Not Drawn to Scale
The Plot
• Although I haven't formed a fleshed out plot, I believe this will form itself. The idea is that during Beacon's rushed evacuation during the Fall, not everyone could make it. Whether they found themselves trampled in crowd, unconscious during the event, left behind by their comrades in the White Fang, or staying to ensure the safe evacuation of anyone that couldn't make it out- once the order was given, Beacon was put under quarantine and any hope for their safe departure was dashed. Whether they like it or not, their life turned into a fight for survival; and the only way to get through it alive is to work together.
Characters/Players
• I only plan on accepting seven people. I hate saying this, but I am going to be picky. I need writers around my level. I seriously don't want to sound like an ass here, I'm going to be asking for casual writing examples before I even consider accepting anyone. I won't act like my writing is perfect, because it's not, and I don't expect yours to be. Proper grammar and punctuation, creative use of descriptive words and a good flow are the base of what I'm looking for.
• I would like it if we had at least one of each from the following list: an Atlesian solider/guard, a civilian, a student, and a White Fang member. I don't want more than three characters from one group. Diversity is important, and that applies to personality too.
• Read the metaphorical room. If there's four edgy faunus, don't make an edgy faunus. That's just an example; you get the idea.
• Romance. I'm not a fan. If it's there, it's fine- but don't push ships for no reason, and don't shove the romance down our throats. This isn't meant to be a romance-based roleplay. If you're going to put your characters in romantic situations, let the relationships develop over time.
• Fighting. Don't overdo it. I can't stress this enough: story and development matters more than winning a fight. If your character is a badass that can't lose a fight, I will either boot you off the RP, or take you down a peg through the roleplay. Seriously, this is the one thing I won't stand for in a roleplay. People hesitate, people make mistakes; people aren't invincible and people get hurt. It happens.
• Activity. I won't hunt you down if you don't post for a few days. I hope it's understandable that, if this happens, we move on without you. You won't be booted from the roleplay, but we'll leave it up to you to reintroduce your character into the roleplay. Inactivity happens. It's fine.
My Writing
• I only have access to one of my posts on the site. This is due to my departure from my only active Hosted Project on the site since January. Since this post explains on the bottom that I'm sorry it's shoddy, I'm reluctant to use it. I'll write something fresh to post here soon.
This was as much for myself as it was for you. I put down everything I felt was important about my relevant morals and plot to help you get to know me better, and decide if I'm someone you'd be interested in leading a roleplay you're a part of. I'll chill out a little more once we get rolling, I promise. This has been sloppy, and I understand that. I apologize.
