Well seeing as you're a pirate faction with only a couple of factions, perhaps have your pop be at most around 20-30 trillion as most of us are in that range? Also it would be cool if you had little underworld "cells" leading black markets etc. in other empires.

Yeah, I think I have a pop on the smaller end, I was just wondering if it felt too large for the small, unstable faction I'm running.
 
Also wait H HeckingHeck You have 17 trillion people on 38 planets? If so, overpopulation must be a huge issue for your nation.
I dont want to seem mean but... nobody else even has 1 trillion people, and they have a lot more planets than you.
