Realistic or Modern <<plots&partners galore>> [always romance, some fantasy, mostly modern]

Hey I know this is an old thread but I saw it and I would love to to with you. If your still around please consider me for the suprise pregnancy between friends or the summer camp.

Hey! So I love the following ideas a lot! You have a lot of great plots!

You've been in a relationship with the same guy for almost four years. Things were going great until about four months ago when he started ditching you for his friends about every time you made plans. So, you took comfort in his best friend's arms. You'd known him just as long as your boyfriend so it only seemed natural to go to someone who knew your boyfriend like you did. This guy isn't like anyone you'd ever think that you'd have an interest in. He's a complete drug junkie and has a rough exterior however the more you hang out with him, the more you realize that he's actually a great guy just with a really bad habit. Long story short, you two start hooking up behind your boyfriends back just so that the two of you can feel something. You both agree that it's only a hook-up thing. Friends-with-benefits at most. But what happens when he starts to get feelings?

{backstory} Ever since you were a child you've had a fascination with cars. Any car really, but especially the older ones and collectables. In 5th grade, you met your best friend and that was the one thing that you and him really had in common. You two went through middle and high school together but ended up separating for college. A few years later, you get a phone call from him explaining his new "business venture". He's starting to do car heists with a group and he's inviting you to tag along. The money you'd make is more than you'd make in five months and with your new girlfriend living with you, you decide that it might be worth it and accept.
{plot line} After almost two years of this new job, a few things go awry and your best friend and business partner ends up dead. You 'retire' from the job and you and your now fiance move into a house and decide to settle down. That is until you get a phone call from another friend who was in the 'business' with you and suggests a last 'Hoora!' in the name of your best friend. You agree, but this time when you come back, you trail a whole bunch of shit along with you. Now you've got a whole gang after you for stealing and they're out for blood and whatever else they can still. How are you going to protect your life?

Your best friend thought it would be a good idea to set you up on a blind date. You guess that it wasn't too bad but you were still getting over a bad breakup so you weren't too keen on it. You show up at the restaurant you were suppose to meet up and to your surprised, you're greeted by one of the most handsome guys you'd ever laid your eyes on. You two seem to hit it off and go on a few more dates after that. You make it clear that you're not really looking for anything serious and he doesn't seem to mind it. After a few weeks of knowing him, theres a knock on your door. Well, less of a knock and more of a bang. Three men dress in all black break into your apartment and kidnap you. Long story short, they're after your blind date and are using you as bait to get what you want. Now you're banking on your blind date becoming your night in shining armor. He does manage to get you free from them, but where are you going to go now that you're being followed by a bunch of gang-bangers? What happens when you start to fall for the one who put you into the line of danger?

It's 11:00 at night, you're alone and in a sparkly dress. It's not really what you had in mind for New Years Eve. You had big plans to go to a big party with your friends but that was bust. You had to work by the time you were ready, all your friends were already drunk and not answering your texts. Upset and a little pissed off, you head to the 24 hour Walmart to pick up some cheap alcohol and some snacks to prepare for your night alone. While scowering the wine aisle, you notice someone else there too. It was a guy about your age and he looks strangely familiar. He notices you staring and cracks a joke about you checking him out and you two get to talking. You two are both alone with canceled plans so he invites you to go over to his place. Usually you'd deny an offer like that from a stranger but you agree. You two spend the night together and with a lot of alcohol. You share a midnight kiss, and whatever else you can remember in your drunken haze. The next morning, you wake up and get ready to leave. On your way out you notice a picture on his dresser.. It's you and him, but it has to be from ten or more years ago while you were in school. And then it hits you. This had been your best friend until one year he just suddenly disappeared.

He was your typical bad boy. He wore a leather jacket, always had a pack of cigarettes on him, drove some old 1930's hot rod, and fought like he was a professional boxer. He was your best friend, as weird as it sounded. You weren't a complete goody-too shoes, but you didn't like fights and you'd never smoke a day in your life. You're in a relationship with the school's hot-shot star football player and your best friend hates his guts and it's all the two of them can do to keep their hands off of each other's necks. Not only is he your best friend, but he's in love with you and hates your boyfriend. You're stuck in the middle, torn between a boy that you've grown up with but were exactly opposite or the one guy who every girl wants to be with and who treats you like a queen. Good luck, sweetheart.

Hey. I know we had a role play months ago and I fell off of the face of the earth (thanks life) but if you don't hate me and you're down, I'm up for something.

I liked these few:

1.) Limelight. You've been the one of the famous A-Listers since you were about sixteen years old. A few years after you made your big break, you met the guy of your dreams. He was another celebrity that you were introduced to at a charity event and when you're 18 and completely overwhlemed with the fame, anyone your age seems like 'the one'. You figured that the two of you would hook up on the down-low but little did you know that you'd both end up falling madly for each other. You've been on and off now for about four years now and things are starting to take a turn for the worst. He's starting to associate with the wrong crowd and starting to let all the money go to his head and the media is all over your "dramatic" relationship. How will you cope with your changing boyfriend and the relentless paparazzi?

2.) You're 22, living in a small studio apartment in the heart of a big city. For the past two years you've dedicated your life to playing stupid gigs at coffee shops and bars because you're still convinced one day you'll get your big break. You quit school to move out here and singing and playing guitar basically became your life. One morning you were coming home from a party and probably looked completely wrecked when you bumped into a young girl which caused her to drop her coffee. You of course curse and say sorry and insist you buy her a new one. You figure the coffee would help with a hangover anyways. She agrees and over coffee and breakfast, you two hit it off. You have a good bunch of things in common and find out that she moved out here too, not for music or anything, but just to get away from her family and that she didn't know many people. Over the course of the next few months, she'd come over to your place a few times a week to hang out and she was contently happy with sitting on the couch and eating pizza while you cursed your way through trying to write a song. You find yourself falling her soon enough and you're writing her into your songs and if you're not performing, your texting her and inviting her to do things. The only thing is, she doesn't seem too interested. She'll move if you try to hold her hand or quickly change subjects if you compliment her. Your feelings or getting pretty strong and it's coming down to the point where it's either getting her to be yours or nothing. So why is she holding back and can you get her to give her heart up?

3.) She was a rolling stone. Her walls in her room were filled with maps and stars and quotes that she lived by. She was constantly on the road, traveling and returning to mark her maps with different colored push pins and tack up a dozen more Polaroids. She didn't care about fancy clothes or being super successful. She just liked to do what she liked, travel and take pictures. You had known her since your sophomore year in high school and thought she was the most interesting and beautiful thing to grace the earth and now that both of you were adults you thought maybe it'd be time to take a chance. You have a good job at a corporation though and you're lucky to catch her while she'd in town. To be anything with her would mean leaving your home and taking on the world with her. Is she really worth the distance?

And if you're still wanting to do a surprise pregnancy, perhaps we can tie it into the first plot?

Just let me know. c:

Can I just say I love your plots. I'm interested in doing the following(I gave them names since there wasn't any):

-New Years Kiss
-Fairy Princess
-The Romeo and Juliet of the Dragon Islands

Also when your plots say "you" does that mean the reading would play that role?

Wow so many replies. Hope you arent super swamped.

Anyways, good x bad can turn out to be super fun if the characters are right. Message me if you're interested PrincessKaty PrincessKaty
