Charlotte looked at Jordan and blushed hard, she was speechless at his sudden infatuation, but before anything else happened she grabbed him by the shirt and pulled him closer before planting a kiss on his lips

Jordan felt the kiss and just went crazy in love. He then looked at Ridge and motioned for a favor. Ridge knew what he meant and done up a call to his band who happened to be along the main drag of Lexington. They came over to the restaurant and set up their equipment and got in tune for doing a #. The band played their version of Maroon 5's Sugar. Jordan did the singing lead and Ridge did the side singing...

Mason Lauder/Daeshim Yang
Mason was stunned as the girl suddenly smacked him across the face. One just doesn't fall in love quickly. It makes her look desperate and needy, he thought to himself. The girl seemed rather pissed that he had rejected her but what did she expect. Mason was fourteen and not looking for a relationship, to his knowledge Daeshim wasn't looking for a relationship either. He looked at the other who he'd been traveling with for a while and saw Daeshim was fully conked out. But then the two guys got in his face and began shouting at him which Mason didn't like. If it was going to be this way, then no wonder Daeshim never stood around one group of people for long but the older teen had said he liked his solitude and one could learn a lot more by being on their own. "Well she's going to have to keep on waiting because I'm not looking for a relationship with anybody," said Mason, "and one just doesn't fall in love with someone in one night. It might work that way in books and among idiot girls who haven't been taught about the real world, but that isn't how it works in the real world. She needs to grow the fuck up and find someone who wants her because I don't."
"Well you lot just be quiet? Some of us are trying to sleep here," said Daeshim from where he lay underneath a tree on the side of the highway. The teenager didn't open his eyes at all as he spoke and then rolled over onto his side and attempted to get back to sleep.
"Sorry Dae," said Mason. Daeshim just muttered something unintelligible. Poochyena barked and used Bite on the boy who had got up in his trainer's face, standing between them and growling with his hackles raised. "Poochyena let's go. This was apparently a mistake on traveling with these people," he said and proceeded to walk off, Poochyena growling and then following his master.
Sheik Medwinter
Sheik's sleep was restless and uncomfortable, the teenager not getting much of it throughout the night but his Pokemon were all rested by the time it became early morning. He called out all his Pokemon and got them fed before going to check on the pair of Eevees and his Alakazam. He wouldn't be battling the female Eevee as it was intended as a gift for his sister but how was he to get it to her? He could have Alakazam deliver it but he didn't know where Kelani was located. Hearing that both Eevees would need to rest before they were fully recovered, he nodded and took both Eevee siblings back to his room for them to get something to eat. He then went to get some breakfast in the cafeteria, leaving his Pokemon there though Salamence, Feraligatr, Makuhita and Alakazam ate outside the room while the smaller Pokemon ate within.
Kelani Aneko
Kelani now had a total of four Pokemon, her Caterpie being her newest addition to her team. She kept an eye on her surroundings as she walked, glancing at her phone every now and then to check her position and make sure she was heading the right way. The pre-teen girl looked up as she heard chatter and a voice calling her name to see the group she still wasn't sure about traveling with. She made her way to the table though and pulled out a bit of money her mom had given her and got a menu, looking it over without saying a word to anyone though did turn her phone off and slip it into her backpack.

Cherry watched as the one she could love... walk away and with it... She just gave up on love. She said to herself: "Fine. The hell with it. Mason doesn't want me... Then forget it. I don't need the thing called love from anyone. I don't care care about love anymore. I'm so done. I'll just take my habit. my stuff... My pokemon and go this alone. I'm outta here."
Cherry: *Coldly* I'm outta here. Kevin, Lionel, If you're still with me... Let's go. Now. Otherwise... nice knowing you. I'm out of here. I've been stepped on with the love for the last time. This makes rejection #7. I've had 3 go bad back in Metropolis... before this all began. 2 intermediates which were not all that much a rejection... but it hurt like hell. I just hid it well... Really well. #6 was a mutual thing as it was with Jessie Rogers. But i was more okay with that one as we couldn't think to be together when our hearts were reaching for someone else. But this one... This one was the one that really did it. *Looking at Mason* You broke my heart. I'll never forgive you. Never!
Kevin wanted to beat the hell out of Mason. Because even though he barely met Cherry not long ago... he was really caring for her. He secretly loved her. But didn't know how to express it openly. So... he never pursued. how could he? It would only complicate the friendship there was between them as it's said that there is a line between being just friends... and being like girlfriend-boyfriend/Boyfriend-Boyfriend/Girlfriend-Girlfriend. And once that line was crossed. There would not be any going back. So... He had to tread carefully.
Lionel too. But they all watched as Mason walked off and started going off alone. Without a single care. Cherry wanted to cry. But she was just so full of hate. So full of hurt that she had no tears left to cry. With that... She lead the two boys onwards to the patch of grass which resided a quarter mile past where Daeshim and Mason were. They didn't have a thing against him. But against Mason... they were sore and in anger.

at the Sonic Drive-thru.. Restaurant...
The crew were all just about to order their meals. Ridge and Gaby were however very worried for Kelani. It was then that they got up and went to sit with Kelani. Macie didn't know what to decide... however she too then followed suit. They felt bad for Kelani. Not knowing if she'd truly fit in. Not knowing what to feel or believe. Ridge and his sister wanted to help her. They just weren't sure as to how they could do it without it only pushing Kelani away. How were they to help?

We're there. *Kissing Charlotte on the lips* You're my girl and from here on... i'll be protective of you. Anyone screws with you... They'll have me to worry about. I'll let them stick only long enough to regret ever trying to mess with you.
Jordan never had a complete relationship before and this was indeed new to him. But there was no lie... None. He loved Charlotte and was gonna do any and all that it took to be there for her. Through hell or high water. It was also then that Jordan's Geodude popped out and snuck off to find some flowers. Returning back a minute or so later and giving Charlotte a handful of tulips and roses.

It was as the night went on that they had all soon ordered their meals. They all had the Sonic Burger with fries and a large drink. But that was where that as soon as their meals were all done... They paid and made out over to perhaps find a place to camp for the night. The only problem was... Lexington had a good police squad. Checking parks for hobos and the sort. not knowing that Trainers also camped out when needed... But in Lexington... they pretty much had a rule about it and it was for everyone to be indoors... after 11PM Every night. Without failure.
Jordan: *Looking at everyone* Where to next? We've got to find shelter for the night. Any suggestions? The group's suggestion line is open... Where do we go? Where are we to go? It's a cold night. And we're gonna need warmth.
Joanna: I wish i knew... We could try a hotel. Although... we've got to be careful about the money we spend.
Don: What about the Pokecenter? They always have rooms for trainers to go and camp for the night.
Zod: that's one option.
Blueberry: There's also just heading out of town and going onwards to the next. Travel through the night. Although... we do need sleep.

Jordan: Well... aside from traveling the night. Going all night. From here to Concordia... it's an 8hr 38 min walk. On bikes... or Motorized Scooters. It's 2hr 21 minutes. Maybe only barely two hours. By car... 31 minutes. So... we can consider that. Maybe. Just maybe. But then there's the part of staying in a room at the local poke center. Leaving tomorrow morning at first light. We're gonna be passing through Concordia anyway. Hitting through to Marshall which is 13hours 3 minutes walking distance. By Motorized scooters it's 3 hours or a little less for time to get there. from here. So... Factoring in traveling time... but along with that... Resting time. Camping out time... and taking a break and eating. Battling other trainers and the sort. So... What do we suggest? Charlotte? Joanna, Sis? Ridge? Macie? Zod? Don? Macie T.? Frank? What say you?

Mason ignored Cherry's yelling at him as he walked away, Poochyena faithfully tagging along. The pair soon disappeared from sight, heading west.
Daeshim just put a hand over his eyes and let out a frustated sigh at the bickering but as the footsteps continued away from him, he settled down once more into sleep.

Reaching the Sonic Drive-In was easy enough. Kelani took the menu offered and began to pursue it, she eventually settled on a Sonic Double Cheeseburger with Strawberry Lemonade and a large chili cheese fry. Thankfully she had the money and on a whim ordered another two large fries to go, figuring having some form of fuel in her would be useful for the journey ahead. She looked up as other people began sitting with and shifted nervously in her seat, getting her drink being a welcome relief from what she thought was scrutiny. Sipping the lemonade, she shook her head as Jordan confessed his love to some girl and by the looks of it Joanna wasn't sure what to think either.
Her phone buzzed and she pulled it out to reveal a text message from Sheik.

Evening sis. Got an unexpected present for you.
It wasn't too long before everyone's food arrived, Kelani having requested the two extra fries to be put in boxes in a bag which were brought out to her with her order. Kelani wasn't sure what to think about her brother's present and couldn't begin to guess what it was but she took some time to eat her food before she would type a reply. She didn't know after all that her brother was taking a break from his work.

As for Cherry...
on the road heading to Benton, Illinois...
Cherry was with her mind set on going for the gyms. She didn't want to think about Mason and could no longer care about what happened to him. To her... he was nobody. He broke her heart and she was never gonna forgive him... Never. As it was... She, along with Kevin and Lionel were a mile or so away from where Daeshim was and were gonna camp out for the night. Cherry felt only bad for him because she feared that he was gonna just wind up being caught in the middle of the quarreling fight between her and Mason. She didn't want that. However with all that had been said so far... She could not undo the things that she only just said not but a moment earlier.

Sheik pressed send though he did debate whether to send his sister a picture of her Eevee. But he wasn't comfortable with telling his sister about what he did for a living.
Kelani was about to reply when she got another message from her brother. Glancing down at the message she was even more confused by his obtrusive answer and that she would have to wait. His latter comment about the fact that the US region didn't have contests like in Japan made her hum to herself. She knew that her brother wanted to be a trainer and coordinator though it was hard as he had to focus on two things at once instead of just one thing like most people who either did training or contests or went into a field of study.

Macie and Ridge couldn't help but take offense to what Kelani said. They knew that she was feeling alone. But to make them feel as though they were bugging her... It made them feel as if maybe it be better if they were to just leave her alone. Problem was that they could not leave her. They felt indeed responsible for her and they wanted to be her friend. The only part that got them feeling bad about it was that it truly felt as if Kelani was seeking to push them away...
Macie: *Feeling sad* Ridge... I don't think that she really likes us. I think she's trying to get rid of us.
Ridge: that's impossible, Macie. How could she hate us? We haven't done anything to make her do that.
Gaby: *Feeling suddenly unwelcomed by Kelani* I... Think that we should just go.
Ridge: You sure, sis?
Gaby: I don't know. We didn't do anything to her and she's not liking us at all.
Macie didn't know what to say anymore. She was feeling like she didn't belong. She didn't like it at all. Ridge and Gaby both felt guilty and as if they were intruding.
Ridge: Kelani, do you wish for us to go that much?
Macie: *Sad and not sure what to do*

Kelani did not comment as the others began talking in front of her, the girl focusing on her meal. Are all kids on the mainland so needy and sensitive? It certainly didn't make it at all attractive to remain here but Hawaii only had one gym. "I'm not pushing you guys away. I'm just not a social butterfly like everyone else here seems to be from my limited interactions with you all," said Kelani honestly. Just because she didn't like Pokemon or want to be on this journey that her mother had forced her to go on to build confidence and friendships didn't mean she was being anti-social. Kelani had just very few close friends in Hawaii and none of them had wanted to go on a Pokemon journey with her. So naturally, being forced to do something against her will wasn't making it any easy or very comfortable for her. That and losing one of her friends in...Kelani frowned and began methodically picking at her chili cheese fries.
Sheik plugged his phone charger into the wall as he waited for his Pokemon to finish eating so he could leave Richmond and start off on his journey though he would be looking for fossils or what jewels he could find and sell for cash.
