Appearance: Like Rak, but skinnier and shorter. Teenage Rak?
Personality: Like others of his race he views everyone else as turtles. He is confident in his abilities and skills but not overtly so. He's rather stoic and broods over various things causing a resting angry face. Compared to others of his race, he's an intellectual. Despite that, he still lives for the thrill of the hunt.

Abilities and skills:
Abnormal Strength: Despite his size he can move quickly even when burdened by a heavy load. Physically he is very durable and can fall from large heights and take most physical attacks with little harm to himself.
Adept Hunter - All his life he has hunted alongside his kin. He's not the best hunter but more than skilled to hunt great prey alone.
Shinsoo Resistance - As a regular he has good resistance to shinsoo. Like some others of his race, he can swim mostly unimpeded through shinsoo.
Spear Trained - The spear has been his weapon of choice for as long as he can remember. Further training on the Floor of Tests has refined his skill.
Wraithraiser Spear - The spear of choice for his people, made with good material it's a trusted weapon that he will never part with. Not to be thrown.
Speadle - A bundle of needles bound together. They're readily disposable needles that he crafts in his spare time or buys when possible. He made several and has them stored in an arms inventory/pipe.
Test Spears - A few spears he kept after his first class on the Floor of Tests. Average quality, better than nothing, and free!
Arms Inventory/Pipe - Not really a weapon but the item used to store spears.
History: Before climbing the tower, his life consisted of hunting, eating, and sleeping. Every day he hunted so he could eat and then sleep with a full stomach. Only when one of his race left their home did he begin to train seriously in order to follow after them. The one he admired was gone. After years of training and becoming one of the strongest in his clan, he had grown bored. His home was too small for him now, and he wished to see his kin that had gone and to hunt greater prey.
So he began his journey in search of his kin. During his journey he encountered Headon as they were offering another non-regular a chance to climb the tower. Kell had some impression that Headon knew of his kin due to a faint scent. Kell listened carefully before making a decision to approach Headon. When Headon dismissed him, Kell made threats. Headon looked at Kell, his eyes turning into a jagged smirk. Amused Headon finally offered Kell a chance, but he must first accept a request from the guardian. Kell accepted before even hearing the request and was allowed to climb the tower as a regular.
He climbs the tower to meet his kin and to complete Headon's task.

Spear Burst - A skill he developed and mastered to some degree that allows him to concentrate the force of an attack to a single thread like point. When it encounters resistance, the thread pieces through at first then explodes outward in a conical blast. Limited to melee attacks. An inferior version is possible with thrown spears. They instead carry large force that leaves a hole in those incapable of defending from the attack.
Heaven Piercer - A brute force skill using immense strength to launch a spear to an incredible distant target. Unlike normal long range spear throws, Kell makes use of multiple needles bound together. These modified needles rain down on his target in quick succession with medium to small spread. Each needle can be enhanced with Spear Burst although far weaker. These Spear Burst Needles, if they cannot pierce the target, upon encountering resistance release the stored energy in a sphere around the point of impact.
Thrower - Kell can throw most things with precision and force.
