Gareth quickly rifled through the papers piled in front of him before giving his answer. "It looks like dinner will be my next course of action. Lillian just arrived, so a good dinner is in order. You are free to come as well, just make sure the servants know so they have a place set for you at the table." It was around that time that Liana appeared from the shadows, giving him a bit of a start, and telling him how there appeared to be a fae of high standing lost outside of the Underground. "Well, perhaps there is something else. Show her in, I will have a room prepared for her by the time she arrives. Thank you." And with a wave of his hand, he dismissed her. He knew how the Master of Shadows liked her secrets, but was it really necessary to sneak up on him? At least he kept to his agreement and avoided using her name.

Connor glared daggers at the back of his handler, who had decided to join in on the fun and knocked the priest out. He didn't know what he was doing, he just thought hitting him would work. It could, but he didn't know where to hit so they would stay conscious. And that was the problem. What he was doing worked just as well, and didn't knock him out so he couldn't say anything. So when Anton backed away, Connor's grin reappeared, wider and brighter then before. He then took out a hammer. "Time for the knee caps. I know how much you love it when I do things to them."

It had only been a year, but he had foolishly forgotten how painful her hugs could be. Struggling to breathe, Vytas wrapped his arms around his little sister. Rai had grown a bit, but he still remained the taller sibling; although Austere beat them both in that competition. He was pretty much choking on his own lungs at this point, but there was no way in hell that he was admitting that. He was a closet tsundere who would probably suffocate before admitting that a hug hurt. "H-hey Rai." The brunet rasped. A bit awkwardly, he pat her head, not really knowing what else to do in this situation. "I t-take it you missed me?"

Someone, please get this boy some air and a non-broken set of ribs, please.

Honestly? Shion's appearance only made her more concerned about the happenings of the Underground. There was already so much tension, and now it seemed like there were enough emergencies to force assigned guards to run off. It wasn't yet her place to speak up about such manners, so all Lily could do was watch silently.

She nodded at the Raiju's comment about shouting if they needed him and watched with a furrowed brow as he ran off. Turning her attention to her fiancé, the Enchantress found it difficult to just keep ignoring everything that was going on. At the very least, she needed to say something regarding the issue at hand; instead of making attempts to draw attention to more pleasant topics. "Is everything all right?" Lilliana questioned. "What do you think is going on? It's not like Shion to just run off like that..." Calmly asking for some time off was one thing. But the Raiju seemed seriously upset and panicked.

Kneecaps? Oh hell no.

Atlas pretty much did exactly what Shion was afraid he would do, and jumped straight into the action. Well. Sort of.

While still inside of the Shadow Realm, the Wraith rammed into Connor's shadow with enough force to throw him a good couple of feet. His next immediate target was the mastermind; the closet sociopath. His adrenaline was pumping, and all of the frustration and anger that he had held back over the years amassed into a single fiery beast. Atlas had planned on going into the situation calmly. It would be simple to just grab Sisceal, and run, just like he had that night when they had been kidnapped. However, when he came onto the scene, those plans flew out the window immediately.

Atlas had been trying to get the Priest for years. He had risked his own life several times and had gone through hell just to try to get into the main lobby of the local Order HQ. He had experienced nightmare after nightmare because of the guilt he felt for letting the man get taken. The Wraith hadn't been gone an hour, but everything went to hell because he hadn't properly assured that the human was safe. Not to mention the fact that these assholes had been the ones who had killed Vytas. That action alone was unforgivable enough. So...unfortunately... all of that kind of led to most of his impulse control leaving him.

Rising up out of the cover of the Shadows, the Wraith turned his attention toward Anton. His eyes glowed a deep crimson, and a very pissed off expression warped his face. With just the motion of his arm, he was able to restrict the Order member from moving a millimeter through the jerk's shadow.

"Touch him again, and I break every bone in your body one at a time." Atlas growled.

Rai squealed in delight, finally letting her brother go. "OH! I brought you something!" She chirped at him, reaching to the pocket of her tunic shirt. "Because I know you like to be dangerous and try and get yourself killed even though we really don't want that, so please don't do that, I brought you a rock from the other sanctuary!" The rock was just a rock. It was plain grey, maybe having little bits of a bluish sheen in it. Rai seemed very proud of bringing the ordinary rock back to him.

"Do you like it? I found it on a walk! It's a rock from another place! This way you don't have to run away to go outside! Now you don't have to be an idiot again and scare us all to death. That was very wrong!" Her face got serious as she frowned at him. "Please don't do that again? It's very bad!" She scolded, complete with the finger wagging.

"Oh God...please. No. They haven't even healed from the last time." He wriggled back into the seat. Fear filling his eyes as Connor neared with the hammer. There was no doubt they would completely shatter at this point if he got a good swing in.
"What the Hell!" Anton snarled as he was suddenly rendered immobile. "CONNOR! DO SOMETHING! WE'VE GOT ONE! ONE THAT MUST KNOW HIM" He snapped. Struggling to move to reach the high powered tranq gun at his side.

"Oh, that shall be quite enjoyable! It has been a while since she has last visited, correct hasn't it?" Una smiled softly. Letting the grave news that had been speaking about wash away. In times like these they needed some positivity. With the entrance of Liana, Una decided to excuse herself. " I shall let you talk now, it must be important if she is here. If you need me I shall be around the halls of the palace and most certainly at dinner. If you need me greatly though then just call out. Either I will hear or my fairies will bring the messaged to me." She smiled brightly and bowed politely.

"Everything is fine fine. It's fine Lily. Pay no mind to him." Austere waved off the very thought of something being off with his guard. "It was odd but he would not go rushing into something mindlessly. I've been with him long enough to know that well!" He scoffed. "I am guessing that he simply had some very important business to take care of. It is tough to tell with his kind, right dear? So why worry?"

"Understood," Liana responded to the King as she took a few steps back and returned the way she had come in. Returning to the outside of the Underground, she approached the woman in white.

"Welcome," Liana said as she walked up to them. "The place you seek is here, correct...?"

"Well, yes, but... I haven't a clue where to get in from... However, I do know more than the place in which I seek, for the person I seek is the King of your providence," Seia spoke calmly.

"The entrance is this way," Liana said as politely as she could. Seia followed along as Liana proceeded toward the entrance.

"Thank you for your kindness in helping me find my way," Seia said softly as they arrived at the entryway. Proceeding onward, the two eventually reached the gate, passed through with ease, and arrived at one of the most beautiful sights the Underground had possessed; the grand view of most everything there.

"The large building in the center is where your room will be... I'll be going ahead to get your meeting with the King set up, though by the time you reach the front door of the building, I'll be there to greet you. That, or someone else will. Likely the latter."

Liana took a few steps back, out of Seia's vision. "Also, I suggest using those wings to get there, and no discussing your meeting with me to anyone unless it's brought up," Liana said as she disappeared into a secret passageway.

"If you don't mind me asking, what would be you...r... name..." Seia said as she turned around, only for her escort to have vanished on her.

A slight frown appearing on her face, Seia almost prepared to spread her wings, however deciding against it due to the events of her last time using such wings for flight. Instead, she proceeded by foot, although a long walk it would be from the entrance of the Underground to the place in which she'd find her room.

(Anyone who just wants to, y'know, bump into a queen in the middle of the Underground, feel free to do so.)

"He knows OF you but doesn't actually know you. Face to face. I've told him a lot about you and he's asked many many questions. Seeing as it's been so long since I've had a lover." He chuckled softly. "Seeing as I'm his property. He'd just like to know who is stealing that from him so much nowadays." He gave her nose a teasing little bop. "Come on. Let's go. There is so much to explore here!"

(Very sorry, kinda didn't have anything to say for awhile.)

Alexis chuckled, leading way back into the cobbled--next walkways and roads. Even though she's been here for 4 years, she didn't know all of the Underground. Her thoughts were elsewhere,"Darling, have you ever met the King before, if so what's he like?" She asked. Alexis was always one to be curious and willing to learn new things of the Underground world. Axeykins Axeykins

Connor looked around when Anton started screaming about one of them being there. It was about time, he was starting to get bored. When he spotted the creature, he did not reach for a gun, there wasn't enough time for that. Instead, he pulled back his arm, and threw the hammer at it. He doubted it'd actually hit him, but it would at least give him enough time to pull something out of his bag. So he then dove towards his gun bag, briefly fumbled to unzip it, and pulled a mac 10 out, spraying the area as he did so.

"Yes, it's been far to long since her last visit." Gareth mused with a slight smile. He did truly enjoy when she visited, she was a breath of fresh air in the castle. Especially now, when his eldest was as likely to burn down his own room and go march out with his guard as he was to brood in the gardens. It was making the air so stuffy. "A place will be set at the table should you choose to join us." With that, he nodded as she left and he turned to prepare things for dinner.

Cupping the rock in his hands, Vytas found himself torn between two very familiar emotions; annoyance and happiness. It was abnormal how often these two sensations mixed when he was around his little sister. On one hand, the elder thought himself perfectly capable of watching over his own well-being. Aside from a minor incident concerning his death that took place three years prior, the brunet had managed not to get himself majorly injured. Trouble was another thing entirely, it was impossible for him to go a month without getting lectured by his father. However, Vytas had also gotten better at getting away with things, and being more careful with his little acts of defiance. Hence why his father didn't know about his recent training sessions. He found it extremely annoying that his sister was trying to act like the older sibling, and baby him about staying safe. If anything it should've been the other way around.

On the other hand, he found it sweet that Rai was so concerned about him. Even though she had gifted him a simple rock that anyone could find on the side of any path, it was her way of trying to look after him. It was a little piece of the Outside world, something that he hadn't gotten a glimpse of in years.

Smiling softly, Vytas slipped the rock into his pocket. As simple and common as the present was, the thought held a bit of sentimental value. "Thanks Rai-Rai. I'll do my best to stay out of any big trouble, since you went so far out of your way to get me a little good luck charm." He was only teasing. It was a genuine promise, but as an older sibling, it was his job to make fun of his little sister every once in a while. And just for good measure, the brunet reached forward in order to mess up her hair. "So, did you have fun while you were away from home? Did anything exciting happen?"

( Error404RealityFailed Error404RealityFailed )

A million different responses to 'why worry' ran through her head all at once. She couldn't help it, the Enchantress was a worrier. Still, instead of going off and lecturing her fiance about such things, Lilliana decided to drop the topic entirely. If he said that there was nothing to worry about, then there was nothing to worry about. He knew Shion better than she, and therefore would know if there was any real danger concerning the way the Raijuu was acting. Besides, she had only just arrived at the Underground. Though she had lived for hundreds of years and was capable of living for much, much longer, constant stress would be bad for her health. And casting magic while one was sick or mentally distraught was a dangerous feat.

Sighing softly, the raven took Austere's hand into her own and rested her head against his shoulder. It was still early in the day, and yet Lily was already starting to feel a bit of mental exhaustion. Ignoring reality and just relaxing in the garden seemed like a tempting option at the moment. "Alright, I'll take your word for it. But only because it would be a shame to ignore all of the beauty around us. The gardeners must've worked very hard, I would feel guilty if I ignored even a single flower."

( Axeykins Axeykins )

Atlas was kind enough to allow Anton to grab the weapon. However, simple touch was as far as the Wraith would let the attempt go. The moment that the man managed to get the gun out of it's holster, Atlas pulled a slightly dick move. He forced the Order member to drop the weapon, right into his shadow, where it was then pulled into the ground and inexcesable to anyone who could not enter the Shadow Realm. However, he was so focused on the closet sociopath that he hadn't been paying enough attention to the more openly crazy one.

The Wraith raised his arm just in time to block the hammer. Had he not, it would've hit him right in the head. Luckily the tool wasn't thrown enough to shatter his bone or anything, but it did leave a painful throbbing sensation in his forearm. Once he realized what was happening, Atlas dropped into the Shadows. He managed to avoid any major injury, but a few bullets did manage to clip him.

It was at this time that he began to think a little more rationally. The raven sat in the Shadows for a moment in order to catch his breath and collect his thoughts. He would be safe where he was, and could easily escape. However, he needed to get his friend out of there. Quickly, before the duo got smart or backup arrived. Drawing in a deep breath, Atlas darted over to where Sisceal was. He popped out of the Shadows right behind the Priest, and began his frantic attempts to try to free the man. However, because of the adrenaline that was running through his veins, Atlas was fumbling with the knots. "Come on..." He hissed.

"Right. Exactly. Shion is pretty and the flowers can certainly take care of themselves out there. No doubt." Smoke blew from his nostrils as he felt her gentle hand in his soft face against his chest. His face became on ungodly shade of pure red. "Shall we get moving again? There is quite a lot to see no? Especially before dinner. It would be a shame to be late for that. Although....if it were from getting lost here with you I would not mind." His voice cracked slightly as he attempted to be romantic again. Gladly taking The chance to once again drop such a subject as quickly as possible. The poor young creature even crushed a flower as he attempted to put it in her hair in this state.

Rai rocked back and forth on her feet, looking a bit annoyed now. Not at Vytas, just at the situation. "No... I had to go to school and all that... They didn't let us go outside much." Then her eyes lit up and she leaned in closer to him. "I did punch a girl though. She told me I was weak but I gave her a nose bleed." Rai was very proud of herself for doing that, seeing as she hated being called weak. Also, the girl was just overall rude. "I think I did a noble deed, what about you? Did you do anything? Did you go back?" She asked, looking a little nervous but excited. If her brother would take her out of the Underground, they'd be safe in numbers.

She was a bit of a hypocrite in that way. He wasn't allowed to go, but she was (In her mind). "If you do still go... We could go together maybe..."

"Damn you beast!" Anton roared as his gun slipped from his fingers into the void. "Conner! Toss me a backup! I am not losing this thing!" He struggled against the shadows looming around them.
As that went on Sisceal flinched severely at the feel of someone touching him from behind. So shocked by the sudden action around him that he had edged close to an anxiety attack. Fortunately it was quelled by the sound of a familiar voice. "At..las? Is that really you?" He strained. His voice ragged from the screams of pain that had ripped through his chest daily. "It's been....so long."

There are many sides to one's thoughts, to one's spirit, and just about all of them that made up most of Shion had just about shut down. He had arrived shortly after the fight broke out, mentally scolding Atlas for being such a complete and utter dumbass as he brought about something that could've been avoided. Helping, of course, was on the demon's agenda of things to do, it was just a matter of when.

And when said moment arrived, it brought about the "shut down" of most of his sides. Caution? Yeah, that was numbed out.
Why undo the knots?? Couldn't Atlas just tear them off, or-- It didn't matter. From across the way, the wolf that had been biding his time and remained unnoticed finally made himself known. First, he stepped into sight, hot electricity coursing over his right hand. Anton was in a panic, Connor had been firing like mad, and it was about time to serve as the distraction.

Shion reared his arm back, stooped down in a fast and heavy kneeling position before slapping his palm against the earth. There had been plenty of force behind the electricity that, when it raced towards his targets, the very ground cracked loudly, echoing out the sounds of a storm. Up the energy shot, rising beside the two Order members and burning the air around them with a sharp CRACK. He did not aim to hurt or kill just yet, only to get their attention.

No doubt would they look towards him, following the traces of his attack etched into the asphalt until they would see the source. By then, he was already standing straighter, making no additional moves and allowing his roaring presence do the talking for him; he was the threat now. Shion maintained a relatively even expression as he would look upon them, not paying too much attention to the fumbling Wraith and injured human.

Connor lost the shade as it disappeared into the shadows. Good, he was out of bullets any ways. So ditching the mac 10, he grabs two more guns and throws one at Anton. Almost as soon as the gun left his fingers, there was a blinding flash of light and his hair stood on end. And when the light was gone, Connor followed the burn trail all the way back to it's source. Seeing the being standing there, Connor felt like he's seen it before. Tilting his head and squinting, he studies it for a moment longer before a smile creeped across his face. "I remember you," he said, dropping the gun he had just grabbed for himself to rummage around in his bag. His eyes never left the wolf's. It may look human now, but the eyes were the same, almost feral. The gun he pulled out was the breach loaded marksman pistol he was going to use on him before he was interrupted by the shade that then broke his arm. "I believe we have some unfinished business to attend to."

See, most big brothers would scold their younger siblings for beating someone up. However, Vytas wasn't like most big brothers. Instead of lecturing his sister, the elder crossed his arms over his chest and looked her over. His eyes narrowed themselves slightly, and his face contorted into one of skeptical concentration. Without even knowing the whole story, he knew that the girl had deserved it. Rai wasn't the type to just kick butt without reason. If she gave some brat a nosebleed, then it was necessary and most likely hilarious. If only someone had gotten it on video. Grinning, the brunet uncrossed his arms. "This is why you're my favorite sister."

As for her questions...Vytas hesitated a bit. He was extremely tempted to sneak right back up to the surface. Buras had stopped constantly tailing him two years ago, as everyone had figured out that the young Prince wasn't planning on leaving the Underground anytime soon. In all honesty, he hadn't seriously considered sneaking out for quite a while. Vytas' main focus had been on getting stronger, and training to defend himself and protect everyone else.

His hesitation, however, was because of Rai. Ever since his death, he had come to understand that the Order and threats like them were no laughing matter. The danger was very real, and they could strike at any time. He didn't want to put his sister, of all people, in that kind of danger. And, because of Atlas' recent behavior, he knew that the Order was nearby and extremely active. Not to mention Austere's plan. Vytas had promised to meet his brother as soon as their father had left the throne room. Dinner was getting close, and so was the meeting time.

On the other hand, Vytas completely understood how strong curiousity was. He himself was sort of, kind of, dying to know what was going on outside of the Underground. Despite living in the castle, he was completely deaf and blind when it came to any news of the outside world.

Poking his tongue out of his mouth, the brunet thought for a moment. "No...I haven't gone back out since..." Pausing, Vytas shoved his hands into his pockets. "But, theoretically speaking, I don't think it'll be too bad if we just take a quick look. Just poke our heads out for a few seconds, ya know? There isn't too much danger if we just sneak a peak."

( Error404RealityFailed Error404RealityFailed )

She didn't mean to laugh, but it was so hard not to. Covering her mouth with her free hand, Lily tried to surpress any giggles that tried to make themselves heard. She knew perfectly well what was happening, the Enchantress wasn't ignorant to the obvious. And that only made the situation so much more entertaining. As hard as Austere was trying to be calm and collected, maybe even a little intimidating to others, it was difficult to see him as anything but adorable when he made such hilarious verbal mistakes. It was all her fault, but it wasn't something she was ashamed of causing.

Once the raven managed to compose herself, she spoke up. "Perhaps we can get lost after dinner. Like you said, there is so much to see and do. Lead the way~."

( Axeykins Axeykins )

A baseball had wedged itself in the Wraith's throat. He had finally pulled himself together, and had dug his nails into the rope; nearly ripping them off as he pried apart the frustratingly tight knot. "I know, buddy." Atlas croaked. "We'll be out of here in just a second. And then you'll never have to be afraid ever again, okay?" Tearing off the now-untited rope, he tossed it to the ground.

It was tempting to pull Sisceal into the Shadows and just book it. However, past experiences told him that such an idea was a very bad one. The poor man barely made the trip the last time, and that was when he was perfectly healthy and only a little bit intoxicated. This time around, the Priest was broken in so many ways. Atlas had to be careful of hurting him in any way. What if going into the Shadows killed him this time? What if it destroyed him?

But at the same time, the Wraith didn't have much time to think. He hadn't failed to notice Shion's appearance, but it wasn't like any of them were indestructible. The Order was a threat for a god damn reason. There were two of them now, sure, but Atlas had to worry about protecting Sisceal. That put them at a 2:1.5 ratio if anything. He seriously wished that he and Shion had some sort of fancy secret language like the Princes had, that would help a lot in this situation.

Note to self: Make secret code if we get back.

It looked like the crazy one, Connor, was dead set on fighting the Raijuu. Which left him the more dangerous creep.

Not wanting Sisceal to stand with his injured frickin knees, the Wraith opted to just carry the man. He picked up the Priest bridal style, overly cautious of the fact that every little movement might hurt the human. Atlas' hands were now occupied, but that didn't completely hinder his ability to control the shadows. It just required a little more concentration to fight. Keeping his gaze on Anton, he began to quickly move away from the fight.

"Yes! Absolutely." He cleared he throat. Carefully entwining his fingers with hers. "Follow me m'lady. We can finish our stroll and head to the dinning hall to see if dinner is ready. I am not sure about you, but my appetite is beginning to grow." He chuckled softly. Glancing over to Liliana with the faintest rosy glow in his cheeks. "I have no idea what is in store for dinner tonight but I am sure the chefs will make it glorious as always."

Sisceal slumped into Atlas' grip. His tired body finding extreme comfort in the mere presence of a friendly and familiar figure.
"At...las...you won't be able to run from them. Trust me." He wheezed. Tilting his head closer so it wasn't such a strain to speak louder.
Anton's head snapped to the duo. "Connor you hold that one down as long as you can. I'm NOT letting these bastards get away." The massive man roared. Straining with all his might until he had managed to free himself and grab the nearest weapon. Charging far faster than a mere human of his stature should have been able to.

"Atlas. Listen to me. Do what you need to...to get out of here quickly. I've lasted this long right? I'll manage a bit longer. Don't put yourself into harm's way more than necessary. Please?"

Unfinished business, yes...

Shion liked to believe he didn't do too much out of line because of his emotions - the current situation was a bad example - but it was hard to keep a boiling rage from seeping into his veins. As one may imagine, the demon was still quite upset about Vytas' death. He was currently faced with an opportunity to completely destroy the Order members... It wasn't going to be super easy considering how "good" of a job he wanted to do, but it was possible--

The wolf in his chest growled, reminding him of his reason for being there. He would've preferred to have both Order members focused on him, however it was currently out of his control. Both men were dangerous, so the demon had to settle with what he got.
A shot would be too much. The conscious weight of his coins died down to a simple buzz, reminding him of their varying uses. Should he risk it, Shion would jeopardize the safety of Atlas and Sisceal just by the energy surrounding the bolt alone; they were too close for it to do any good. Even with all of his personal training, the Raijuu still had a hard time lessening the power behind his shots.
Getting up close was an option, but even that would be difficult to navigate. He didn't have a real weapon either...

You were to do what you could, even if it was unfavorable. Shion, from the outside, may have appeared to be at an advantage in comparison to Connor, but that was just from a glance. Connor was dangerous, he was unpredictable, and the demon never directly fought with him before. The unknowns were weighing on his shoulders.

Yeah, okay..

White hot electricity raced up and down his arms, crackling like a fire as it did. He would be able to keep this flow of energy going for quite a long amount of time if undisturbed in any way, but if the Raijuu wanted to land hits and protect himself - maybe the others from any collateral as well - then it would have some sort of general time limit.
Shion was quick to move, not exactly at the speed of light and much less discreet, becoming a near-bolt of lightning as he crossed the street in seconds, appearing to the left of Connor with an arm raised in front of him.

Alexis listened, hearing Marius describing the king. She could just imagine the power he must have had in a room. His presence commanding for order and quiet. She smiled, feeling Marius pinky entwining with hers. "He sounds like a king should sound. I hope I get to see him one day. How about the princes, ever met one of them?" She asked. Connor was as quick as the raijuu, and as it streaked to his side, he pivoted on one foot and raised the other in a sweeping kick. The kick, however, was blocked by the arm held in front of the creatures body. But he had figured it would have taken more than one blow to finish the fight. So, he quickly dropped the leg, so as to prevent it from being grabbed, and threw a wild punch at the wolf. Whether it connected or not, he kept it up, and repeatedly swung with the same arm. His unarmed fist tried again and again to snake past any defense that the wolf put up. All the while, he waited. Oh, he dodged a few punches here and there, and didn't dodge a few more blows, but he never got antsy. For he only really had one shot, and he had to make it count.

The table was already set and several chairs were in place, one of which the King of the Underground sat in, ready for the meal to come.
