Yeah. Sleepwalking is kind of uncommon, but I want to know if any of you have had any experiences sleepwalking. I remember I used to sleepwalk a lot when I was younger. Here's a memorable experience.

This happened in 2008, if I recall correctly. I woke up to my aunt talking with my grandmother (I spent the weekend at my grandparents' place). Apparently, I had gotten up in the early hours of the morning when my aunt was working on her PC, then went to her room and stared at her for a minute. Then I walked out. My aunt asked me where I was going, since I was heading downstairs in pitch darkness. I told her I was going home, then went to the kitchen and raided the fridge. According to her, I ate two apples and drank a can of lemon tea, before going back upstairs and returning to my bed.

The other happened about a year later, this one less major. I was at home this time. Nobody noticed until the next day, but I woke up downstairs on my sofa. Of course, I could have done weird things while asleep, but since nobody saw me, I can't be certain.

I personally haven't but my younger brother tried to leave the building through the elevator. He managed to unlock the door and press the button on the elevator. Thankfully, it wasn't too late and my dad caught him before he could go down.

I haven't, but my mother used to when she was excessively stressed out by her job and our home life, and she wasn't getting much sleep. I'd wake her up in the den to get her to go to bed (she'd nod off in front of the TV), and she'd have her eyes open, could stand up and walk, and would talk in dream-speak. As in, she'd be talking, but it made absolutely no sense. Sleeping.

Me, I just have occasional hypnopompic hallucinations. As in, waking night terrors. Real fun.

Yeah, I was a kid and I walked downstairs apparently sleep walking and I said good night to my mother. then I went back upstairs.

hypopompic hallucinations? Man you have my sympathy bro.

Yeah actually. My little brother sleepwalks/ sleep talks alllll the time. And apparently I speak korean in my sleep and sleep walk occasionally as well lol weird

Not myself but my fiance sleep walks a lot. He gets pretty scary sometimes too, violent outbursts from dreaming he is in trouble. He screams a lot as well. Occassionally its just a lot of talking and laughing.

My brother used to all the time when he was little. He’s a year older than me so I don’t remember much, but I do remember him going out the front door and falling asleep with the dog we had at the time. (She was a sweet motherly pitbull so all was good)

He also used to talk a lot in his sleep, and we preferred sleeping in the basement over our own rooms (idk why) and I overheard him say some of the creepiest shit like
• “I can hear them scratching in the walls. The hands, they’re in the walls”
• “Stop it! Don’t look at the gunman!”
• Repeating the numbers 7 3 29 6 over and over again with increasing urgency
• “Chapter 22 was lost in the river.”
• “Tell the eyeless girl she can’t come in”
• Saying “history repeats itself” in the most horrified voice ever
• And then waking me up and saying “Devon! What happened to Devon?” (Our other brother) We found out in the morning that Devon had banged his head while tripping up the stairs and had a minor concussion

On a funnier note he also once said “that was my fucking vase!” In the most offended voice I’ve ever heard.

I think I had a sleepwalking experience. It wasn't really anything exciting but one morning I woke up in my brother's bed, totally confused.

Only once, when I was sick. All I did was walk into my parents' room and stand there according to my mother. I do other things in my sleep or nothing at all nowadays. My brother used to sleep walk often, usually ended up in my bed or on the floor. He didn't do anything crazy, but it was creepy to sometimes find him standing in the corner of our living room in the middle of the night. My sister had awful night terrors, too. I've watched her running around the house screaming in her sleep more times than I care to keep up with. We didn't have any stairs or easily unlocked doors, so I guess that could be one reason why nothing too dangerous happened. Fortunately, they both grew out of these things. Though, my brother still talks in his sleep almost every night.

Yes when I was younger I was sleepwalking and held up a plastic bag and asked my mom if I should wear it. There was another time I ha a sleepover at my house and I guess my friend was sleepwalking cause when I woke up in the morning my friend was sleeping on the steps.
