not apnea, either. Anep... Anemia, maybe...? That seems like what it was, even though she's not certain what that means... It's a real shame she can't keep the meaning of medical terms straight, but she'll probably get this one down quick.

Red looked up as a girl was brought into the waiting room. As much as he didn't like the idea of being there, he hated the idea of being there alone. He needed to make some friends, and she seemed like a start.

"Hi," he said, holding out a hand to her, "I'm Reddin, most people call me Red. And you?"

Dylan looked around the room noticing someone already in here, she waved at her before responding to the question "Can I have the left bed by the window? " she said quietly "I may need a little help getting up but I should be able to get in the bed on my own".Dylan put her bag on the end of the bed along with her notebook and started to get up slowly, she winced slightly and took a deep breath silently wishing that she had her painkillers with her but the doctor told her not to take them anymore.

It took a moment before Yue noticed the hand being extended to her, but once she did, she gently took it with a smile.

"...Hey to you too. I... M-My name is Yue. You seem nice, so I hope we c-can be friends.

"I hope so, too," he replied. She seemed nervous, even more so than himself. He wondered what she was there for, but he figured it rude to ask.

He leaned back in his chair and observed the bustle of the waiting room. He wondered where he would be staying within the building.

The idea of using a bedpan didn't sit that well with Kasey. If it weren't for the bathroom frequency that pregnant women had, maybe it would be fine. But then again, it would be a pain to get into a Wheelchair every time she needed to use the restroom. She would definitely speak with her doctor once he or she arrived.

While thinking about what to ask her doctor, or nurse, she saw Louisa wheeling in another woman. Kasey saw the younger woman waving at her, and she waved back with her casted hand as she rubbed her swollen belly. At least now she had company, so now her stay would be more bearable.

Fray Dracoheart BloodThunder27 Louisa gently grabbed Dylan's arm to help support her as she moved into the bed next to Kasey. Once she was in the bed Louisa said "Alright I just need to ask a few questions to confirm the information on your chart is correct". She would pause after each question to allow Dylan to answer. "Do you have any allergies or dietary restrictions?" "Are you on any medications?" "Do you have any medical conditions besides AS?" "When was the last time your spine x-rayed to monitor any defects occuring due to the AS?" After Dylan had answered the questions Louisa asked "Do you have any questions?" and then would answer any she had before pointing out the call button and saying " press this If you need any help" She then walked over to Kasey and asked "Do you need anything at the moment?"

Dylan looked out the window briefly before turning back to the nurse "I have no allergies, I was on co codamal for a few months but was recently take off it and my last x ray was about a month ago, no changes from my last" She said shifting slightly to get comfortable on the bed. Once the Nurse walked away she pulled her backpack from the end of her bed, putting it on her lap and moved the small suitcase to the side of her bed on the floor. She dug through her bag for a small cuddly toy of a polar bear which she placed on her lap and grabbed her notebook once more and began writing again, looking outside sometimes for inspiration and ideas.

Kasey's new Roommate seemed rather uncomfortable while answering the questions that their nurse was asking her. She was curious as to why the young woman was here, so she was most likely going to ask later. She then saw the young woman pull a stuffed polar bear out of her backpack, Kasey's heart melted. It was rather adorable to the expecting mother. Her attention then redirected to Louisa when the nurse had asked if she needed anything at the moment. "Um, no, thank you. I just need some rest, might take a nap actually." She took a deep breath as she cradled her belly, gently caressing it with her uninjured hand while relaxing her injured hand. Once the nurse had left, she then looked over at the other woman. Maybe they could be friends during their stay. Or once they both get out, she could be a babysitter for Kasey's little princess. "Hi, I'm Kasey, what's your name?" She asked, hoping to start a conversation between the two."

Drake was getting his scrubs and lab coat on. There were quite a bit of new patients coming in, so he had been called in early to help out. As the Head Nurse's Assistant, he had a lot on his hands. Not that it stressed him out or anything. Putting his stethoscope around his neck, he headed out of his office and out into the front lobby to see a young woman and a young man speaking to one another. As much as he didn't want to, he was going to have to separate them as the Rehabilitation Center was gender segregated, with the females on one side and the males on the other. He approached them while straightening out his lab coat. "Hello, I'm Dr. Noland. The Head Nurse has her hands tied with other patients at the moment and I apologize for the inconvenience. I'll be showing you guys to your rooms. Now who wants to go first?"

"I don't mind either way," Red told the doctor, pushing himself up to stand. He held out his hand. "I'm Reddin Lawrence," he said, "Nice to meet you..." He started getting nervous. Suddenly, it was all becoming very real.

Louisa came down stairs and saw Drake starting to help and also saw a patient she recognized from the patient's charts as Red and another patient she didn't recognize from the charts and who must be a walk on. She approached Drake and said "Can you please take Reddin up to his room I need to sort out some stuff with this other patient she said as she grabbed Red's chart and handed it to Drake. She then approached Yue and said "Hello their mamn may I help you? looking around to see if anyone was with her"

Yue remained silent for a moment after the other person she was talking with was almost pulled away, only to be replaced by someone else. Someone who looked like a nurse. "...A-Ah, hello to you too. I was apparently told that I was supposed to... to be here?" She responds, before the staff person who had taken her here returns to her side.
"Ah, there's the head nurse. I'm from one of the nearby colleges, and Ms. Yue here was told to be admitted to this place just today by various other small buildings. There should be a message or two, but you might not have seen it if you were busy." He states, sighing. "...And since her condition means that driving is very much out of the question, I brought her here myself."

Louisa asked the staff person who had brought her "did you bring her medical records and information?" She waited for an answer and after she got one turned to Yue and said "we will get you up to a room in just a second honey"

Drake then shook hands with Red before Louisa approached him. "Yes ma'am." He said as she handed him a clipboard with Red's Medical Charts. "Alright Red, right this way please." He said before noticing that something was off. He kept a close eye while leading the young man towards the bedroom. "Are you alright? You seem...Nervous." Drake noted, concerned.

~Exhaling, Billie shuffled into the room, hunched over somewhat, she sought a place to sit, but instead she awkwardly stood near the door.
Moving a strand of auburn hair from her face, she coughed into her pale, frail hand, she moved her hand to her chin to cup it, and gazed at the people in there, in absolute awe. She had met people before, obviously, but not this much.~ "Hi.." ~She finally mustered out, before pulling at her finger, a strange tendency she does whenever she has the urge to pull.~

Dylan sat in silence for a few moments as the nurse asked her roommate a question. Dylan had tuned out so she could focus on her writing until her roommate spoke up again, this time addressing her and asking her name "N-nice to meet you Kasey, I'm Dylan" She stuttered out as she looked up from her notebook and towards the woman she now knew was named Kasey. Dylan hasn't really paid attention to her surrounding in the bleak room but now took notice that the other woman was injured and seemed to be heavily pregnant, she didn't want to assume but it looked to be so. "Are you pregnant?" She asked not really thinking before immediately trying to apologize for being so blunt with her question "I-I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked that it was rude of me".

The staff nodded, handing Louisa a clipboard with it before sighing. "Well, I suppose I'll be off now." He states, nodding at Yue before heading out. And with that, it was just the two women there.
"...A-Alright. Take as long as you need to before we go."

Once, Louisa was done with talking with the man she said to Yue "Alright hun let's go and led her to the elevator to go up to the room upstairs and led her to the room and said "Alright hun which bed do you want?" as they entered the room with Dylan and Kasey

Yue nods as she's lead, somewhat slowly walking along before she was brought to the same room as another pair of girls, it seems like. This place must have been gender separated, or maybe it was just chance. "I... Really don't have much of a preference... A-Any bed's fine as long as it's something I can sleep on and isn't a floor." She responds, slowly waving at her new roommates.

When Red asked about how long he had to stay, Drake was unsure of how to answer. "I'm not entirely sure, that's something you'll have to take up with the Head Nurse when she comes to check up on you." Finally they made it to the boys room. There were already other boys in the room, Lucas and Jason. Two of the beds on the left side were already taken up, particularly both the left and right corners. "So which bed would you like?" He asked before leading the young man to his chosen bed. "Alright, I have a few questions for you. One, do you have any allergies? Two, do you take any medications?" And Three, do you have any medical conditions or issues that we need to be aware of?" He asked, giving Red his full undivided attention. "Lastly, do you have any additional questions for me?"

Kasey continued to caress her belly while giving Dylan her full attention. She did seem like a cute girl, even more so then Kasey herself. She smiled a little, even though the young woman asked if she was pregnant. When Dylan apologized for being rude, Kasey didn't really seem to think so. To her, it was a genuine question. "Its okay, I'm not mad or anything. Its much better then someone reaching out to touch my belly without asking. But yes, I'm pregnant. Thirty-six weeks, its a girl." She said joyfully. At this moment, another woman was going to be joining them. She slowly waved back with her injured hand, still holding her swollen belly.

Red shrugged when asked which bed he would like. He set his bag down on the one closest to the door. "I don't think I have any allergies. I don't take any meds... I haven't been to any real doctors in years. And as far as medical conditions... Some kind of brain thing. I can't remember what they called it at the hospital..."

When asked if he had questions, he shifted awkwardly, wanting to ask so many things but not knowing how. "No, I don't think so," he answered.

Dylan smiled " I guess so, I'm happy for you and your soon to be little princess!" She said gleefully before waving at the new women to join them. she picked up her notebook again and wrote down something before doodling along side it some crowns and butterflies. Dylan had always loved kids, despite not having any little siblings she had always done well with kids when she could get around but since being moved from hospital to hospital she hadn't had that opportunity, she never left her solitary room because the nurses wouldn't let her walk around on her own. She couldn't even go out to the gardens for fresh air without the help of a doctor/nurse or her dad, she couldn't believe her mother had suffered through this and that her life will never be outside these four walls of the rehab centre.

Lucas chuckled lightly, “okay, sarcastic bastard.” He grinned over at the other male, breathing out a soft sigh as he laid his head back against the wall. “Do you think we’lol get any new roommates?” He asked softly, looking over at the other male.

Drake looked over the chart in his hand. "According to the chart, you've been recently diagnosed with PTSD. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Anywho, the Head Nurse should be by soon to check up on you. If there are no additional questions, I'll be heading off to check on other patients." He said courteously, still giving the young man his full, undivided attention.

When Dylan expressed happiness for her pregnancy, it really warmed Kasey's heart. Not long after, the new girl that had just joined them was placed in the bed directly across from Kasey herself. Louisa was asking her a few questions, so Kasey left them to it. While relaxing, Kasey leaned back and held her belly, taking a few deep breaths to ease some of the pain that she currently felt while doing a breathing exercise, as it was supposed to help when she goes into labor.
