AMANDA ROYCE III
Location: Heartless-Infested Café, New York
Interaction Targets: None, but responses accepted

It didn't take long before she heard someone shouting at everyone in the establishment to get out, and honestly, she was waiting for the point she could actually get on out of here safely. Jumping face-first into the blob of monsters sitting around wasn't part of any plan she had, really. She was about to make her way for the exit of her sitting area, but the existence of more shadows meant that wasn't an option. So looks like she's gonna have to play incredibly risky here.

Taking a deep breath, Amanda stands herself up on the seat and starts to head off up behind her seat, going from booth to booth. Something she'll definitely need to pay the owner back for later, but that's when she isn't at risk of death from shadowy blobs ready to strike with the look of death. It's not too long before she makes it to the entryway, simply nodding at the person who was clearing the way for others before heading outside...

...And yet, there were more of these things in the streets. She grimaces a bit, clutching her weapon tighter for a few moments. She's not sure if everybody else is out or not yet, so she'll keep holding the shadows back out here. Sure, she's getting a little worn down already, but she can handle the onslaught for a while longer yet. She's not going to get stopped here, not with the large number of others here helping in their own ways.

After taking care of the black shadow creatures that were attacking the police officers, the crimson haired male only held onto his key-like weapon for a few moments in silence. Even though the weapon had a strange amount of weight onto it, the way he was able to swing it was almost like it was normal to him; yet this was only the second time he had ever held onto this thing, let alone use it. As the sounds of fighting soon became all that much more loud from how the others around the area also seemed to achieve the ability to bring out key-like weapons like his own but yet in different appearances for everyone. Watching this as one after another of the people fought, Yamato only ended up scratching the back of his head before finally making his way towards the café as well. Even if he was confused and even a bit terrified, the sight of people being killed off was nothing he was about to just stay back and let happen; even with a weapon he had never used before, he still had his training from when he still lived with his father and the constant days of training at the dojo.

Approaching the café rapidly while easily taking down one after another of the shadow beings that attempted to attack him. However, by the time he had neared the café; every one of the shadow beings had began to halt their attacks as they stopped all in place as though they were frozen. Their antennas twitched as they growled and finally began to sink themselves back into the ground to seep into the cracks of the ground in the café and outside. Retreating rapidly without so much as an answer, although this random the heartless had known well enough that if they stayed too long; the Nobodies would also arrive and the shadow beings knew well enough they did not stand a chance against those beings.

The sight of the shadow beings leaving one after another had brought high confusion to Yamato as he held onto his keyblade for a few more moments before finally it had began to vanish in the same black and crimson light it appeared in. With a heavied sigh at how it disappeared as quickly as it appeared just like that day, the dark haired male took a glimpse at his palm for a few further minutes just to test out his feeling in his hand as though he were trying to remember the feeling he had when he was holding onto it. Whatever the case was, now that things were less hectic with the shadow creatures not being everywhere and the sounds of ambulance sirens echoing to reach the café to take those who were injured to the hospital, Yamato simply ignored the thought of going to the others who had the same weapon he was using just to approach his motorcycle to put on his helmet.
Already knowing for a fact that he wasn't going to be staying here long anyway, the idea that those shadow beings coming up possibly meant that this place wasn't going to be as safe as he had hoped it to be. The sooner he left, the better it was going to be that he wouldn't need to deal with more of those things.

"G-Go away p-please!" The white haired female continued to swing her weapon back and forth at the black creatures. Seems as though it had been working, they weren't attacking her anymore for the meantime. All they were focused on trying to do was dodge her chaotic attacks while backing up. It didn't take long however for another person with a key weapon to show up to help her however. She was surprised that someone had noticed her out there.

Given the fact that rest of the people with key weapons were currently too focused on the cafe to even notice her. The white haired female stopped swinging her weapon before she ended up hitting the person that came to help her. The girl however wasn't expecting the question, she blinked at the other person in response. "U-Uhm I'm fine.....shouldn't you be with the others in the cafe?" April didn't know what else to say to the other person that just showed up. She did notice that the creatures had stopped attacking and sunk into the ground. The female realized a quick sigh before looking back towards the cafe.

Eve Belrose
Location: Somewhere in New York
Interacting: NA

Drip..Drip..

Where was she? Eve wondered as she stumbled through the allies of a strange city. Everything seemed old and yet not old at the same time. The walls made of an ancient materiel, but in too good a condition to actually be ancient. The air smelled of pollution and filled with strange sounds. It was like she was walking through a history book.

Drip...Drip..

How had she gotten here? Last she remembered she had been on Eden, trying to protect a crystallized girl. One of those black monsters knocked her aside and touched the crystal and everything just vanished. She had a dream with stained glass windows and a voice asking her to choose between a sword, a shield, and a wand. And then she woke up here.

Drip...Drip...

She hurt all over. Bruised and bloodied from the seemingly endless battle before everything had gone black. Her ribs ached and it hurt to breath, she was sure that several were broken. Her hands were rubbed raw from wielding a gunblade for hours strait and every time she took a step sharp pain shot up her left side. Warm blood tricked down her arm, her right shoulder burning where the black beast had slashed her with its claws, each drop counting down till she bled out. It wouldn't be too much longer, she was already getting woosy and her vision was beginning to swim. She had tried to heal it, but she barely had the energy to walk much less cast a spell. As hard as she tried not to she could help but wonder which would come fist, death or turning into a Cie'th.

Drip...Drip...

Eve turned a corner and ahead of her the alley opened out into a street. Slowly she shuffled forward, smearing crimson across the wall she was using as support, but she only made it a few steps before she tripped on a discarded bottle. She fell and screamed as her injured shoulder slammed into the ground. She was so close but no longer had the energy to stand. She didn't even have the energy to curl up and cry. She just laid there in a growing pool of blood, watching the cars and people go by only a few feet away, and weakly called out. "Someone help me... please..."
