As you would suspect these include rings, necklaces(amulets), bracelets, and earrings.
Any player is allowed to wear up to 8 rings (4 on each hand), 1 amulet/necklace, 2 bracelets, and 2 earrings (female players only).
(If earring are worn bracelets can not be worn)
Anyone of these could add an effect ranging from an increase in stats to change in attractiveness.
All jewelry is made from either gold or silver and can have a precious stone inside of it to increase its effects.
