Cool. I'll start brainstorming then. My idea was having a character who's parents had two quirks that combined into one. The mother's power is not being affected by inertia or sudden movement, making her perfectly capable of not having to wear a seat belt in the car, for she will continue in the direction that was imposed, also meaning that she is able to freely move as fast as someone can take her, as The inertia won't break her. The father's quirk would be speed, which would then correlate and get rid of a flaw that makes many speedster unable to surpass. For example, if someone goes over the humans limit of 28 miles (Usain Bolt's fastest speed) then the imposing force will start to break the legs. However the movement and speed won't affect the character. If he suddenly brakes, his blood and skin won't splatter and rip apart. This allows him to pass the walls that a normal speed quirk would have. I thought this part would be necessary since the quirks in hero academia are supposed to have restrictions. This character would still have problems, such as heart failure if the heart can't pump enough blood at a critical point in time, and severe exhaustion from deprivation of sugars, which are used up from running for an excessive amount of time. For a normal human, the average stamina that they have to continuously run is 17 minutes, and that's a normal person. Since my character would have been running for most of his life, I would assume his would be a bit more. I don't know, this is just an idea.

Can I still join.
Yeah, you can join. Just be sure to read all the rules, lore, mechanics and so , to make sure you're ok with it all.

You can't have that. What you CAN have is a mix of the two parent's quirks, but you can't have two entirely distinct effects for a single quirk.

Regarding the rest of the description though, a simple speed enhancement quirk should be able to pass, I mean, you're even self-aware regarding the need for limitations, so I guess it'll pretty much just boil down to giving me the right numbers

@AKKaleb as I stated in the announcements, we have collectively moved towards 17h45 (a quarter of hour before it finishes) in the exam. Your flsshback should have that time as a minimum in the start.
